>Mom calls me on the phone and tells me that she's going to be decorating the house for my birthday today
>It sounded fun and I was wondering what she was going to come up with
>She then told me that it was kind of a joke and to not take it to seriously
>Kind of confused but was fine with it
>Proceeded to have mini party at my dads house
>Later I came home I went into the living room and was both surprised and confused at the same time
>It was the old ninja decorations my brother used for his birthday when he was like 6
>I immediately took it down and threw it in a pile in the middle of the room in fear of being embarrassed because I had 2 friends coming over (don't worry would be social distancing)

>I go into the dining room to see if my Mom was in there
>Instead i'm greeted with the sight of hot wheels, angry birds, and pokemon decoration. All from old birthdays primarily of my younger brothers.
