Neon District: The largest district, The Neon District is a rather dangerous district indeed, being overrun by the Reapears. The reapers don't care whether or not the innocents are... well, innocent. They constantly shoot at regular civilians, and create havoc through the streets. This district holds a good deal of conduits. For some odd reason, people are accustom to seeing black tar-like substances covering certain civilians....
The Warrens: A run down, broken, and old part of Empire City, the Warren district was taken over by the Dust Men. Although many civilians reside here, hardly any of them live in houses here, and instead live on the streets.
The Historic District: A very old, scientific district of New York, some believe that this district is one of the best to be in in a time like this, albeit it being where the blast went off in the first place. Though several people have claimed to have spotted flying robotic machines flying through the air. Others have said to see men in long trench coats and gas mask around here...
