Final Note.
There's a reason a word 'Legendary' is in the title.
In regards to the physical development of characters, they'll be growing at a rapid rate.
But that doesn't mean they'll be blowing through everything..

Let's Get Started.

...

"Welcome to the Academy!
Here you will find the young men and women of tomorrow, the ones that'll one day be on the front to re-civilization! Our guide today will be the esteemed..-Mrs. Peralta! How are you today Ma'am?"

"Esteemed? You Flatter me..-Thank you. I welcome you with open arms to our illustrious campus and hope you find it to be well fit to serve its purpose. Here you will find a number of ways to assist your training into fully fledged warriors! First, we have the combat training building, also known as the CTB. In the CTB, there's an array of ways to train. Ranging from weight lifting, and boxing..-To sparring areas with interchangeable conditions. This means you can practice your newest technique in a rainforest to see how effective it is or work on adapting your fighting style in the cold."

"There must be some brilliant technology behind the CTB Mrs. Peralta! What else do the students have in store for them?"

"We have the main buildings placed across from the CTB, this is where our students learn the in's and out's of combat. A place where they learn about the threats they may one day face, along with understanding the way their magic works in certain situations. Our professors here are experts in combat and are crucial to the success of these kids.

"Excellent! In order to learn from the best, you have to be the best right?
Is there anything else you'd like to add as the Dean?"

"That's not all the campus has. A number of things ranging from a shopping center, and mall at the edge of campus, there's plenty these kids can do in their off time. You'll find some in the park, enjoying the scent of nature, or some with their heads stuck in their favorite book within the halls of the local library. They might be powerful, but they enjoy the little things too..-Look at the time..-That's all I have for you today! I'll be off, I must tend some business matters."

"Thank you for having us Ma'am, and thank you for tuning into our broadcast. Have a wonderful afternoon."

"I am probably the only one who finds random places more comfortable than an actual bed..-But that's fine I guess."

Being someone who sleeps on the floor for some reason, napping against the base of a water oak tree isn't actually uncomfortable. The mist constantly falling from the leaves is quite calming to him, not to mention it's helped him with his complexion. What used to be a scarred mess, is now a somewhat handsome face. Sure it's not perfect, but magic concealer can only do so much. His light snore would jump as his body began to wake up, slow movements would poke at his conscience as his mind began to resurface.

"Nnn..-"

A yawn would escape from his lungs, bones popping into place as he stretched his spine out from its stationary position. Rolling over to his stomach before pushing himself onto his knees. Putting his palm on his chin, he'd push his head to the side until a pop was heard, quickly twisting his neck in the other the direction, a satisfying 'pop' sounding as he stood..

"Ooh, that was a good one.."

Throwing his large bag over his shoulders, Max would wipe the mist from the tree off of his face, letting his wet hands run through his hair as he began to fix it. Having bed-head at 3 pm wasn't a good look, so carrying a comb in his bag was helpful to his standards. As his hands held down his hair, a small growl would sound from the base of his stomach, reminding him that he normally eats at this time. Quickly half-braiding his longer strips of hair, he'd pull out his MPhone, pressing a few buttons before calling his spirit companion.

While he had in mind where he'd like to go eat, he always liked to get an opinion from someone, and since he just woke up, he assumed his friend had just gotten out of a class of their own. As this was the norm for his daily napping session. So he'd wait as the tone buzzed in his ear, strolling his way through campus as he basked in the sun.

|| It's actually starting..

-The night before-
-Time: 12:00 am/ Place: Dorm (Or Apartment)-

Kai sighed as he stepped through the halls of his Dorm he looked that Taiyo was obviously occupied with her show as he sighed. "That show is so bad." He said under his breathe so she couldn't hear as he walked to the door and stepped outside. Stretching a bit he hoped on the railing that connected through the halls that laid in front of the dorms to protect someone from falling. He crouched down on the railing as he looked up at the sky seeing the moonlit sky. "Maybe tonight will be a pretty good night for some intense training?" Kai had a strange addiction to getting stronger as some would tell him. Jumping from the railing he was pretty high in the air as he looked at the beautiful moon that shined bright to him. He smiled as he watched the stars stay peaceful in the sky without a harm in the world. Yes what a wonderful world to live in Kai thought to himself as he always did as he landed on the floor having to run a bit to stop the speed from him landing. Noticing he was quite some ways from the dorm he smirked as he then began to power up quietly as he could as white aura spewed out around his body and the grass shifted in the wind from the force. This was his chance to increase his strength in his base form, as he began to do his nightly training but tonight he went all the way out burning himself out completely.
-Time: 12:40-
Kai finally walked through the door of the dorm as he noticed that the lights were off. "I wonder if she's sleep. If so then perfect for me." He took his shoes off looking around smelling the area as he took a couple of steps noticing the fox girl sitting there on the floor watching her favorite show still. He was shirtless and seemed slightly scratched up all over his upper part. "Yo." Kai tried to start a conversation with his partner as she obviously seems to have a slight issue with him, but of course he didn't like her all to well at times neither but he dealt with it since she was bounded to him for life. "This stupid show again? When does it even end? A better question what even is the plot to all of this?"

Lisanna was undeniably hungry and her mood was becoming increasingly unstable by the minute. While her expression was normally rather emotionless and unfriendly, it could be described as much, much worse at that moment. Her fingers were tapping aimlessly on her desk and her leg shook with impatience, the emptiness in her stomach beginning to feel like a black hole. When the teacher called on her for the final question, he seemed befuddled by her response and almost nervous. Immediately, she knew that her cold exterior had gotten the better of her.

