2) What sort of abilities, so to speak, does the Cryptid have? And does Kaeryn have any abilities when in her-I assume- human form?

The Cryptid has the ability to Get into one's head and play many illusion games. Almost like a cat playing with a mouse. Physical strength is above the average human, but nothing above super saiyan. And no, she is purely human when Cryptid doesn't mess with her.
