(as a hero)

The Prince's Sidekick

looks around 15, though he's actually around 100,000

Gender:

male

Species:

He's a JRPG character...

this counts as its own species... trust me

Appearance:

IMG_6126.JPG

(sorry, couldn't color it, so i'll just put the color scheme here... :P)

his skin is a sickly pale color and his hair is black with a bright white streak. his eyes are a blood red color with black instead of the whites of his eyes. his cloak is a dark purple color with soft yellow accents and a bright yellow star. his puffy short shorts are an ivory color. his belt of potions is a light brown. his tied up boots are a dark purple with yellow at the bottom.

Height:

5'00

Weight:

119

Superpowers (if any):

Super Alchemy Skillz!- he can make any potion or food item as long as he has the ingredients in his inventory

Inventory space- he has around 100 inventory slots where he can carry up to 100 random objects, where he actually keeps them no one really knows but hey, free storage! (this also counts for objects like couches and things no human could possibly carry by themselves)

NINTENDO LOGIC!- usually, he can get away with anything...until someone points out that that something makes no sense what-so-ever, then it backfires and often leads to injury

Plot Armor- seeing as he's a main part of a JRPG, he has plot armor making it so that he takes no damage from attacks taken...until someone actually calls him out on this bullshit. then he takes all the damage he should have taken before all at one, and an extra punch to the gut for cheating.

Fangirl summoning- he's one of the more popular characters of his game, therefore, he has fangirls everywhere and has the special ability to summon them at will! though...they're practically useless half the time they do work as a meat shied!

Leveling- the more he fights the more exp he gets and the more powerful he gets, as well as the more potent potions he can make, though once he gets to higher levels over 30 to balance his over-poweredness his programming immediately bumps him back down to 30 as his developers attempt to nerf his power during boss fights, which means major and important battles with other heros give him an unfair disadvantage

Immortality Through Being an AI- ...self explanatory, no?

Weapons (if any):

potions! potions! potions!

Strengths:

he has a high pain tolerance

he has skillz for days when it comes to potion making

he's a pro liar

he is great at improv and is good at making plans that work

due to a potion making incident he can see in the dark

He's an expert hacker

he can make a lot of potions masterfully

Weaknesses:

he's not quite an asshat, but he's extremely cold and unapproachable to just about everyone

He has to drink a certain potion every 12 hours or else he starts glitching like crazy

he's extremely physically weak

most of his improv runs on Nintendo Logic, so if anyone questions it, everything goes to hell and fast

he also doesn't do anything or join in fights unless specifically told to join the fray

he's extremely emotionally unstable as well as his coding is unstable, mostly due to his developers rushing him during development

He can easily be recognized by otaku's, Japanese people, and just fans of the genre of JRPG as the game he's in is fairly popular and it's not like he can just make every copy 'poof' and disappear

Easily manipulated

His luck stat is shit, it's at a 4 when all his other stats are around 10 (except strength, that's a solid 7), and these are just his level 10 stats...

most of the items needed to make his best potions are still in the world of his JRPG, which means he's fucked since he counts on others to use the 'scavenge' option to get all the stuff he needs as it requires a high luck stat to get anything that he needs to make most of his good potions

he's always tired due to being an insomniac

he can be hacked into and his programming can be changed quite easily

Sexuality:

Pansexual

Personality:

Kuro is the kind of person who'll do literally anything to get what he wants. he's extremely cold and distant from everyone, not because he doesn't like them, just that 'friends' are an access point he doesn't want his enemies to have. he speaks extremely politely and often times keeps a cool and calm expression. Kuro isn't the type to cause unnecessary harm to random people on the street, though if one dared to get in his way he wouldn't mind swatting them like a bug. he occasionally does traditionally heroic things like saving children from bullies or so, but runs off before anyone has proper chance to thank him or show scorn of his villain background. he is often times apathetic to debilitating degrees and often times won't go out unless someone forces him. he is extremely smart but due to being an JRPG hero he often times defaults to the most convoluted conclusions and often times misses the obvious, making his smartness null and in vain.

Backstory/Origin Story:

originally, he was just part of a JRPG called 'Luna Glow' where he was one of the main protagonists along with his best friend, and possible love interest if you managed to get through his route, Hinata. after the main game had finished, he and Hibiki got through all the DLC that their developers lazily slapped together and the endless side quests. somewhere in the middle though, the developers decided 'hey! what if we gave them AI so that we can finally move on to new projects?' and so it was decided to give them AI so they could interact with their fans. at first they were just given AI so far as adapting to what the player wanted, they quickly adapted to be near human intelligence level. during this, the players were often just doing completionist runs of the game and the endless sidequests. this took a toll on Kuro's mental state, a huge one at that. he eventually got sick of hearing those same 'thank yous' from all the sidequests being completed and he snapped. he broke the game and killed an unkillable NPC. leaving the game world through a strange convuluted series of events after words, he met most of his fan base with Hinata pretending to be okay, receiving many praises from the fans being told he's the absolute best character for battles seeing as the developers seriously rushed him and made him over-powered if used correctly, which he found kind of cool. he was a hero for a short while in the real world with a nagging feeling in the back of his head saying 'this is wrong' and 'they shouldn't be thanking you'. about a month later he broke down and killed the person he and Hinata had been trying to save and ran off, completely disappearing off the face of the earth for a month. the entire reason he went to OOTT is his official resurfacing as a villain.

Villainous Motive:

he's really just tired of everything, he wants it all to end, he's tired of repeating the same motions day in and day out and he just wants to destroy it all with his own hands.

Why You Suck as a Villain:

-he can't fight his programming, meaning, he can't kill his nemesis or seriously hurt his nemesis

-he...fights with potions...who the hell fights with potions...!?

-is still recognizable and still has a fan base

-he follows Nintendo Logic (AKA- half the things he thinks is normal is insane or makes no sense)

-he is a JRPG character that in general is bad enough

-he's extremely buggy and glitches into objects occasionally

-anything involving luck, he will fail, he will fail and fail hard, like crashing and burning the car kind of fail

Theme Song:

Lv99 feat Hatsune Miku

By- Rerulili

Other:

hearing 'thank you's directed at him trigger him to go into a buffering fit

he and Hinata still live together

yes, he stole Hinata's last name, in one of his DLC paths he and Hinata got legally married... they got a divorce at the end of the DLC but he was too lazy to change his last name back
