He smiled as he held the kid and watched as the man held a dino up which Luca snatched before squeaking at the vaccination and whimpering cutely as he took the lollypop "Sneaky bad man" he whispered in an almost evil way as he ripped the wrapper off the lollipop and stuck it in his mouth cutely before going back to the innocent looking boy, Saint snorted and chuckled a bit at what Luca said before taking the card and blushing as his and the mans eyes met and his hand lingered for longer than necessary. He took his hand back and put the card on his pocket with a slight nod "That was probably the best vaccination he's ever gotten to be honest" he said quietly as he looked away shyly. He thought the man was rather cute and was kind of confused by the hand thing though he shrugged off the thought, He's a doctor...he's supposed to be like that, right?

She sighed and pushed her hair to her side quietly. She heard the a dog bark and looked over at it and smiled. She giggled and held her hand out to it and looked up at the girl holding it for permission to pet it. She admired the dog's two different colored eyes. They were so unique.

There was no conflict of interest as he was Luca's doctor.

"And, if a doctor has a chance to ask you out for coffee, the number is good for that too"

She noticed the girl come over and ask to pet the puppy to which she nodded "Sit, Rebel" she said and the puppy did as asked "Go for it" she said with a small grin as she squatted infront of her and held out her hand "Vex, and this little monster is Rebel" she said as she looked at the girl more closely and immediately felt attracted to her, Which was rare as Vex wasn't usually into girls as much

He smiled at the comment of being a ninja and shook his head as he set the boy down "Don't run with it in your mouth" he said sternly as if that'd been an issue before and gave him an 'I mean business' look and Luca nodded before saluting him cutely and went back to sucking on it happily. He then heard the mans words and his face immediately turned pink No way...no fucking way this guy just asked me out he thought as he stared at him with his gorgeous different colored eyes and really had no idea how to respond to that so all he could muster was a simple "Okay" with an obviously embarrassed voice, though there definitely wasn't any denial in it either.

He smiled as he leant back against his desk watching Luca explore, the plush dinosaur locked in his hands.

"So how have you been coping?, I updated the file for Luca so I said I would check in as well"

He shrugged and leaned against the wall slightly with a sigh "As best I can I guess" he said nonchalantly before smiling as Luca hugged his legs "I mean look at this kid" he said happily with a loving smile as he crouched down and stole a lick of the sucker causing Luca to make a cute pouty face as he glared at his daddy and Saint just laughed

He smiled looking at Luca, before looking up at Saint.


He respected Saint for doing the single parent thing.

Blithe wandered into the bookstore, a sense of wonder in her eyes that she always felt when she walked into one. She clutched her daughter's hand tightly as little Tilly also looked around in awe. "I wanna go 'ook at the books, Mama," Tilly said, shaking her mother's arm.


"Okay," Blithe offered Tilly a small smile and they made their way to the children's section. She glanced around, silently hoping none of her fans would notice her.

He smiled a little as Luca looked at the man "Iii you gib daddy a sucky" he said cutely not realizing what that sounded like and Saint waved his hands around frantically "He wants you to give me a lollipop" he clarified and Luca looked confused but nodded "Meanie, not sharing with daddy" he teased and stuck his tongue out at the kid which was returned by the same cuteness of sticking his tongue out back at his daddy

He blinked and blushed deeply at the mans offer "Y-You don't have to do that" he stuttered and Luca looked at between them as he took the sucker out of his mouth and nodded "Dada say yes" he said cutely as he looked up at him and Saint frowned pathetically as he picked himself a cotton candy sucker out of the bowl and held it back for the man but didn't respond immediately, instead fiddled with the wrapper "But where would a doctor take a single dad and his one and a half year old?" he asked quietly as he put the sucker in his own mouth and looked quite adorable

He didn't even know why he was about to do this but oh well, You don't get lucky twice right? "Sure, I guess we could go since we haven't been grocery shopping yet" he said quietly and Luca smiled as he jumped up on his daddy's arm and Saint stood up with a still obvious blush on his face. Why was this man being so nice to him? Maybe he was some pervert or something...But he didn't seem like it, Maybe he was this nice to all his patients?

