Welcome to the Guild Hall.

This is where you can come get to know your fellow guilders, challenge each other to matches known as Guild Rank Battles, create mission groups, and request missions from the guild master.

The type of missions that can be requested are as follows.
​

Bounty Hunter Mission: Find a dangerous criminal and capture them. Alive. Well, mostly alive, after beating the hell out of em.


Monster Slayer Mission: Find and slay the wanted monster. But don't get eaten in the process. That would suck. Bring back something to prove you did it.


Dungeon Explorer Mission: Explore the dungeon, indiana jones/lara croft style and find the ancient artifact inside. Also remember to enjoy the multitude of terrifying monsters and deadly traps inside.


Assassination Mission: Use stealth and the cover of the night to sneak in and assassinate the target. Unless you're the type to kick the door down and go in blasting. That works too.


Bodyguard Mission: Escort your client from one place to another without letting them get massacred, at all costs, no matter what, even if you di-oh wait! Keep yourself alive too!


Guilder Challenge: Challenge a fellow guilder to a one vs one battle. The Guild Master will pose as referee and determine the winner, based on creativity, cunning, and skill.

Guildmaster meridian turned around at the request, to see an unfamiliar warrior standing behind him. Although this warrior looked very capable and promising Meridian didn't recognize them which was odd because he knew every member by name.


" Bodyguard mission you say? I would be more than willing to supply you with one but I don't believe your registered with our guild yet. Register yourself (character signup tab) then return to me once again." Meridian explained before going back to business as normal.

Maryse came sauntering on up to the Guildmaster with her customary, swaggering pace, a grin plastered on her face.


"Hi-ho, Lord Meridian, how are you this fine evening? I for one am positively itching to bludgeon something to death with my fists and face. What've ya got for me?"

Meridian smiled warmly at the warrior. " Energetic and filled with vigor I see as always, Maryse. I have multiple mission assignments that have come in for today. The one you will be given depends on the type of mission you request. Feel free to choose from the listing and I will give you a quest that will quench your thirst for battle."


He said eyeing her closely waiting to hear her response.

CHAPTER #000 Alistair O'Riley

It was a quite afternoon, after spending it resting under a serene tree with Camilla beside him the half-elf decided to go back to the guild, itching for a mission. As he entered the guild adorned with gold columns and banners, he began to thought of what that mission would be. He approached the guild master, "Good afternoon Guildmaster," he said while bowing to the Celestial. "I'm here to request a assassination mission,"

Meridian smiled.


"Ah! Alistair I've actually been meaning to speak with you about an assassination mission I believe you would be the most qualified to complete.


The queen of the Magistrate Kingdom has been possessed by the soul of a Demon...

Believing that there was a chance this could happen, she contacted me four years ago asking me to do whatever necessary to protect her kingdom. I've tried everything imaginable, but in the end it's come down to taking her life and freeing her soul before the demon destroys the kingdom.


Her knights guard have no idea she is possessed and are still completely loyal to her despite her evil deeds.

CHAPTER #001 Alistair O'Riley

"Do you choose to accept this mission, Alistair?" Meridian asked after informing the wood elf.


"Yes Guildmaster," he replied. "Though it is hard for me to kill the queen of the Magistrate Kingdom, it is of good intentions," he explained.


"It's the only way to get rid of that demon in her,"

Smoke was sitting on the grass, bored, he desired adventure. Therefore, he went to the Guild for a mission .Smoke came up to the guild prepared for a mission from the guildmaster "Greeting Guildmaster" he said as he kneels to him "I desire a Monster Slayer Mission, Guildmaster."

The guildmaster looked thru his stack of most recent monster slayer requests.


"Oh yes. This one should peak your personal interest smoke. I know how much you love to experiment on things.


During a mining expedition within the Lorik Mountains, the mining crew came upon an ancient unactivated Berserker Golem buried deep within.

Apparently all the ruckes and racket activated it and in a rage it started slaughtering the miners. We have been requested to go into the mines, find and slay the Golem so the miners can continue their work. You up to the task, Smoke?"

Mission Posting: The Dread Beyond


Type: Monster Slayer - Needs a team of 2 or 3


Details:


The city of New Havun has requested our assistance in slaying a Hades Dreadwing.

