Flaws: She is Flipbing InS@nE!! She is addicted to sugar and loves cute things!!! Although she has a terrible taste in cute..... Her weakness is tacos!!

Strengths: She is Flipbing InS@nE!! She has the reflexes of a cat on speed and the flexibility of a bendy straw! She's fast too!!

Personality: She is very loud and outgoing at all times!! The only time she isn't is either when she has a face full of candy, or is dead asleep. She loves to play, but don't be fooled by her energetic demeanor. She will un-alive you in a split second and not bat a eyelash. She has a deep admiration for her big brother and would willingly follow him anywhere.

Brief bio: (Following the end of Arkham City) She was the unknown child of Harley and Joker. Born after her father's death, her mother was less than sane. After her mother was captured by batman and robin, she was taken from her crib by some of the joker's goons at 1. They joined the circus and raised Jolly there. Jolly grew up as the cannon and effects user for the circus. She loved being in the circus, all the acts and animals and chaos. Sadly after some time, her psychopathic and sadistic tendencies began to unfold. The other members who used to work for Joker knew this was coming. They told her about her origins and family. Knowing that she would only get worse, they tried to drug her to keep the crazy down. Unluckily, her mother's power prevented that. So one day when she was asleep they got up and moved the circus away from her. She was left with her tent, a map to Gotham and some money.

Powers: Enhanced strength, metahuman agility, extreme durability, talented gymnast and immunity to most poisons, radiation and toxins. Plus a unusual knack for making weapons of mass destruction. Bombs, guns and cannons are her favorite thing EVER!!!




Fun Fact: Jolly is albino, her actual hair color is white, she dies it on occasion when she is bored
