Interesting Bill Passed

So I recently watched a video with my mom and was not shocked by rather impressed. The fact that the president signed a bill to allow the government to build 6 Fema concentration camps over the us...can you not drop any lower. Not to mention the co man who helped and claimed he didn't read the bill was acting dumb and trying to say it isn't true though I believe somewhere in Texas there is one build but is called a "resident". It looks like a concentration camp...but it has a playground in it. Though that wasn't what really caught me off guard. We don't have 50 states we have 10 sectors with 10 people that we didn't vote for running it.

What is the purpose of theese 'concentration' camps? Is this going to be WWII all over again, or...

Have to admit I'd be interested to see links on the actual wording of the bill. At the moment this seems like fear mongering about a provision for temporary housing in case of disasters. May not be executed perfectly but it actually seems like a good idea to be prepared instead of just setting things up after the fact. Hurricane Katrina comes to mind.