He finally dismissed the class and everyone shuffled away, making room for Lisanna as if she was some kind of ice queen even though her persona was far from that. Although she would have loved to correct the impression that everyone apparently had of her, she was much too socially awkward and her stomach was screaming for attention. In fact, she had sprinted her way from the main portion of campus towards the edge where her favorite cafe laid between a pair of trees.

It was a small place surrounded by flowers of that season. The architecture of the building resembled that of her home country, which was one of the many reasons why she found such comfort every time she visited it. As soon as she entered, she was greeted by the sweet smell of freshly made baked goods as well as the kind smile of the elderly woman that ran the place. "Hello, Lisa," the elder greeted, setting down a plate of honey glazed rolls on the teen's table. "I'm assuming you want your regular?"

Lisa simply nodded and smiled, offering a quiet "Yes, please" which was accompanied by the aggressive rumble of her stomach. Her cheeks burned a faint pink at the noise but the woman had gotten so used to the girl's ravenous hunger that laughter was always her response. "Okay, I'll get right back to you, Dear."

Fifteen or so minutes passed when her meal came out. It consisted of a large sub sandwich loaded with shredded beef, vegetables, and their homemade sauce. On the side, Lisa always got a cup of steamed vegetables to make her feel somewhat healthy in addition to a mineral-enhanced water. She could feel her mouth water at the sight and tried hard not to scarf everything down in one go (mostly because she had a training session later and didn't want a stomach ache).

By the time Lisa finished her late lunch, a few people had entered the cafe--some of whom she recognized but probably didn't know her. She debated on approaching them but quickly swatted the thought away in order to leave. Speaking to others unless it was business related was always difficult for her and that day wasn't the day she wanted to make a fool of herself. Before the white haired girl left, however, she ordered a cheesecake, knowing very well her only friend would enjoy it with her.

-Form: Human > Doll

Dot's entire class time was spent answering questions in her regular form, raising her humanlike hand to quietly let her peers know her brain was bigger than theirs. Somewhere along the line, however, something went wrong, and she found that her arm was too short for the instructor to even notice. Fortunately, this transformation occurred directly before the dismissal bell rang. The doll, shuddering with excitement at the fact that she'd be eating cheesecake in the next few minutes, hopped out of her seat and skipped out of the classroom in the direction of her best friend's favorite cafe.

To her dismay, Dot's progress was halted time and time again when the occasional person decided she was too cute in that form to just be left walking alone in such giant hallways amidst so many students. It was more than once that she had to struggle out of someone's smothering and baby-talk, using her polka-dot magic to shoot away and land in yet another's arms and even more cuddles. Of course, it was far better than being trampled over by the masses, but she'd taken on this form often enough for people to have gotten used to it, right? ...right?

Within another half-hour, her nose picked up the smell of food. Specifically, cheese. Drool rolled out of Dot's mouth as she caught sight of the cafe, and with an excited shout alongside a trail of polkadots, the doll stood on the counter Lisanna was sitting at. There went the cheesecake. Dot wiped her face off, looked to her right at her shy, white-haired friend, and hopped onto her shoulder, nuzzling the side of her head with an ear-to-ear grin. Bubbles floated from her mouth and popped less than a second later, releasing sound that would have sounded like gibberish to anyone who wasn't Lisanna. "Liiiii-saaa! I didn't even need to nag you this time! I mean, I didn't need to last time, or before that, but y'know. You ate too right? Never mind I'm pretty sure you did!" Dot wrapped her silky soft sleeves around the girl's neck and hung over her chest so that the two were looking directly into each other's eyes. More bubbles escaped her face, "You weren't giving anyone the death stare today right? ... eh, even if you were scaring people off again, you'll always have me! Ooh, are you looking forward to training later today?"

l o c a t i o n + t i m e _ hallways, heading to the cafeteria | 3:00
s t a t u s _ a lil hungry, a lil anxious, as per usual
t a g s _ Roxasarass Roxasarass

School day had just come to an end, and Floura already managed to nearly forget her notebook with all the important notes in the giant school grounds where you sort of accepted the fate of all your things being lost if you neglected them there, trip over her own feet whilst packing necessities into her bag, and nearly bump into one of the teachers, which was honestly pretty embarrassing. You'd think she'd get used to her clumsy awkward little self, but it was always kind of stressful. On school grounds, she kept her human form, as it was much easier to walk on two feet than four, besides, it wouldn't be so nice if she were trampling over student and accidentally kicking them with her hooves in the process. All that was left of her spirit form currently, were the two tiny horns sitting on top of her head, which was quite useful actually. Now, after a long day of work, all she needed was a nice place to relax whilst munching on some cinnamon rolls. Tucking a small strand of her silvery hair behind her ear, the female was making her way to the cafeteria, as her stomach grumbles only intensified.

It didn't take that much time to get there, and luckily enough, the place wasn't yet filled with crowds of people all trying to get their favorite snacks and meals. Letting out a small sigh of relief when seeing no line by the cashier, Floura quickly grabbed her most cherished pack of sweetness. Running over to the cashier, she quickly got her wallet out and..surprise, no money left. Could this day get any better? The female's emerald green orbs widened in shock, before she began searching around in her uniform's pockets, thankfully finding two coins.
"A-Ah, sorry to keep you waiting, h-here you go!" In the meantime, the cashier watched her with a glimpse of amusement in her eyes, there was also the hint of slight disappointment too.

After that nervewrecking experience was over, Floura finally made her way outside to sit at one of the tables next to the freshly cut garden. She quickly checked the time, wondering wherever her human companion was out of his class too. Now where could that kid be.. Popping a small cinnamon roll into her mouth, the spirit took out her phone, before quickly typing up a message to her friend.

