In a land where dragons roamed free, the people were terrorized, until one day, hope came, and they found the solution to get rid of the dragons, once and for all.
The dragons used to roam free, instilling terror in the hearts of innocents. They could fell kingdoms in the blink of an eye, devour whole armies in another. They did what they wanted, and nobody could stand up to them, for they were too powerful, and the people were afraid, but those who did stand up to them never came back.
Except one.
One day, a noble by the name of Wulfric Grimrich went seeking help, any sort of help; new powerful magic, or perhaps a powerful god willing to listen, or possibly a legendary beast that dragons fear. He sought help in any form, but he did not know what he would find. He found an ancient temple, ruined by age. Following the incantations engraved on the walls, he summoned a powerful demon, and went back to his home. He had a mighty battle with one great dragon, and using the power of the demon felled it easily.
Now, heroes must seek demons and use their power to eliminate the danger that the dragons pose, once and for centuries to come.
