Appearance:


Jason is tall and lean, with a runner's physique.  His blonde hair and yellow eyes are his most noticeable feature in human form, except for when his emotions get the better of him and starts taking on more of his draconian qualities.  An almost permanent smirk tugs at his lips, and his eyes seem to hold a mischievous light in them, as if he's plotting something.  Not usually one to take too much care in his appearance, he normally walks around with a case of incurable bed-head.


Personality:  If there was a word to describe Jason, it would be 'stubborn'.  He is exceptionally strong-willed, and never afraid to speak his mind no matter what kind of trouble it can get him in.  His temper is a short and fiery one, but though it's easy to anger him he's also quick to forgive if the situation calls for it.  Not one to hold grudges, he can go from fighting with his friends one minute to laughing and joking with them the next.  


Being a Wildling, he is immensely curious about humans and spends a lot of time bothering them with seemingly mundane questions.  He is fiercely loyal to his friends, doing anything his power to help them whenever possible.


Background:  Jason grew up with little exposure to the war, and never really developed any negative ideas about humans.  Because of that, when he was given the opportunity to attend Truslow, he jumped at the chance to actually meet humans for real.  His parents had their own ideas about the war, but they were smart enough to give Jason the facts and let him develop his own idea of the human race. 


Jason is the oldest of three siblings, and has spent most of his life getting into fights with them.  Once again his parents decided to take a hands-off approach, and because of that the fights were rarely as benign as a yelling match between him or his brothers.  


Strengths: Jason is stubborn and strong-willed, not willing to give up on an idea just because it fails once or twice.  Or twelve times.  He is extremely quick to learn, and has a tendency to become ravenous for knowledge from time to time.  Despite having such a short temper he is a very compassionate person.  He tends to become attached to the people he makes friends with, and is fiercely loyal.


Weaknesses: His short temper is probably his worst trait, if someone figures out something that gets under his skin it doesn't take much for him to launch an attack.  Because of this, he can sometimes take jokes far too seriously, feeling like he needs to defend himself or he has something to prove.  He tends to fall into depression easily, though that's a side of him that he hides as best he can from anyone else, the last thing he wants to do is show weakness.