Misaki Shimada
Time & Location - 3:08, Class to Cafeteria

misaki shimada.jpg
The time of school classes had finally come to an end, and Misaki hadn't even noticed until he started to see the people in his class disappearing. By the end of the class, he was actually day dreaming rather than paying attention. Deep in thought about some other useless thing that he'd just be staring at whatever laid in front of him instead. And he'd also been a few minutes late to class today, having somehow slept through his alarm clock this morning. There was also the fact that he'd just been a bit slow in getting ready, plus had walked mid way through his way onto class before realizing that he might be late and just ran for the other half.

His attire had a very sloppy appearance too, with his shirt having one half of it tucked in and his hair in general just looked like a mess. Some strands had just decided to defy gravity and keep itself up, and a few others just went around the place, jutting out and appearing as some strange spike tendrils. And there was his problem in class with keeping himself awake to even try to pay attention, not having eaten his breakfast for today and all. For the first half of his first class, that problem was very apparent that he'd gotten some scolding when he almost fell asleep right then and there.

But right now however, he feels a bit more awake but still has some degree of grogginess left in him. What he needed right now was a pick-me-up. He could probably get himself some coffee now that he thought about it. And besides, the class would soon be empty anyways so it was probably best if he left now. There was only just one or two others in here now. And he did indeed leave, his hands shoved in the pockets of his jeans now and slowly just walked on into the cafeteria where most would probably be. He would be getting his coffee soon enough now.

Though once he walked into the cafeteria, he'd already found that the place already had one hell of a line and a crowd that he would surely get swallowed in. By the looks of it, he wouldn't be getting any coffee any time soon. But then there were the growls of his stomach, which demanded food that he would surely not be getting now. "Damn this place and it's fuckin' lines," he muttered under his breath as he glanced at the large crowd.

If he couldn't get the things that he'd been desperately wanting, then he'll just have to find some place to sit for now until it died down a bit. But where, exactly? Most of them were actually packed and if they weren't, they had people who he didn't know much about. So Misaki had decided to survey the area, walking around with his hands in his pockets and taking glances at the tables and such. He couldn't really find any table that was actually empty, but he probably just didn't look thoroughly. After a few minutes of more glancing, he had still not found one.

It was at that point that he gave up, and just came to lean on a wall near that garden that was just cut. He pulled his phone out to waste some time, and noticed that he got a message from a few minutes earlier. And it was from his dearest spirit friend, Floura. It seemed that she threatened to spam him if he just ignored it, which he normally would but spam would quickly just be annoying. So the boy quickly typed up a message to his spirit friend.

'ya im out of class and pls dont do that'

"And... sent. Now to find that kiddo," he muttered as soon as he sent it. Now it was time for him to look around again for her now. Which in truth he found to be a pain because of the possibility that he might need to glance over everything again. Fortunately however, he just so happened to spot her. And she was pretty near, actually. Right next to the table in front of him, and he leaned against some wall behind her. At the sight, Misaki had the terrible idea of trying to prank her by just sneaking up behind her and scaring the daylights out of her.

A smirk crept up his face at the thought, seeing her reaction at the prank would be something he could see to lighten up his day. Golden orbs eyed the horned girl with white hair, and he snuck behind her. Now he stood right behind her, and did the thing. Misaki reached and grabbed her by the shoulders where she sat, all the while creepily leaning forward onto her where his face could see her ear and that only very quickly. Then just like a creep, he whispered quietly into her ear one word. "Hiya."

Galahad Faehart

“Are you waiting for your older brother?”

Silence.

“Oh, that’s quite the advanced book you’re reading!”

More silence.

“Wh-”

Before the girl could continue, the russet-haired boy slid a metal bookmark neatly in between the crisp pages of his book and closed it with a harsh snap. He eyed the still steaming cup of tea that had been left untouched during his rather short visit but ultimately decided against finishing it in consideration for his own sanity. As someone closely acquainted with the manager as well as a frequent regular at this particular cafe, his true identity and his habits were a well-known fact among most of the staff, essentially making this cafe the one place he could read in peace. However on occasion, there was the newcomer here and there who would intrude upon his personal bubble as to find out what a “child” would be doing alone here. Though he knew such thoughts were rather impolite, quite frankly he still found such occurrences a nuisance. At least he had the sense to refrain from maiming anyone with a book. Throwing a tantrum would only prove that he was a child in both body and mind.

His frosty gaze settled itself upon the face of the busybody who had at long last gone silent. Softening from a look of disdain to one of ordinary exasperation, Fae slid off his chair to take his leave. “Good day, miss.” The light pitter patter of feet and the sound of a bell ornament’s jingle followed up his leave until the redhead was well on his way back from wherever he had come from.

A sudden series of buzzing halted his steps. Even without even touching the phone, Fae immediately knew the person behind the ringing. Due to his tendency to frequent places such as libraries where the usage of mobile devices were strongly discouraged, the only method of contact used to reach him was generally by text. However, his partner was the sole person who stubbornly resorted to calls every single time. He considered simply ignoring the call as he wasn’t in the mood to talk, but the persistent buzzing won over his patience in the end, prompting him to reluctantly take the call.

“If this is a prank call, I’m hanging up.” And by this, he was one hundred percent serious as always.

"Sheesh, lighten up. It's only me."
A light chuckle would sound through the speaker of the phone, as Fae's irritation was a guilty pleasure for Max.
But he wasn't one to understand why people treated his spirit friend in such a childish way, as he had almost always lived with Fae in his smaller form.
He wouldn't be one to judge, and certianly wasn't one to defend him of patronization.
Fae could take care of himself, most definitely even better than Max can for himself.
Turning the corner, Max would grin as the local candy store came into his view, reminding him what he had called for.