The morning had gone by surprisingly quickly as Kyra and Altair spent the morning in the park. There were actual restrooms at the park thankfully which surprised Kyra so she had taken the chance to go to the bathroom when she had to and also change Altair, though he hadn't liked having his donkey plushie taken from him. After giving him a diaper change, putting his shorts back on after snapping the bottom of the onesie and washing her hands, she pulled out her cellphone and turned it on to see that it was close to noon. "Well, now's as a good a time as any to get something to eat," she said and setting Altair back in his stroller, she buckled him up, grabbed her suitcase with one hand, her diaper bag over the handle as like when she had come out of the airport and made her way half a block to the McDonald's her aunt had mentioned in the text message convo. She knew it was kid-friendly so they shouldn't have problems with her feeding Altair cold baby food while she ate her own meal.

Tristan smiled, he could see the apprehension in Saint's eyes and he liked him enough to want to put that fear to rest.


Looking slightly unsure he spoke up


I am doing this because I like you, and if its possible I would like to see what happens


He explained as they walked along the street towards the small restaurant he had mentioned earlier.


Tristan never did this and he could not understand why.

Somewhere in the back of his mind he knew he wanted this as it had been...a long time since he'd dated anyone but there was also the fact he'd never put any man in front of his son. The Golden Arch was the trademark of McDonald's restaurants everywhere and a famous culture symbol around the world. In the anime Inuyasha, the 'M' was flipped upside to a 'W' for the restaurant that Kagome and her friends often ate at and discussed her problems with Inuyasha and Koga in the anime. It had taken her a short bit of research on the internet to find that information out. Regardless the McDonald's was right where Ivy had said it would be and she was glad she could just walk there and not spend more money on a stupid taxi. Letting go of her suitcase, she pulled open the door and then pushed the stroller inside, using her body to keep the door open so she could bring in her suitcase as well.


Making her way to a table, she set her suitcase there and went up to the counter with Altair. She ordered herself a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese large size and two large cokes. Then she pushed the stroller back by her suitcase with Altair in it, sitting down and pulling out a jar of baby food. It seemed a little busy. Sighing, she waited for her number to be called and when her number was called, went up to get the tray of food. She then went to the fountain stand to fill her cups with ice and soda, put lids on them, grabbed a couple straws and made her way back to her table. Altair was just holding his plushie, content as could be. She set her tray on the table and opened up the jar of baby food, using a baby spoon she'd gotten out of her purse to feed her son his lunch first.

The person on the phone had said to come in to sign her contract with the doctors office, so she had to pull herself off the sofa. She mumbled something into her headset before closing the lid to her laptop. Alez picked up her empty teacup and brought it to the bench, humming once a again the beauty and the beast song, bobbing as she walked. She knew she needed to look the part, so she headed for the shower, taking her time to wash and dry her hair, as the salon always said, the best advertising you can do is with yourself!. She applied her usual natural make up and hurried from the bathroom to her room. Dressing herself in casual jeans and a grey tshirt, slipping on some black vans. She checked the mirror before she left, poofing her hair a little before heading to the front door. She checked her handbag making sure her note book and shopping list were in there as well as the other essentials.


She closed the door to the lobby, stepping into the street. "Great, now I need to figure out what way I'm going" she mumbled scavenging through her bag to find her phone.

Grant smiled, and walked out of the large TIME building. He was on a lunch break, then off to the local high school for a few pictures. Even though TIME was a large company, the smaller branches still did local stuff. And for him, he had to take yearbook pictures. He really didn't like doing it, high schoolers were thugs and brats, not his favorite genre of people. He strolled down the street, carrying a large messenger bag filled with camera equipment, and walked into a nearby Subway to grab a sand which.

Connie checked the time on her phone for the billionth time and let out a small sigh. Who knew how long until the doctor was supposed to arrive back at the office. Dammit, where is he? She was supposed to meet her new employer at the grocery store in an hour and a half, and she was growing more impatient by the minute. "Excuse me, m'am?" She waved irritably at the secretary who was painting her nails at the counter. "Do you have any idea where the doctor is? I'm supposed to be...meeting someone in a little, and-"


The secretary cut her off, rolling her eyes. "I'm sorry..." She glanced down at the form I had just signed. "Constance, but the doctor is at lunch, and he's the only person working today." She smirked and continued to paint her nails. Connie muttered a few choice words under her breath and checked her phone once again. No new messages...as usual. Connie groaned under her breath. She'd been popular at her home town, but here she was, a small-town hick in the bustling city. C'mon, Connie, it's not that difficult making friends, you've done it before... She looked around the room, hoping another person would magically appear in the brown leather couch opposite her, but she was still alone.
