This is a RP centered around the LISA series (Particularly the Painful and Joyful.) It takes place throughout Olathe as a whole, this includes: East & West Olathe Mainland, Garbage Island, Resort Island, and Dismal Island before the events of LISA: The Painful. The List is as it was before the events of LISA, and Joy mutants are not vast in number yet. The flash happened about 10 years ago at the point of this RP's start.