"So..-I'm assuming you've left your little coffee shop. Wanna meet up at the cafe?"

Stepping into the sugar store, Max would begin to toss an assortment of candies in his bag.
Sweets ranging from caramel filled candy bars, to a bag of magical ice that had a tart flavor that you couldn't simply describe..
Pressing his paper-thin phone against his ear and shoulder, Max would set down his bag at the register, digging through his pockets for payment.

"Also, could you check the school site to check if our class has training today? My hands are kinda full, buying some candy."

Max's interpretation of 'some' candy, was enough candy to last the week, but to him it was a necessity.
Setting down a few coins on the counter, he'd scoop up his decently large bag, immediately sticking a lolly in his mouth as he waved to the cashier with a grin.
Stepping back outside, Max would reshuffle his things, throwing his candy into his backpack, before redirecting his attention back to Fae.

"I bought you some lollies."

Taiyō

||Previous Night|| 10:25p.m||

Taiyō's bright amber eyes glowed faintly under a remarkably clear sky, her gaze shifting from one end of a seemingly never ending trail of stars to the other. On any other occassion she'd have thought of this as the perfect night to go for a run having always felt her best underneath a clear night sky but tonight was an important night; she'd also run out of nacho chips which required a pit stop at the Seven Eleven and she was already running late.
Her tail swayed side to side, mirroring the motion of her arms as they in turn kept stride with her legs as she ran through the dimly lit streets of the far outskirts of the school campus, the form building she shared with her human partner Kai now visible from the street though here she veered left and headed for the brightly lit windows of the Seven/Eleven.

Her feet slowed to a walk as she approached the automatic doors, her ears rapidly turning toward the doorway as the familiar beep notified the store atte dant of her arrival. It was here she paused for a moment, having normally tasked Kai with purchasing all her snack foods this was her first solo venture to the store and now confronted by a seemingly endless array of merchandise, found the whole thing slightly daunting.
In a bid to escape as quickly as possible, Taiyō reached for the nearest 3 bags of the cheesy crisps and awkwardly thrust the money towards the attendant, ears flat against her head as she hurriedly collected the change and walked briskly back out the door.

The sound of keys rattling in the door was almost deafening against the otherwise dead silence of the night and Taiyō cursed inwardly, wincing with every click as she opened the door to their shared dorm quickly closing it behind her as she retreated to their shared living space, pressing the on switch of the box TV that occupied its own corner taking comfort in the familiar whirring of its old electricals coming to life.

Popping open a bag of nacho chips, her left hand rummaged noisily around for its contents, pausing momentarily to gaze curiously at the door to Kai's room before promptly parking herself in front of the now functional screen just as the title song for her current favourite romance series began to play.

||Current time: 12:40||

Her tail half wrapped around her in a sort of makeshift blanket, Taiyo's head dropped forward and she snored quietly, sitting almost upright anyone would be forgiven for thinking she was still awake and surrounded by various magical text books and discarded nacho chip packets; the TV still blaring noisily despite its only viewer having dozed off sometime previously.
Whilst she had had enough incentive to go about turning the lights off, she'd been unsuccessful in her attempts to pry herself away from the TV before she fell asleep. A regular occurrence for sure but annoying nonetheless.

Though the woeful wails of a dead lords wife were unsuccessful in rousing her from her slumber, her ears twitched to life at the sound of the opening and closing of the door; her eyelids fluttering open as the footsteps got nearer and nearer to her.
One would think it was this that finally woke her, when in reality it was the pungent odor drifting from her human companion that forced her to scrunch up her nose, turning her half open eyes to gaze up at him in annoyance.

"You stink."

She replied simply, yawning wide as she stretched her arms high above her head, her slim form following the motion as she stretched out the stiffness in her joints.
Kai's constant sneaking out wouldn't be such a big deal if he wasn't also dragging down his studies, which in turn meant he was also making things hard for her. And that was the problem.
As she got to her feet, she took a moment to fold her arms against her chest staring him straight in the eye before sighing audibly.

"No one asked for your opinion but if you must know its a popular romance series. Not that you'd understand that kind of thing anyway."

She bent down to pick up a half full packet of crisps her hand swiftly moving from the bag to her mouth as she began to walk toward her own room, humming all the while.

l o c a t i o n + t i m e _ outside near the cafeteria | 3:15
s t a t u s _ VERy ANXIOUS NOW
t a g s _ Roxasarass Roxasarass

Letting out a long, exasperated sigh, the silver-haired spirit placed her phone down on the table as she quietly waited for him to reply back. For now, she propped her head on top of her hands, watching as the other students passed by. If he doesn't reply in 10 seconds, consider it spam attack..10, 9, 8..7..Oh! It wasn't long until the phone began buzzing again, and she almost immediately checked the message. A smile crept on her features as she could finally escape from the loneliness, except seeing the piles upon piles of students that began running into the cafeteria, it most likely would've taken him some time to arrive here. All she sent back to the boy was a thumbs up emoticon, although the idea of spamming him anyway wasn't half bad..No, Floura, you're gonna be nice today. The girl thought to herself as she took out her notebook. Seeing as Floura had some time to kill, she could as well add a couple more tips for herself. Training wasn't all that simple for her, she had so much to learn, her skills weren't nearly as polished enough as she wanted them to be, and yet it was so difficult to stay patient when you knew perfectly well that you've had such amazing, epic abilities.

