She often just looks out for herself, though she looks after the staff of her business because they are like family to her. Isobelle is a business woman, so she hates when someone does not stick to their end of the deal. It typically doesn't end well for the person who betrayed her. Due to her persuasion she also feels very protected because she has managed to get her own personal security detail. Also, due to her knowledge, she has also become an information broker.
