Political Structure: The United Families is ruled by the Jefe (or Boss) together with his La Mano Derecha (or Right Hand man). There is a council called Los Trece Conejos (or the Thirteen Council) led by a Consejero Principal (or the Head Councilor) which are comprises of shotcallers and OGs of the former Mexican gangs that thrived after the war centuries ago. The Comandante is the head of all the soldados. The United Families is a free democratic state although the Jefe rules the small sovereign state of the Crescent City, think of it as Ibiza and Los Angeles ghetto.
Social Structure: The territories of the United Families are dominated by Mexican Americans; both male and female. Inside the United Families, notably the Crescent City, people here are treated as brothers and sisters including whites and blacks. There are no police in the Crescent City but there are these so-called Enforcers who will defend the Crescent City/the territories of the United Families against hostile outsiders. Here, you are free whether you are Hispanic, White, or Black, it doesn't matter because you lived in a free state.
Military Structure: The United Families are quite weak when it comes to military however the Enforcers are one of the most powerful units in the United Families; they are shock-troopers and the rest are soldados who carry weaponry such as AK47, Shotguns, and other normal heavy weaponries. There are no military ranks in the army since they are all soldados. To be part of the military, you must first join as a cholo (recruit) and when the high ranking soldiers decide to let you in, they'll initiate you and you're in.

Other: Las Familias Unidas (or the United Families) was recently formed by the powerful three Mexican organizations; Norteños, Nuestra Familia, and the Luna Aztecas. These three gangs were fighting for control in the Crescent City until their jefes decided to end the war and instead unite and formed the United Families. Their only city that they control is the Crescent City which it has 3,600 people living in that area & the capital of the United Families while the countryside they control is sparsely populated. The United Families is a free democratic state led by a Luna Azteca jefe; Cesar Vialpando with his La Mano Derecha of Luna Aztecas; Jose Castillo. The United Families owns a lots of drugs such as cocaine, crack, weed, and other drug products due that the ancestors of these three gangs preserved it for almost a century. The United Families doesn't have an intention to expand their territories except if the Crescent City is overpopulated. The United Families jefe; Cesar Vialpando plans to expand his drug empire outside Crescent City.