Continuing to stuff her mouth with more cinnamon rolls, Floura finished writing, trying to relax her hand as it began to ache slightly. "Jeez.." The spirit muttered to herself quietly, scratching her forehead. She didn't notice the familiar, dark figure of her friend slowly creeping over from behind. Of course she wouldn't, considering she was sitting with her back facing the cafeteria doors. Besides, her mind was too preoccupied with thoughts of how she could finally improve instead of being on the same exact level for the past years.

As Floura was about to put her notebook back into her bag, she suddenly felt a presence behind her. Dismissing it as just another student, she didn't focus on it..but when a certain someone leaned in to whisper that one sentence, that's when Floura lost it. "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! PREPARE TO DIE YOU LITTLE--" Practically jumping out of her seat, she picked up the chair with a horrified yet fierce look on her face, ready to fling it at whoever was behind whilst turning around..only to see Misaki standing there, with that same, signature sheepish grin. Quietly, she took a deep breath in and out, sat the chair back down, before furrowing her brows and lightly punching his shoulder. "Ah, Misaki..You just couldn't walk to me normally, huh?! You know how easy it is for me to get a heart attack! You're pure evil.." With a huff, she walked back to her seat, whilst also gesturing for him to do so as well. "..Huh, why didn't ya buy anything?"

Kai Takeshi
Time: 12:45
-The night before-
Listening to the girl speak he heard that she had mentioned him smelling pretty bad so off of reaction Kai made a slight irritated face. After sighing while making the same face Kai smirked while looking a the girl directly in the eye, it wasn't the easiest thing in the world as her eyes alone could probably shift the tides of a tsunami. Yeah it was that bad she always gave Kai a hard time but others had it easier then him.
"Screw you."
"I smell perfectly fine put your nose somewhere else and maybe it wouldn't smell so bad. Your nose is right over that bowl of cancer!"

Kai had a slight evil laugh as he pointed at the bowl of chips as if he was a sinister villain. He watched as the Taiyo began to walk off as his head tilted. He wondered where she was going so early, usually she'd stay and scold Kai trying to pound him to the floor. So the idiot Kai is he tried to test her to see if she would testify against him and help him with his night training. Though of course if getting her to mad she'd go into that crazy fox demon type of crap that Kai couldn't understand why she couldn't just go into that form without getting angry. That was just one of the similarities of the two though, Kai's Limit Breaker has a way to be tapped to it's max limit if he is pushed to the absolute pure rage and his blue aura would blend with the red letting the red completely take over. Yet her form only came out once when she got extremely mad, but that was in the past so who cares.... Right?
Staring at her he had a smirk on his face as if he was preparing to do something very sinister. This was the bond the two had as you could see they came off on the wrong toe but that's okay they make up for it when they try not to irritate each other. Before he opened his mouth Kai felt his body aching extremely as if he had a thousand knives stuck in him all at once, this was probably the over use of Limit breaker in his last battles between some students. Kai never blended his two spells together as he thinks it would be an instant death so he usually relies on his Limit breaker to activate in his fights instead of Blaze blue.
"Romance? You watch low developed shows like that? Don't they give you tips... On you know? Relationships!!! You don't even have a boyfriend! You probably won't ever get one since you're always so freakin mean!"
Kai said placing his left hand on his stomach as he burst out laughing again while pointing at her. He tried controlling himself but the laughter had seem to overwhelm him he was having a bit to much fun with her. After a while he had finally gotten his strength and controlled his laugh while looking up at Taiyo.
Time: 3:10 pm
-Present time-
Kai always held the work bag over his shoulder as it seemed to be a drag for him to carry, he hated school all he wanted to do was fight and get stronger that was his only objective. Having the left hand rest in the gentle pocket of his jacket Kai had seem to walk past a strange partnership with a doll looking thing spitting bubbles and a silver haired girl. He wanted cheese cake that was the only thing that platted in his mind as it was the very motive that driven him to this country style type of Café. He had gotten word that they make some of the best delegacies, which gave him the question. Is it true? Kai was known to be one of the problematic children's in schools as fights seem to be attracted to him like flies hovering over garbage cans, because of his over confidence guys usually test him to see if he's not just all bark and got some bite with his words. Walking up to the elderly lady she slightly giggled at the sight of Kai as his eyes and nose were attracted to all of the baked goods. "Is there something that interest you Problem child?" She stated with a sweet tone looking at the black haired boy who always wore his red jacket and seemed to never take it off.
" I think I would like some of that cheesecake that doll looking thing got."
He pointed at Dot who was sitting with that snow princess he heard about but did not know of her name. The lady laughed at Kai's remarks as she reached over the counter tugging on his jacket. "That's a spirit like Taiyō."
"Wait you're joking correct? That little creepy looking thing is a spirit?"
Kai was whispering to the gentle elderly lady as he kept peeking back at Dot, others seemed to have found her cute but to Kai she seemed a slight bit creepy. He shivered at the sight of her eating the cheesecake so fast. He's never met a spirit that looked like Dot, but of course everyone looks different as they have their own physical features as the same goes for Taiyō. That's right Taiyō! He had just remembered about his partner reaching for his phone in the left pocket as it had seem to be missing. Before he started jittering through his pockets he gave the lady the money for the cheesecake.
"She's going to kill me if I don't tell her I'm getting something to eat and I haven't told her!"
Kai had a worried look on his face tossing his bag on the floor searching for it at the point. Very smart of him to toss it as his phone was in the front pocket and the screen cracked. While crouching down to pull out the broken screen phoned Kai's soul seemed to left his body.
"You have got to be kidding me...."
Just the thought of Taiyō spooked him since she didn't like to go easy on him. During their childhood the two never got along always finding ways to fight one another and simply because Kai was a boy he'd be the one in trouble for hitting a girl. Of course that's wrong for a guy to hit a girl, but in his defense he did not want cooties.

