Traverse Town. It was a home away from home for many of the refugees that lived in this seemingly peaceful world of night. Though many who came here were from different walks of life, some not even the same species as the other, they somehow managed to make it work.

Daylight never shown there. It was an oddity with the place, but you could wait around for hours and the sky above would be just as dark as it had been before. There never seemed to be any kind of weather here either. It was strange for any who had been used to worlds where the weather changed and the sun moved across the sky. Despite this, it was never all that cold in Traverse Town. It remained in that same, dry, temperate setting as if frozen in time. Perhaps it was. No one here was actually native to the place.

The buildings, the timeless night, all of it had been there before the first resident had arrived. People had made their homes their since then, but it truly seemed like this world had materialized out of nothing. The buildings didnt seem to fall into disrepair from being uncared for either. Everything seemed untouched by the forces of entropy.

That is not to say it wasn't without its dangers. The heartless, creatures of shadow whom had terrorized each of the refugees homeworlds with their presence, could be seen lurking around shadows. Normally they didnt attack active crowds. They would wait till someone was alone to strike. Even then it was rare, and some of the residents like Leon were tough enough to handle the relatively weak varieties that scurried about. That said, the ones he defeated would never be gone long. As long as the hearts which give the heartless form arent released, they will just respawn again and again. The keyblade was the only thing that would be able to do that, however they didnt have anyone wielding one of those.

That is, until a boy had materialized in an alleyway. A boy with large yellow shoes and a red and blue outfit, covered in zippers. His hair was spiked and disheveled, sticking out in all directions and his face made him look even younger than he already was.

Others started to appear in the Alleyway as well, including a blond haired girl in a lime green dress and knee hight boots, wearing a devil horned headband, and a rather plump boy with a star branded tee shirt with shorts and sandals on. All three looked scuffed up, like they had just been in a fight, and all three were currently unconscious. Still more were materializing as well as tendrils of shadow dropped them off in this strange, timeless town.
