Rules
- No Godmodding (You can be powerful or possesses powerful abilities, yes, but don't go instantly killing other characters or being 100% unbeatable)
- Unless you have my permission, only I am to control characters that already exist in the inFamous universe.
- Minor destruction is allowed, though mass destruction requires you to PM me for permission first
- Expect random events to occur around the city.
- No Metagaming, or Powerplaying
- Violence/Romance is allowed, but don't take it too far with the romance
- CENSOR your language
- If you have any plot ideas, PM me
- Post OOC messages in the OOC section of this thread