Seeing the reaction of his spirit friend, it had been the one that he'd anticipated and hoped for the most. It made him laugh uncontrollably, a prank like that would always be something he found funny. He laughed out loud so much in fact that it hurt his stomach, and he almost had his notebook and things fall out from the armpit that kept them from falling down to the ground. Albeit though, that was a bit of a mean thing to do. But it sure as hell definitely woke him up if he hadn't already. Plus this might have been the exact thing he needed to pick him up and energize him.

Though it couldn't compare to what a can of coffee might do however. The irritation in her voice could very well be heard, if that shouting wasn't a clear indicator already. "I... hah, I couldn't help, alright? Sorry about that, Floura. But you really should've seen the look on your face! That shit was hilarious to me!" He said to her, he was clearly not done with laughing just yet. It took him a few more seconds until the laughing fit of his eventually came to a stop. Wiping away some of the tears that it brought him, he then just looked at the girl. That same sheepish green he had earlier was now ever so present on his face, if not looking even more amused now that he'd done that.

The dark and messy haired boy took the seat when she gestured him to, sitting right next to hers and then proceeding to rest his chin on one of his hands in a lazy manner. Looking right at her face, with now a lazy smirk on his face rather than that sheepish grin from earlier. "Again, sorry about that again, Flower. You were just... pretty damn vulnerable at the time and I just couldn't help myself from pulling a prank on ya right then and there. Again, sorry 'bout doin' that. But you did look pretty damn cute when you were angry though," sliding that one complement in the sentence at the very end albeit silently, in hopes of it making her give another reaction that he might get a chuckle out of.

Misaki placed his bag and things down onto the table they sat at, before he went back into the chin resting position that he was in earlier. Then came the question of why he didn't buy anything, to which he thought would've been quite the obvious. "Well... have ya seen that line? I mean, it looks pretty damn crowded doesn't it? Already looked like that when I fuckin' came in, so I couldn't have got a little something," he casually swore mid-sentence as he just grinned wider. "And speaking of which..." Misaki's stomach then made a grumbling noise as he eyed those great-looking cinnamon rolls she had.

"Could you uh... possibly spare me one of those cinnamon rolls of yours, Flower? I haven't eaten a single thing all day and frankly, I am hungry as shit right now. So could you please gimme one of them?" The boy asked politely, though might already know the answer to that question. That prank of his might have just denied him some food, and he could see why. But trying never hurt, right?

The cheesecake arrived a few minutes after ordering, the sweet smell filling her nose with happiness. Lisanna was about to text her spirit friend about the treat she'd got but was suddenly nuzzled on the cheek. She immediately recognized who it was and the small smile that grew on her lips was hard to miss to anyone that saw it. The white-haired girl let out a soft chuckle as Dot rambled about the cake. It was true that Dot normally had to ask for one, but that day was different and unexplainably so.

At the mention of her 'death' stare, however, Lisanna sighed. Intimidating people wasn't what she wanted to do. After losing her left eye at a young age, those who weren't as involved with the darkness in the world were frightened by her. She thought it would've gotten better after wearing an eyepatch, but that only seemed to make things worse. The problem was she's gotten so used to wearing an eyepatch and keeping her expression nonchalant so trying to fix herself was too late. It was a matter of finding those that would except her for who she was and while Dot would be one of them, they'd been together since Day 1 so the spirit was used to her.

"Is it that good?" Lisanna asked as she watched the tiny figure devour the dessert. She couldn't help but adore the girl for what it was worth, but it was obvious not everyone felt the way she did. A tall boy with black hair strolled through the doors, someone Lisa surprisingly didn't recognize. She almost felt annoyed when she saw the way he looked at Dot but chose to remain quiet and continue the conversation. "I don't know if I'd say I'm looking forward to it," Lisanna began as she let her hair fall over her eyepatch, "I'm supposed to be working on analyzing and my perception today." Pale fingers slightly grazed the surface of the black fabric, a small lump in her throat at the thought of letting anyone see the artificial eye.

The sound of panic brought her attention back to Kai, who was staring at his phone like it had just killed someone. After watching him for a few seconds, she realized he must have really need it for something. Lisanna hesitated for a moment but she pushed back her seat, the sound of the chair scraping agains the wooden floor filling the room, and walked over to him. "You can use this." She said colder than she had intended or expected as she handed him a silver cellular device. Internally punching herself, she walked back over to the table and sat down.

"Dot, why do I automatically become stiff and cold around other people?" Lisanna muttered.

Kai Looked at the silver haired girl as he stood up grabbing the phone he smiled at her and nodded it his head after scratching the back of his head. He looked at the phone and noticed that he needed a password to unlock it.
"Really?"
He said under his breathe as the lady handed over him the cheese cake.

"Thank you!"
He told the lady as he walked over to the two girls. He brought a chair to their table and sat on it backwards as he handed the girl her phone back placing the cheesecake on the table.

"Thanks but there's no point if I can't access it you know? I'll be alright though she'll just have to live with getting mad at me."
Kai looked at dot with a freaked out face as he watched her.
"So like you're a spirit right? How strong are you?"
He asked Dot with a curious look on his face. Kai had looked over at Lisanna as well as he wanted to ask her questions but she seemed not interested.
"Why do you have that look on your face? Are you not happy with life? Or is it something else?"
Kai looked at her as he ate the tasteful cheesecake as if every bite was heaven. Some grunts came up to the table as they looked at Kai and laughed a bit.

