-Please understand that before you compare your Province to the others there are some basic points that need to be understood.

Be aware of Imperial Legions that may be in your Province. They are controlled not by you but by a Legate or Legate-Marshal if they command more than one Legion. That Legate/Legate-Marshal has their own loyalties and as such they may be loyal to the Throne, they may be loyal to the Rebels or to themselves and it is best to figure this out (by sending a letter to them at which I will respond as the NPC in charge of the forces) so as to not have say five Imperial Legions rise up against you from the get go.

-Only a handful of Provinces have any semblance of self-sufficiency (ss) and as such you should not assume that during a Civil War supply lines remain intact for sure. That is why if you are not one of the Provinces that has high (ss) then you should be wary of choosing sides before your neighbors do.

-Your populace has it's own Public Opinion and it will be best if you tap this by viewing your populace. I will put in a small little tidbit at the bottom of one of my posts detailing a brief interaction in your cities in which you can assume that if it is a positive interaction that the populace supports your direction, but if it is negative then your own people aren't in favor of what you are doing. Be warned that just because you as a PC want to back the Throne or you want to back the Rebels, your people may not feel strongly one way or the other, unless they feel strongly against your direction in which you would find yourself in an internal civil war.

-You do control most of your own nation's NPCs but understand that I do reserve the right to go in and detail that some of your people at any position in your Province may act with or against you. This is to be taken as the GM stepping in to potentially right the ship and help the main plot line move forward. No Province is perfect, and the more ties you have with the Imperial Heartlands the less likely your people are going to support rallying against them.

-Time movement. The posts of @Maven are the only posts that are allowed to move time more than a couple days, so please be careful of posting large time gaps as that will cause issues for the plot potentially. Keep interactions in the IC2 and main Province points in the IC1.
