  Hair: Wavy auburn hair which reaches down to the middle of her back. Usually pulled back into a ponytail or braid.

  Body: Athletic tall lanky build, slender shoulders, narrow waist, noticeable muscle build mostly along legs.
  
  
  Attire: Normal attire varies upon setting. Her preference tends to be loose fit clothing which is easy to move in. Normally her clothing is dusted with dirt or grim of some sort due to her constant state of working. The only exception to this tends to be her Piloting suit which is a black form fitted suit with faint blue hexagon marking.

  A constant through out every RP is is put into is the fact that her left arm is a cybernetic prosthetic. Originally her arm was replaced with a low tech prosthetic that she has tinkered with over the years and slowly made better and stronger.The arm has a sensory system for pressure, heat and pain to match that of a normal limb, only difference is she can turn these sense off. She has a noticeable increase in strength in the arm and it is resistant to heat and waterproof. There is an system to protect the arm against over load of energy and EMP. Last feature of the arm is a 4 inch sharpened hidden bladed used in emergencies.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  

  

  
  
  A pendants two inches in diameter pendent given to her by her father when she was a child. The swirls with in the pendant will glow faintly. It never leaves her person and is normally tucked into her shirt.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Personality
  
  Jade has been obsessed with technology since she was very young and often prefers the company of her creations than other humans. She will spend hours deconstructing and learning about machines, coming up with ways to enhance and upgrade existing tech and brains storming new inventions. Though she is knowledgeable she doesn't offer advice unless asked. She is sometimes forgetful and, oblivious and a bit of an air head when it comes to day to day life. Forgetting to eat or sleep while spending hours with her creations. This often has her coming off as antisocial or ditzy.
  
  
  Jade has a difficult time making friends as she has a severe mistrust for others and isn't always tact full with her responses often being very blunt. She is very smart and logical in her thinking. To the few friend she does have she is caring and loyal often putting herself in harms way to keep other safe. Jade is oblivious when it comes to anything romantic usually passing it off as they are just being nice. In her opinion romantic relations ships are nothing but drama and a detraction, and would rather avoid it.
  
  
  She is very out spoken and easily enraged if her any of her creations are damaged. She has very little tolerance for horseplay while in the work area often reacting in a very vocal and violent manner. Despite hate seeing others neglect their machines she is willing to lend a hand helping to others with their creations. Sometimes going overboard with her aid. Due to trauma as a child she as a severe dislike of loud explosions.
  
  
  
• History
  
  Jades history has changed from RP to RP pending on the setting and situation. Her most recent history is as followed:
  
  
  Born and raised into the army life Jade grew up around technology and Mechs. Her father was an well respected pilot and her mother an engineer who designed and maintained mechs. Growing up Jade had always been bright however her parents noticed a difference with their daughter. She was less social and isolated her self from other children, having trouble relating to them. However she was was extremely intelligent and able to understand concepts far beyond her years. At the age of 13 she was enrolled into a specialized program where other children were trained in combat and Mech piloting. In Jades case she also studied engineering.
  
  
  Jade excelled in her studies and showed promise as an engineer and potential as a pilot. Enough to catch the attention of one of the generals. At 17 Jade was moved to a more intense and harsh training program. It didn't take very long for her parents to notice a difference in Jade. The teen became more isolated and what emotion she did show started to fade.
  
  
  A year into the program while working on a project she had been assigned Jade realized too late that there was a miscalculation and the unstable element reacted violently. The incident resulted in severe burns along her left side and back and the lose of her left arm. Fortunately enough Jade was able to be given back function of her left arm in the form of a prosthetic. It was one worked on by both of her parents and a few friends of theirs.
  
  
  Despite Jade surviving the incident it had been the last straw for her parents. The only reason she was working with such dangerous materials was because the people running the program wanted to test her. Not wanting to put Jade in any more danger the family left in the middle of the night with no warning, taking Jades mech along with her fathers. They didn't get very far before being pursued and nearly killed for deserting the army.
  
  
  During the escape Jade parents took it upon them selves to draw the attention of the army and allow Jade to escape. The last she saw of her parents they were holding their own against the armed forces until a large explosion cleared out the area. It is unsure if Jades parents survived or not however she wasn't able to go back and check since she was still being hunted.
  
  
  Jade wandered for nearly a year, managing to lay low. She used the traits and skills she had been trained for most of her life to become a mercenary as an Angel. She has worked as an undercover Mer. for a few years with a high success rate due to her skill in stealth.

    Perilous Situation or Incapacitation Override Neural-link.
    
    A link system which connects to Jades nervous system and mind. This provides for near instant reaction and reflexes. The mech essentially becomes an extension of Jade. However it is a two way street Jade maybe be able to control her mech as well as she can her own body however she can also feel damage inflicted upon the Mech.
    