Grunt #1
"Hey man I don't want to have to give you a serious lesson if you don't accept my duel challenge me and my Spirit want to challenge you! This time we'll for sure win!'
The guy had hatred in his eye as a somewhat insane smile grew on his face as he placed his foot on the table.

"You're not scared are you punk!?"

Spirit Grunt
Standing behind her partner as she sighed from his slight obsession with beating Kai, it wasn't even the fact he wanted to win against the spirit and Kai it was Kai alone that her partner wanted. Kai's very essence irritated her partner dearly and she understood why, but still she didn't understand why he pushes himself to go face to face with this demon. She's seen how Kai and Taiyō fight and it isn't the easiest combo to beat.
"We will request a fight around 5 do you can make it? Or will you run and hide?"

Kai scratched the back of his head laughing awkwardly to seem to be heated fox girl.
"Hey no need to act like that."
He tried to sooth the mood between the two as he looked at her with an awkward smile and laugh still scratching the back of his head.
"Wait what?! My brains smart enough to kick somebodies behind if needed!"
His right hand balled into a fist as his eyes were filled with rage as he looked at the girl with a slight annoyance.
"What the hell do you mean? If you would stop being so stuck up and actually take a joke for once maybe people won't shun you out! OR maybe you should try being a tad bit nicer and maybe you'll attract other spirit friends or even human girl friends."
Kai was completely annoyed as his hair began to float up a bit as if he was about to transform, he couldn't help it that she always tried to insult him in every possible moment of her life. Cracking his knuckles the air inside of the room began to tense up as a cycle of wind formed under him.

|| Previous Night; 12:45a.m||

Taiyō paused mid step.
The two slender black tipped ears that popped out atop her head seemed to twitch in sudden annoyance and; with her heel still hovering just above the floor spun back around to face Kai once more, her head titled slightly forward as she eyed him up, her eyes now burning with barely hidden anger.

"I'd have had a choice if you hadn't brought that disgusting odor through the front door."

She practically hissed this, her tail now swaying violently from side to side and almost twice its usual size due to the fur puffing up in a show of annoyance.

"The only thing low developed here is your brain. I wasn't looking for advice on romance you idiot and if I was, I wouldnt be looking here. Now you can go kindly bait someone else because I ain't biting tonight Kai. One of us has class in the morning"

With a final sweeping gesture towards the scattered magical textbooks left lying on the floor, Taiyō turned once more on her heel with an air of finality that suggested she'd tolerate no more of Kai tonight, firmly shutting the door to her own allocated room behind her.

||Present time| 3;10p.m||

Taiyō sighed as she hoisted her bag up on to her shoulder, the weight of which caused her to lean slightly to one side once it had settled.
With one hand resting on her stomach, Taiyō began the arduous task of lugging the heavy bag to her favourite bookstore, a small out of the way place near the outskirts of the campus all the while grimacing at the emptiness in her stomach.

The journey would take her passed what she had heard was quite a popular sweets store, turning to gaze in curiousity as a young silver haired male exited the store talking on his phone, and she continued to stare as she walked passed, observing him stuffing his haul into his bag.

I must get some snacks

She thought to herself as her journey took her away from the candy store and the silver haired stranger, every step she took taking her nearer the store she desired and before long, Taiyō had reached the comfort of the cramped in bookshelves and the familiar smell of well used reading where she promptly headed toward the little cafe resting in a small nook toward the back of the store.

Setting down her book bag and cup of tea next to a large well worn armchair, the small fox girl would meander her way through the labyrinth of floor to ceiling shelving, plucking a small velvet bound book from high on the shelves before returning to her seat; with book in hand she deftly reached into the depths of the bag, procuring her cellphone before squinting at the dimly lit screen.

Galahad Faehart

An ever so familiar laugh echoed through the speaker of his phone. All too knowing of the notion behind it, Fae simply brushed his bangs back with a muted sigh and waited for his partner to continue on. Soon, he heard the sound of a door being precariously swung open, and as he expected, Max announced his location as the local candy store, though he threw in a question much more relevant to Fae’s field of interest.

“Not today,” Fae answered without even taking a moment to glance at his phone, “due to that, I was planning on reading for another hour or two, but things managed to crop up--and no, I don’t want your candy.” His tone tapered into mild annoyance once again. The teen likely ate enough candy to make the average human’s teeth rot, and Fae wasn’t about to take part in any of that. Besides, being offered candy brought up some rather unpleasant memories, though he knew his partner meant no harm. Probably. Besides, he didn’t even have a particular liking for sweets.

During their little exchange over the phone, the russet-haired boy had managed to make it quite a fair way to the cafe, close enough to see the doors anyway. However, a few steps closer brought a frown to surface back on his face. “What the hell…”

Through the glass windows, three particular individuals could be seen clearly in an argument of sorts. From the looks of things, a challenge had been issues. It really wasn’t any of his business, but did they have to do it in the cafe? A less public area would have been much more appropriate, no?

“Max. Are you dead set on the cafe today? There are some monkeys intent on causing a ruckus inside.”

More than anything, Floura wanted to punch that lazy smirk off of her human partner's face right now. How much more would she have to endure this? ..Right, probably for the rest of her life since she was eternally united with this guy. Rolling her eyes a bit, the female narrowed her gaze and looked away..except the tiny compliment did leave a tiny red tint across her cheeks. Her expression softened for a moment, only to be replaced with a scoff and a threatening glare moments later. "Oh Misaki, you think your flattering words will get to me? That didn't move me at all, nope!" With that, she stuck her tongue out at him, before resuming with feasting on the cinnamon rolls. Whilst doing so, she turned to check the amount of people in the cafeteria. "Oops, well..didn't see that..is there something going on?" She noticed that the majority were all standing in a circle, watching as, what seemed like, three individuals getting all fired up and ready to fight.

