Traits (Personality): Richard is super tight on security. He has security cameras put up at almost every corner along with some hidden ones in places that the prisoners need not know of. He has/wants to set up metal detectors at all doorways, too. He has never let a prisoner escape on his watch and plans not to. He will interrogate prisoners on anything suspicious they've done, even like taking spoons and forks from the cafeteria. Despite the amount of security--to the point where the prisoners' privacy is almost invaded--Richard never feels confident in its strength. As such, he runs daily cell searches on random prisoners. If there's a security breach or a big problem, Richard himself will always appear alongside the other guards.

Role/Assignment: Corrections Supervisor

Work Experience (Backstory): Richard is a former CIA agent who was the top in his field. He's an expert in combat and does not require any bodyguards. He was then moved to become the Security Chief of the U.S. president where he prevented over a dozen assassination attempts and foiled terrorist attacks. He grew fond of his job, and the president became deeply grateful. It was because of Richard that he made it through the two terms. That's why he was shocked when the board denied him from protecting the upcoming candidate. One of the foiled assassination attempts had left some shrapnel in his leg, and it was showing. They feared he would become inept at protecting the next president and subsequently had him retired. Even with shrapnel in his leg, Richard could move around pretty well, but they still abandoned him. The day of the election, the candidate was shot and killed.

Richard enlisted to work as a prison officer, climbing up the ranks to become the Corrections Supervisor of the Blue County's Men Correctional Facility. In all the years he has worked, not a single prisoner has escaped. Those who tried, well, let's just say they escaped to the morgue.

Work Experience (Backstory): Started at age 32 as a foreman and worked his way up the corporate ranks. Had a heart attack two years ago (STEMI) and underwent emergency catheterization. He has had a stent in place since.
