Kagari has the signature red hair of the Uzamaki clan. He often wears red to compliment his hair, and the crest of his clan is on the back of his jacket. He's almost never seen without his sword; he travels with it everywhere. He's about average height for a kid his age, and his body is lean but muscular. While he can't compare to taijustu users in pure strength, he's decently physically strong, but he generally relies on his speed.
Personality: Kagari is a very prideful and stubborn kid. It takes a lot to make him give up, and he rarely backs down if challenged. He likes to brag about his abilities, and his pride often leads him into making stupid decisions. However, his pride isn't completely unwarranted. He's quite skilled in Bukijustsu (for a kid), and, as long as he remains cool and collected, he's pretty competent at forming battle strategies. He's also one of the youngest to graduate in his class. Despite his many flaws, Kagari is extremely loyal to his friends and his village, and he's a hard worker. He often does extra training on his own. "It takes hard work to be the best!" as he would put it.
Biography: Kagari parents were basically nomads. His father was exceptionally skilled in Bukijustu and could use some fuinjustu justu while his mother was skilled in ninjustu and could use some medical justu. From the day he was born, he traveled with them as they did odd jobs around the nations. During their travels, his father learned Bukijustu techniques from sword masters around the world. It was his dream the most skilled sword master in the world. However, there travels came to an end when they heard they were being hunted. Due to the Uzamaki Clan's naturally strong life forces and skill with fūinjutsu, this wasn't an uncommon occurrence. They were often attacked out of fear or captured out of curiosity. Kagari and his parents sought asylum in Konoha, but as they approached it, their pursuers caught up to them. Giving Kagari the book with all the sword techniques he learned in it, his father sent them ahead and fended their attackers off. It was the last time Kagari saw his father. By the time reinforcements from the Hidden Leaf came to help him, his father was gone. Likely killed in action, the only thing they could recover was his sword. From that day for forward, Kagari has wielded that sword. He vowed to accomplish his father's dream by becoming the best sword wielder in the shinobi world.
However, Kagari has only mastered a few of the sword skills in his father's book. Despite his naturally large chakra reserves, he's had a hard time with chakra control. It's been the cause of quite a bit of bullying, and it's a bit of a sore spot for him.

Description: By invigorating one's entire body with chakra, a shinobi can seemingly disappear and reappear in another location faster than most people can see. Often times one's movements are disguised with the use of an extra element, be it a smoke bomb, leaves, water, sand, etc. in order to hide the user's trajectory from those with skilled eyes. Though it mimics teleportation, it is important to remember this jutsu merely boosts the agility of its user. As useful as this technique is, it can only be used 4 times in a battle thread, and any more usages beyond that result in muscle tears in the legs from overexertion.
Equipment list: 5 kunai, 6 throwing stars, 5 meters of invisible wire, 3 explosive tags and his father's sword.