"They really couldn't choose a better place for a fight, huh.." Floura concluded. Although, she couldn't help but be a little curious of who decided to cause a commotion in the middle of such a crowded place. Shifting in her seat to face Misaki again, she heard his, surprisingly polite, quiery on wherever or not she would let him have a bit of her snack. With a devilish smirk on her face, the female nodded. "Aww, y-you didn't eat for the whole day? ..Hm, I guess I have no choice, being the nicest out of the two of us.." Hiding her hands in the cinnamon roll bag, she took one, gently breaking a teeny tiny piece off of it, before handing that piece over to him. "There you go, one piece of a cinnamon roll that you rightfully deserve~" As quickly as she could, Floura quite literally smothered the rest of the remaining dessert, before innocently grinning at him. There wasn't a single sign of guilt in her expression. "Hope that'll be enough for your hungry stomach~!
Consider it as payback.." She muttered quietly in the end, however the fake smile didn't disappear from her features.

A snicker escaped him when he noticed the spirit girl's cheeks getting a hint of red across them, a clear indication that the small compliment actually worked and he'd got some of the reaction he wanted. Though he expected more of those cute yet harsh reactions that those anime girls had, especially the tsundere ones, when given a compliment like that. But this is real life, so such a thing probably won't happen anywhere. He snickered more after it. "Well, ya sure about that? Saw your cheeks turn red for a second there, so are ya really sure 'bout that?" Mentioning her small yet noticeable reaction might give him another reaction to amuse him.

"But... in all seriousness though, ya really do look pretty cute. Specially when you're angry at me, ol' Flower. You've always been adorable to me." Switching to a more serious tone, Misaki gave her some more words of flattery in an attempt to actually have the girl be riled up more. For his pure amusement of course, he liked teasing her after all. Though he really did find her cute, but thoughts like that never made him flustered unlike normal people once they realized what they were thinking of probably. Probably, that was just a mere assumption. "And I guess you'll just have to put up with me and my pranks until the day I die, sweetheart."

He gave a more friendly smile, and put the 'sweetheart' term of affection at the end to rile her up even more. Sweet compliments like those are probably just him playing around and not actually serious, even when he changes his tone a bit, despite his straightforwardness and usual speaking of whatever comes to mine, he would typically never say something as affection as that without some stupid reason. But then again he's speaking with probably the only person here who he's extremely fond of and actually cares about somewhat, so he might have actually meant them. These two were bounded together for life, so he's grown very fond of her.

But right now, he's feeling quite hungry. Starving, in fact. Misaki's been trying his best to ignore and endure the feeling all day, and seeing her shove all those cinnamon rolls down her mouth will only make him go even more hungry. He didn't even notice the commotion and apparent fight that had been going on at all, prioritizing his hunger more that he didn't want to give attention to something that didn't involve him or anything he knows. Having not eaten at all this entire day, the moments he'd almost fallen asleep in class and not paying attention to anything had made it clear that he was tired and hungry.

And of course, the most expected and anticipated of the answers she'd give to him asking for one was chosen. A tiny piece had been laid on his hand, he just stared at it then back at her. He just had an unamused look on his face now, before just eating it anyways. If this was all he was gonna get, he might as well eat it. "'Course it wouldn't be enough for me, Flower. That's a stupid thing to say. What do ya think the word hungry means?" He said in response as a sort of stupid witty reply, a more unamused tone now present in his voice. Though he actually expected her to not give him anything and just taunt him instead of giving a tiny piece.

Listening to the two speak to him he scratched the back of his head and sighed. "If I do that then Taiyō might flip on me for getting into another fight. I told her I wouldn't get into anymore, and I kind of pinky promised on that one so you understand the situation I'm in right now?" He laughed awkwardly using his index finger to scratch his cheek as he continued to laugh. "We're creating quite the audience you think we can stop and talk elsewhere?" Kai got out of his chair after straddle sitting in it he looked at the guy who seemed to be thirsty for a fight.

Looking at Kai he grabbed him by the collar. "Stop screwing around bro, before you force me to do something I don't want to do! Who cares about that spirit! She's a rejected spirit anyway! No one even likes her because of her cold a-"
Kai Takeshi
"What you say about Taiyō?" Kai's hair covered his eyes as he heard the guy insult his partner from just that moment Kai sent the dude flying through the whole cafeteria till he collided with a wall leaving a giant dent in it. His hand was still in a fist form but it was straight up.

Dashing at Kai after seeing her partner sent flying she attempted to attack Kai as he first was caught in a flash. "H-h-h-how..." She stuttered looking up at Kai with a feared look on her face. She was trying to figure out why this guy was so strong and how high was his magic power? Swinging her hand away from Kai's grip she jumped back from him. "Scum!"
Kai Takeshi
People looked at Kai with slight fear and amusement seeing him in action was always interesting since he was always in fights to begin with. Of course though Kai wasn't the type to hold back no matter the gender or the race. After letting out a deep breathe Kai looked back at Kagami who had seemed to be knocked unconscious. "Go take him to the school clinic to make sure he's alright." Kai had a serious tone to his voice watching the spirit run after her partner. Scratching the back of his head Kai sighed again thinking about how he broke his promise with his own partner, how would she react to him? Would she hate him forever again? Oh the possibilities were endless as his adorable fox girl could surprise him with something new everyday. Just her alone could entertain Kai for a month without end with her change in moods. Oh what a wonderful partner yet bipolar he has, Kai couldn't stop thinking about her as he noticed the guy was in the wall still getting pulled out by his spirit.