    
    Along side the neurolink there is a AI programmed to record and essentially learn from the pilot. In the event of the pilot losing consciousness the AI will take over and take measures to retreat to safety. This does not always guarantee the Pilots safety though. The link can also be maintained when the pilot is out of the mech Via a special device which allows remote control of the mech from a distance. The control is less fluid and has a delay time due to the connection not being direct.
    
    
    The link does have the potential side effects of migraines, temporary loss of motor control, permanent nerve damage
    
    
    Suit Functions
    
    

    • Enhanced Speed System: Boosters on back and legs allow for a faster base speed, other smaller boosters and systems with in the system allow for more stability while at high speeds ranging from 100-300 mph while keeping reactions and mobility.
      
    • Camouflage: Optical camouflage with a slight sound muffling component.
      
    • Heat Sync: Hat collection and containment system which redirects and contains heat generated and has can be controlled in it's release.
      
    • Shield: Energy shield which can be expanded and contracted on command. The smaller the shield the stronger it is, larger shields tend to be weaker.
      
    • System Scrambler: Emits a signal rendering surrounding tech to malfunction. Only lasts 30 sec.
      
    • Environmental Awareness: Has a system of sensors which alert to any in coming enemies/objects and will advise evasive moves and counter measures. Provides 3D mapping, seismic sensors, thermal, infrared and electromagnetic scanners.
      
    • Automated Reload System
      
    • Standard Issue Overcharge and EMP Protection
      
    • Anchor System: [biped] Shifting stance each leg split in two from the knee joint down and anchor into the ground allowing for stable anchoring. [Quadruped] four point anchors which lock down from each limb anchoring mech into place for more stability.
      
    • Advanced Targeting system: targeting system utilizing all available scans in order to provide pinpoint accuracy at all ranges. Remote controlled single use scout droid is used in this process to extend range and gain more information. Batterylife: 1/2 hour. Explodes and nearly disintegrates on command or once battery life is up. up to 6 can be stored at a time.

    • Hidden Blades: An energized superheated blade on each arm which vibrates to allow for easier cutting. Blades can be stored away with in the arm for non combat situations.
      
    • Railgun: Back mounted system which, when inactive, allows for full range of motion while acting as a secondary shield. When activated the spine of the mech must be straight and locked in said position. Mech is allowed some movement but is very limited. This system is integrated with the Air Piston Sniper Rifle (Below) as they share the same barrel. Due to the build of the weapon into the mech it provides electricity dampening system to protect from any form of electricity based attacks.
      
    • Air Piston Sniper Rifle: Using a piston to hyper-condense air behind a massive shell / bullet. When the backwards-drilled holes are released, the cyclonic rotation of air along the barrel creates a vacuum (along with the intense pressure behind the shell/bullet), to eject the shell forwards at Ultra-Sonic speeds. (Super, Hyper, Ultra, Mega in that order of magnitude). Which means, the shell is traveling faster than 20x the speed of sound, riding on a slipstream of air. What it hits will be blown apart.
      
    • Casmir Pulse Rifle: 30mm light based system of 50 chambers which store, charges and focuses light into a beam. These canisters are set on a rotary system which allows for semi-automatic firing rate.
      
    • Front mounted flare guns.
      
    • Smokescreen: plumes of supper heated smoke released from the front and back used to blind opponents.

    Because Jade can be fairly incompetent when it comes to remembering to take care of herself she has a D.I.G.I.T. A small bog that monitors Jades health and reminds her of every day things like eating, sleeping, appointments, etc. It's about the size of a softball and levitates.

  Jade is not the strongest nor is she much use in raged combat, she makes up for this with her speed, stealth and training in CQC. Her tactics normally revolve around remaining hidden and unnoticed, gathering as much information as possible then striking at weak spots before the target can even know she's their. In situation where there isn't enough time to gather much information she defaults to knowledge already acquired to make the best guess in how to take out an enemy.
  
  
  Her strikes are not usually leather opting to incapacitate over kill.
  
  
  If found in a situation where she is losing Jade will opt to escape using trickery and small gadgets. Her goal in a fight is not to win but to survive.

You have done very well with this character sheet. It is nice to see a female of power! You clearly seem to understand this character very well.


The reader is given just enough information to meet your character without giving too much away. Jade has a unique presence, a solid personality, and a super cool wardrobe. Your effort and time placed in creating these items is very visible. These definitely add to the creativity of your character.


Some of your character's behaviors are not explained in your characters history. We understand she has experienced some kind of trauma with explosions and her parents death. What we don't get to see is her relationship with her parents. Was she really close to them? did she appreciate them for sending her to high end education institutions? What was it like for her to have parents that were both in the army? How does that affect her personality. Is this part of the reason why she is so oblivious to romantic relationships? And is this why she is so attached to her own creations? Are these two things somehow connected?
