Appearance: Joker is roughly 5'11, though he wears boots that give him an extra two or three inches and thus appears taller than he already is.
He has a sharp face and angular eyes that are a shocking acidic green in color. His hair is shaggy and a deep black. His skin is deathly pale and he has sharp, thin black eyebrows arching over his eyes.
He has thin pale lips that are almost always turned into an odd smirk, barely visible beneath this smirk are incredibly sharp teeth, like those of a shark. He is always dressed in a sort of suit, his shirt and slacks black and obviously very dressy, his vest a bright acidic green and covered in the one thing that isn't particularly matching of a suit. It is a black leather jacket that looks quite a lot like a backwards straight jacket with bright acidic green accents including buckles and straps around the arms and in place of buttons or a zipper on the front. Unlike a straight jacket the sleeves only come just past the palms of Joker's hands. He also wears thick black boots.
He has elfish ears, reaching just below the top of his head and coming to a point, or they would if they didn't look ripped to pieces. He also always wears a black top hat, a green ribbon above the brim and a similarly green rose tucked in the ribbon on the right side. He is very fond and protective of this hat.
Personality: There is a reason his name is joker. He is incredibly hard to take seriously. He is melodramatic, in fact everything he does is dramatic. He is a showman first and foremost. He is clingy and flirtatious, he is not picky about who he flirts with, and tends to find most things attractive, if only temporarily.
He likes to mess with peoples heads, and is rarely, if ever, straightforward when asked a question. He loves meeting new people, Nightmares and Dreamers alike. He is the unofficial welcoming committee of Twisted and is quite proud in his job, even conjuring a little name tag on the lapel of his jacket. He also offers all newcomers flowers, though they tend to disappear within a few minutes. It is incredibly difficult to determine what he might be thinking, since he tends to constantly have a grin on his face.

Powers: His inherent abilities allow him to read the general ideas of peoples minds. It is strange in that he cannot pick out specific thoughts, but more along the line of general ideas.
His abilities learned are those of illusion. He can warp the space around him and use it to his advantage. He can create objects and animals from seemingly thin air. Despite this though, they are not very good for attacking or hurting people. Joker is the only one who can hold onto his illusions for longer than a few minutes. Otherwise they tend to disappear within a time-span, unless Joker is still holding onto them or touching them in some way. They also can't actually harm people unless Joker is holding onto them or in contact with the object in some way, though he often prefers grand scenes. They also disappear slower or faster depending on how close to his creation Joker is. While the farther away Joker is from his creations, the sooner they fade. If holding onto them, he can keep them going indefinitely. He's particularly fond of creating walls and balance beam bars, usually colored to match his surroundings, so it looks like he's walking in thin air.