It has been showing up after nightfall for nearly two weeks. Eleven people have been eaten so far. The southern side of the city has been evacuated of citizens so that a trap can be set to kill the monster. This is a team mission. Go there. Find it. Kill it. Bring a fang or claw back as proof.


Should you accept, I'll make preparations to get you there. Time limit is 7 days from start of mission.

Mission Post: Hunting Jericho


Mission Type: Bounty Hunting - Team of 3 to 4


Details:


A opposing guild member by the name of Jericho Braggus is on the run somewhere in the Dazlamurk Forest. He was apprehended and captured two weeks ago for the massacre and apparently even eating, some of a wealthy politicians family. He thought he would get away with it by pretending it was done by a group of monsters he was supposed to be hunting. He’s looking at serving a life sentence but early this morning he escaped from the guards transporting him.

We’ve be contacted to find and retrieve him. ALIVE at all costs, as he may have sensitive information as to who hired him to kill the family. If he is killed, the mission will be deemed incomplete. Also we have reason to believe that his old guild team members may be assisting him in his escape. Be cautious. Speak with guild master Meridian to join.

Mission Post: The Nightskull


Mission Type: Dungeon Explorer - Needs a team of 1 or2


Details:


A voidgate has opened up in the city of Grandilos and a group of odd but seemingly simple minded monsters that we’ve never seen before, came out. The locals are calling these monsters Claymen because of their weird look.

Apparently these Claymen are attracted to flashy lights and have a habit of collecting shiny things and were attracted to the Grandios Museum. After raiding it of anything they deemed worthy the Director of the Museum contacted us in the hopes we can get back one specific item, known as the Nightskull Mask. Their are three in total and if not all kept together can be dangerous if worn.

He is extremely worried about what will happen if anyone happens to put it on but would not tell me why. We are to retrieve the priceless mask without damaging it. Contact the Guildmaster to sign up for this mission. The time limit is 7 days after it starts.

Mission Post: The Kings Healer


Mission Type: Body Guard Mission - Team of 2 needed


Details: The king of the Red Sand Kingdom was bitten by a Cyprus Fanged Viper while sleeping in his bed chamber. We have reason to believe it was an attempt at assassination. The powerful toxin in the venom was supposed to cause his body to petrify into hardened wood but the kingdoms mages are doing all they can to slow the process and keep his death at bay. He is in need of a powerful healer by the name of Salerus to save him.

But the ones that tried to assassinate him has contacted an opposing guild and sent out assassins to kill Salerus so that she can not heal the king. We have been contacted to escort her through the desert to the Kings Palace. Their are two assassins we are have information on.

This assassin is known as Vixen

This assassin is known as Scarlett.


Please take caution when dealing with these two! Contact the guildmaster if you are interested in taking this mission. Mission limit is 7 days after it starts.

Draco Kage


It had been several days since Draco had finished his last mission. In his spare time the assassin had been honing his skills with shuriken, learning a few new spells, and wooing the local women. Although he enjoyed the downtime Draco quickly grew bored. He wanted a new challenge…And the Shunbun no Ken craved blood.


Draco swiftly made his way to the Guild hall. It was a grand building, but Draco rarely had time to appreciate its architecture.


"Guildmaster Meridian," he said approaching the guild master ", I'm here to request a mission. I'm sure you can guess what type." The assassin stated, with a smirk on his face, hinting that he would like an assassination mission.

"Assassination,how typical,but expected for someone like you" Kori insulted her fellow guild member as she walked up beside him to speak to the guild master as well. For once she wasn't carrying around her giant axe but knowing Kori it wasn't far from her presences.


"Guildmaster,I request something out of the ordinary for my usual taste. I'd like for you to choose my next mission. If i am ever to fulfill my goal i need to widen my horizon" Kori did tend to do the same kind of quest over and over.Going after big bad monsters again and again. She wanted the taste of something knew,she couldn't always stick to what she wanted. After all she was doing this for her people not herself.

"Actually Kori. I'm glad your here as well. You can assist Draco with his next assassination mission. You did say you wanted something different correct? Well, here it is."


