Stand Power: Dollarman's ability is based off of the concept of money and wealth, by sacrificing real money he can "buy" temporary strength, speed or even items. There is no limit to what item can be bought with Dollarman, as long as he has enough money to pay for it (However, anything bought with Dollarman is non-refundable, cannot be seen by none stand users, and vanishes after 25 minutes and 25 seconds exactly.) His ability is incredible, however to use it's abilities costs alot of money, putting Kaito in extreme debt, he normally has to borrow money from other people.
Stand Appearance: Dollarman is a man wearing your classical business suit attire with a bowler hat. It has paper white skin, and a big red dollar sign where the face is.
Backstory: Kaito had a pretty ordinary life. Then he developed a stand. He became determined to "be a hero" and ended up blowing all his money on his stand, trying to fight crime in his home town. He is hunted by several dept collectors and is forced generally to never stay too long in one place, least they catch him. One of the collectors even has a stand (I may or may not design his character at some point.)
Personality: He is a little gruff and will do just about anything to make some quick cash, but despite this he frequently ends up blowing all his cash helping people in trouble, showing his kind soul.
