A loud voice booms from the screen, "Yesterday at 4:00 PM, a high-school girl aged 17 was murdered at Aotsuka High School, the police are investigating this case, at the mean time we suggest all citizens to stay in their homes at night fall." Sound stopped escaping from the screen, that was the end of the broadcast.

Dracul von Stein watched the broadcast on his TV screen, after it was over he turned it off and left the remote control next to the television. "So it's getting worse than I thought." He let out a sigh and pulled out his laptop located under his bed, "Alright, time to send Ruff, along with the others a message." Typing quickly was no problem, before long the message was sent to all four detectives, now all that needed to happen was another announcement to intimidate potential murderers.