"We have recieved information from the town of Rustlind that a cult known as the League of Husk is gonna attack the town.

This is Husk, the leader of the self named cult. He's an undead mage with the ability to control a flock of vicious crows, which really isn't all that dangerous on its own. But his followers known as the Huskmen are another story.

Dangerous scarecrow monsters with razor sharp claws and ninja like agility. We have belief that he has nearly 40 huskmen in his fold, maybe more. Kori you need to play as bait. Protect the towns people and keep as many of the Huskmen as possible distracted with you, so that Draco can make his way to Husk and assassinate him."

And then, there was Maryse, popping up like an exited rabbit from behind Kori and Draco, waving her hand in the air. If she was dejected from her failure of her most recent assignment, she certainly didn't show it.


"Oh, oh, fighting scarecrows sounds fun! Can I join onto the mission? Having extra muscle around can't hurt, right?"

Meridian noticed Maryse adding her comments as well.


"You could be allowed to attend the mission Maryse but its primarily Draco's assassination mission, so it would be his choice whether to add another person. Also the reward would be split three ways meaning less for each of you. But indeed, the more skilled warriors at your disposal the higher chance for success." He explained waiting patiently for Kori iif Draco to respond to the request.

"Do all the heavy lifting so back-biter here can go for kill.**"


Kori turned her head to look Maryse up and down. She walked over to a pillar where her axe was resting against an she lifted it throwing it over her shoulder. "Look,making Someone's job easier is one thing, babysitting is another. You fall behind don't expect me to always be there to pick you up." Kori didn't like the idea of extra anything,her idea of teamwork was everybody split off and do what they had to do to all achieve the same goal,not fighting alongside somebody. "But if you're up for it....."

The Dulluhan grinned and put her fists to her hips, boasting a great deal of confidence. Maryse du Soir was not nearly as tall as the Orc before her, but she was a mite broader-set, with a sturdy, if very pale physique. She wore decently light armor, mostly leather and some chainmail upon her trunk; however, crowning her head was a rather impregnable-looking barbute helmet of wrought iron, spikes jutting from its cranium as though it were the warhead of a morningstar.


"Don't worry about that, Miss Kori (@aja maji) , I'm strong enough to carry my own weight! And yours too, if you'd like!" She curled back one of her arms, flexing a rather impressive bicep.

Draco Kage


Draco's gaze shifted from Maryse to Kori and back again.


" If you two girls can get along I'll let you tag along. Just don't blow my cover." The man wasn't nearly as robust as the Orc before him nor his armor as spiky as the Dulluhan's. The assassin stood at around 5'9 he wore basically no armor. His attire was made up of a slightly tattered coat that flowed down past his legs and an equaly as worn scark wraped around his neck. The only actualy armor he wore was a blue leather chest piece and his leather sleeves.


Turning back to the guild master Draco smiled. "We accept this quest. Husk will regret the day he stepped into Rustlind," he paused for a moment ", Oh, and those two will help out. I guess." He pointed two Kori and Maryse.

She scoffed jabing draco in the chest not meaning for it to be so hard. "Try not to get stomped on little one"


She turned wrapping her arms around Maryse squeezing her before letting go smiling. "Let us see who is the greater strength then after this quest is over." She turned to the guild master bowing respectfully. "Please guild master,like many times before and for many more times I ask that you hold my reward. Let it be split between those two. I fight for honor and the blood of evil driping from my blade is enough payment" She never took reward money,which is why she has never gone one a dungeon mission. She did not fight for treasure or fame. What she sought was glory and honor. She did not want to be remembered as a single soul who showed greatness out of her people,but rather her people be shown as great through her.

"Hey, Draco, you wanna waive your cut of the profit too?" Maryse asked, with a grin. A type of grim reaper was being greedy about material wealth. There was probably a moral in there, somewhere.


At that moment, however, the dullahan made a rather worried observation, glancing between the scantily-clad Kori and the barely-armored Draco a few times. Why was the only member of the team unkillable by conventional means also the most heavily armored one? That was something of a tactical oversight. She made a mental note to try to keep her team-mates out of direct combat if possible.
