Age: 25
Nickname/s: Scar
Home Region: Kanto
Personality: Optimistic, sarcastic, dark, witty, logical, honest, vain, confident, hard working.
Appearance: May change the image but Scarlett tends to be pretty fashion foward, wearing cute or pretty clothes. She likes to wear a lot of lace and tends to gravitate towards black or white over colors. She's pale, has blue eyes and long black hair that's usually tied up in an elegant up do. It's rare to see her with her hair down.

Bio: Scarlett was born and raised in Lavender Town with her parents and younger brother and sister. Scarlett had always wanted to be a well known Pokemon trainer like her grandmother but she really got the motivation to do it when she met Blue - a traveling trainer who had arrived in her town. They became fast friends, Blue showed her his Pokemon and Scarlett let him come visit her house where she realized that her parents knew who he was. It turned out his grandfather and her grandmother were rivals at one point, this didn't stop them from being friends though.

After pleading with her parents multiple times, they finally decided it was a good idea for Scarlett to go on her own journey so they gave Scarlett a cubone as her starter Pokemon. Scarlett would run into Blue multiple times on her journey but for the most part traveled alone. She started taking on the gym challenge, amassing a good team for herself which mostly consisted of ghost and dark types.

Scarlett managed to collect all eight badges of Kanto, but instead of taking on the league she went onto the Johto region and started collecting badges there. As Scarlett got older, her friendship with Blue matured and she even managed to meet Red - Blue's longtime rival. Now that she has sixteen badges and a strong team, Scarlett mostly keeps a low profile and works at the Pokemon House in Lavender Town, caring for abandoned and lost Pokemon.

Notable Relationships:

Agatha - She is Scarlett's grandmother. She doesn't see her often, but the two will try to visit each other as much as they can. Scarlett looks up to Agatha and shaped her team based off of hers. She will often go to Agatha for advice.

Blue - These two have a very complicated relationship. The two have had a very strong friendship for a long time, since they were ten years old. Recently, Scarlett took a trip to Alola and came across Blue and Red. She spent some time with him and he confessed that he had feelings for her. Since then, things had been rather awkward for Scarlett as she has been trying to figure out love and dating. As of right now the two are casually dating but are not in a relationship. Scarlett is still trying to figure out her feelings towards him.

Red - Scarlett met Red through Blue. She considers Red a friend and respects him a fair bit due to his masterful skills in Pokemon.

Professor Oak - Like Red, she also met the professor through Blue. She thinks he's a very nice and intelligent professor. She's even considered becoming a pokemon professor like Oak but Agatha had always strongly advised Scarlett against it and told her to never give up on Pokemon battling.

Mr. Fuji - Scarlett's boss. Because of her great work ethic, Mr. Fuji likes having Scarlett around. He's also one that she likes to get advice from, since he had been researching and caring for Pokemon for many years.

Name: Randall Corle
Age: 17
Nickname/s: Randy
Home Region: Hoenn
Personality: Distant, and a bit down-trodden while alone, Randy prefers the company of people to Pokemon, though the three he does have he treasures dearly. He's just a bit... weirded out by most other Pokemon. Still, while around people, he's sociable and relaxed, and pleasant all around. He usually is very, very careful when talking to others, thinking out what he has to say before he says it, and trying to defuse arguments the instant they start, or he thinks will start.

However, despite his cautious nature, he's also quite driven and determined, along with stubborn. He thoroughly dislikes Flying and Fire Pokemon, refusing to even pet them. But, disregarding that, it's this same determination that's driving him to attempt the Pokemon League challenge with his mish-mosh group of Pokemon. He's determined to make the most of the life he's been given, and the luck he's been blessed with. And, most importantly, wherever his friend may be, he wants to make him proud, and happy.

Appearance
: With bags under his constantly bloodshot eyes, tired demeanor, and near-constant dry mouth, Randy is what you'd call the exact opposite of a morning person. Still, his hygiene is something he's quite adamant about keeping in tip-top shape, so despite all this, he's actually known for his set of pearly whites. He has dark brown hair and lots of it, to boot. It's always tied in a short ponytail at the base of his neck, to keep it out of his way. His almond skin is usually pretty clear, but since he's still a teen, his chin and upper lip are lightly swabbed with hair, and just a bit of acne. Though he has a pretty relaxed smile, usually, he keeps an extremely neutral expression.

He often wears baggy, darker clothes. Specifically, black jeans, a dark brown jacket, and black sneakers, though most of his shirts are either purple, red, or some variation of the two. Finally, around his neck, he wears a Mystic Water-- a gift from his late friend. He usually keeps his Pokemon's Pokeballs either in his jean or jacket's pockets.

Biography: Born and raised in Lilycove City the majority of his young life, Randy lived at home with his mother and father and their house Pokemon. Growing around Water and Ghost Pokemon all his life, and tending to the grounds at Mt. Pyre for some of his life through high school, Randy grew used to such Pokemon, their antics, and how to care for them. Still, he tried to avoid the Trainer life as much as he could, only training his sole Nincada for the sake of keeping it and himself safe should another Team Aqua or magma clone show up around in his little Hoenn again. He even managed to evolve Nincada into Ninjask and Shedinja before entering high school, which got him the attention of the old couple on Mt. Pyre, who were close family friends.

However, in the years to come, Randy would know death not just from working at a Pokemon cemetery. You see, growing up, Randy had plenty of friends, or people he'd just barely call friends. But there was one standout guy among them that he'd known ever since he could babble. Gerome. The two of them were like peas in a pod for years, growing, training, and having fun as kids did. Gerome, though went on to become a trainer. Getting a Mudkip from Professor Birch and all that, and even earning enough Gym Badges to challenge Tate and Liza across the sea in Mossdeep. But Gerome, always the sentimental type, stopped by to have another run-in with Randy. They talked, walked around Mt. Pyre reminiscing. However, as they were, they happened upon a grave robber. Both boys, headstrong, charged him down with their Pokemon-- now a Swampert and Ninjask/Shedinja rather than their piteous previous forms-- but only one got out alive. Pulling a gun on the both of them, Gerome's heightened reflexes from training for Gyms and the like for the past half decade saved Randy's life as he tackled him out of the way, taking the bullet as his Swampert took down the robber. Though the robber was caught, Gerome hadn't made it. And, though Gerome hadn't asked it, in his last moments on earth, he'd heard his best friend, Randall, promise that his name wouldn't be forgotten, that somehow, Gerome would live on as a Champion, somewhere.

The Corle family left Hoenn after that incident, not just to help Randy escape the fate of his friend, whom he himself entombed in the upper levels of inner Mt. Pyre, but to help him heal thanks to the help of one Mr. Fuji, who not only was a renowned scientist, but was known very well for his close relation with death, and helping those who've lost others through the grieving process. It was here that Randy first met his coveted Gastly, which he caught in memoriam of his lost friend. And, of course, he named it after his late friend: Gerome.
