Larassa has a music note tattoo along the underside of her right wrist, as well as the pictured quote along her left shoulder. She also has a burn scar all along her left forearm, which is why she almost never is seen wearing short sleeves while she'll often roll the sleeve on her right arm up just enough to show off her music note tattoo. Her burn scar results in the lack of fur growing along her left forearm in a spotted pattern, meaning that there is still some fur there, but in patches. Her natural hair color is platinum, but she keeps it dyed blue as pictured above. To match her hair, she has blue eye color contacts in, as her natural eye color is a mossy green in both eyes. If she's not using her headphones, Larassa will have them around her neck, but never goes anywhere without them.

She sees the best in everyone and is always more than willing to go out of her way to help someone, whether or not she knows them. Larassa is rarely seen without a smile or even a hint of one on her face. Her eyes glow with a curiosity that is never seemingly quenched, as she is always loving to learn something new. Oftentimes, Larassa will be the one out at a party, dancing on the dance floor like nobody's watching. Though, she definitely prefers to be the one up with the DJ set-up, playing the music for everyone at the party. Larassa gets an adrenaline rush like no other when she's DJing and on the stage. Despite her love for parties and DJing, Larassa is actually brilliant and has no trouble passing most of her classes with flying colors.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=15.3333px]Despite her overly optimistic and cheerful attitude, Larassa has her moments like most others do. She'll feel panicky if she sees someone who looks remotely like her ex. She'll make a beeline for the nearest bathroom when this happens, and hide in a stall until she can control her breathing again. Larassa is terrified of cooking anything that requires boiling water, as it normally just gives her flashbacks to that one fateful day with her ex. Larassa also hates showing her darker emotions to anyone so she'll actually panic about panicking if she's doing it in public...ironically enough.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=15.3333px]Backstory: [/SIZE][SIZE=15.3333px]After finally moving out of her parents' house and moving to college, Larassa has never been happier. She didn't grow up in a bad house, per say, but her parents weren't entirely supportive of her love for music and DJing. Now, she's free to DJ and go to parties as much as she likes...assuming she passes her classes, too, if she can juggle everything. Having been at college now for two years, Larassa has gained a reputation and is getting a name for herself in the DJ world. 'Lightning', they call her, as her music and DJing gets everyone dancing at the parties. Her electric personality gets everyone in high moods, as she even will sometimes start breakdancing around campus with her friends. A small tap of the phone and putting it on speaker, next thing you know everyone's dancing and laughing, negativity forgotten almost immediately. The sensation of creating good vibes all around her and giving her happiness to others is something that's indescribably fulfilling for Larassa.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=15.3333px]On a darker note, Larassa fell in love with the wrong guy, who wore a beautiful, metaphorical mask when she first got to college. They dated for about two years before Larassa finally realized just how toxic the whole relationship was. Her feelings for him had clouded her better judgement, leaving her confused and torn about ending things with him. When she finally got the courage to do it, he turned on her and knocked over a pot of boiling water in the kitchen, which consequently launched its contents at Larassa, who shielded her face with her left forearm, hence the scarring. Larassa's friends had been warned beforehand, though, and cops were ready to bring her ex in not long after this happened, while rushing Larassa to the hospital for her severe burns. Every burn healed nicely on her body except for the one on her arm, a reminder to be more mindful of just who she lets get that close to her.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=15.3333px]Other: Larassa is working up to challenging another DJ soon, which will either give her a huge boost in reputation or completely crush her if she screws it up. Loving the sense of competition and feeling confident in herself, Larassa is working on a new mix in lieu of this. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=15.3333px]Inspiration: All of the pop songs honestly just made me think of a DJ getting everyone on their feet and dancing. The Gospel song made me think that the character wouldn't be someone who's gone through life unscathed so I gave Larassa a dark secret. After all, everyone has one. The other two songs just kept reminding me of a club and so I felt inspired to create a character with a music-loving background, especially a DJ one.[/SIZE]
