Powers: Frost Manipulation: Not exactly ice powers per se, Nicole makes the area in her immediate radius freezing and from there can manipulate the frost particles within that radius, allowing for her to fire out ice shards, or create a wall of ice. If water is in her immediate radius it freezes and becomes hers to control. If pushing her limitations she can expand the radius from her immediate self to around the size of a room, making her surroundings reach winter-esque temperatures and allowing for her to create larger and stronger ice, but this has its setbacks and limitations and is usually for means of escape or life or death.
"Senses of a wolf": When her powers evolved considerably, there was a strange mutation within Nicole, after which she spouted wolf like ears. In time she learned that her senses, more specifically her hearing and her smell, heightened.
Drawbacks: Nicole's Frost Manipulation comes with a price. While she can adjust to cold climates more easily, the level of frost she produces causes her to freeze as well, which is why she is often seen wearing heavier layers even in warm weather. Even with layers however, extended use of frost will start to cause internal cooling as well as shortness of breath. If she expands her radius from just her immediate self, a time limit commences, and when that short time is up, Nicole can start to develop external freezing, frostbite, internal freezing, illness, or even death depending on how much she strains herself. Even if she removes the extended radius in time, it will drain her stamina as it takes a lot of concentration to expand the Frost's radius.
Another drawback of Nicole's is to her physical power, that being, that her hearing is heightened and extremely loud noises can hurt her.
Of course she is also weak to any strong fire Supers.
Story/Bio: Nicole was born outside of Neo-City, in a more rural part of the United States, specifically one that got heavy winters. She grew up in a happy, middle class family. Nicole was one of two sisters in her family, and the only one to receive a power in the family. With her gift of frost, her relationship with her father became a close one as she was always helping out in the winter with shoveling, and going on hunting trips with him in the cold wilderness, making her the son he never had. Her life couldn't have been better and she was more than content, with her education, her family, and even her social life.
Supers were more rare outside of Neo-City, especially in her rural state. In the minds of a group of bandits then, these tourists to Neo-City with their two young daughters were easy pickings. When Nicole and her family made a turn down a quieter street in the Middle, on their way back to their hotel, a group of Supers tried to mug them. Nicole's parents struggled, and in this struggle, lost their lives, electrocuted by the leader of this band of criminals. Shocked by the death of her parents Nicole's emotions went rampant, and her tears froze, as well as the area around her. Her powers jumped that day, and all the muggers froze to death in her presence, except for their leader. As Nicole began to calm down, her shock only worsened when she realized her younger sister also perished in the frost outburst. Horrified, Nicole began to run with no destination, seeking to escape the absolute nightmare of a scene. However with her powers just having jumped a level and he not knowing how to control them her body began to freeze, and as she hit the slums, she collapsed and developed hypothermia.
One of the locals was kind enough to rescue her, and give her shelter until she was ready to speak again. The man who rescued her, Evan as he called himself, along with his wife decided to care for her and also train her in self defense and combat with a blade. So for the rest of her youth and into her teens Nicole lived with Evan and his wife in the Slums until they passed away. When they passed on, Nicole decided to visit her family's old house and burn it down, given that it was still vacant after all those years. It was around this time that her physical powers kicked in, with her new set of ears forming as well as her heightened hearing and smell.
Nicole decided to move back to Neo-City and started working as a bounty hunter, mostly taking jobs from Imperium to hunt criminals, mostly hoping that she could find the criminal who killed her parents. She now lives in a comfortable condo in the Middle of Neo-City, and continues to bounty hunt.
Nicole's personality is as cold as her powers. Though she got over her trauma after all these years, the event shaped her into a cold and closed off individual. Her time with Evan presented her with some smile, laughter, and even jokes, but after his and his wife's passing she rarely found anyone to open up to. She trusts very few people, and has trouble socializing. She is also smart and calm, knowing her power, and her limitations, and is calculated with her fight-or-flight response.

-Primary is an illegally acquired assault shotgun, the KS-12. The weapon is chambered in .12 gauge, however it has been modified to fire different kinds of loads, including: thermite rounds, surge (nonlethal, concussive) loads and smoke.
-Other: Electrically conductive throwing knives.
Tier: Tier Three
Powers: Electrical generation, control and projection. Axton can generate a limitless amount of alternating electrical current up to a voltage of 150 Volts and 30 Amps. This is slightly above the average wall socket. He can project an electrified field up to 4 feet in diameter around him and generate a directed "arc flash" that can hit targets up to 12 feet away from him with varying degrees of accuracy. Generally, the more conductive the target, the more accurate the arc flash.
Drawbacks:
-Axton is tuned to his own electrical frequency and is immune to anything less than what he can generate. However, he cannot withstand anything of a higher amperage than what he can generate on his own.
-Due to his unnaturally high electrical signature, Axton cannot accept any kind of electrical or cybernetic implant in his body, because his body will damage it. Any prosthetics or implants are simply a no-go.
Story/Bio: Axton was born with electrical powers. They were weak until he came into adulthood. He started his life out by joining the military and shipping out to a sandbox country that nobody even remembers. Back then, he was young and optimistic. It didn't take long for that to change. After 4 years in "the shit", he went from an adventure-seeking teenager to an angry burn-out. He simply lost too many friends in that sandy hell. So, when his contract was up, he took the discharge rather than stay in. Having no other skills, he took an offer from a private contracting company that had reached out to him and offered him a job as a private military contractor for a company called Pavement International. Publicly, Pavement International provided security and bodyguard services for high-profile individuals. Privately, they did dirty work for the government. They offered good pay, and just as importantly to Axton, training on how to apply his powers. He quickly accepted.
Axton started out as a bodyguard, but quickly proved himself capable and trustworthy. He had become highly proficient with his powers and soon became a Tier Three. He was transferred from what Pavement called “Client services” to “Black jack teams”. Black Jack teams did not officially exist. Their job was to deploy covertly into foreign countries and do whatever they were paid to. Their jobs ranged from assassinations to quelling uprisings, or even starting them. At first, Axton was apprehensive about what he was being made to do, but after the fat paychecks started rolling in, he got more comfortable with the “ruthless mercenary” Shtick. Axton would spend the next 10 years with Pavement Int’l and become one of their best operators.
However, Axton would have a falling out with the company after it was bought out by Imperium. Axton was reassigned to Neo-City, the center of Imperiums operations. At first, it wasn’t too bad, but soon, Imperium started making Pavements teams do more and more questionable things. For a long time Axtons moral compass had degraded to the point that executing political rivals in foreign countries didn’t bother him. But the work he was doing for Imperium quickly had him crossing lines he wasn’t comfortable with. He had seen inside of Imperiums most secretive labs. The horrific experiments he saw deeply unnerved him. Until, finally, he had enough and broke ties on his own terms.
Pavement seemed plenty willing to let him go and leave him be. A few non-disclosure agreements were all they asked. Axton was willing to accept and put his violent past behind him. Little did he know, Pavement put a target on his back. Axton was blacklisted across board. He was rendered completely unemployable. Unable to even engage in society. At first, it shocked him, but soon he realized that it made sense. They didn’t want anyone who could rat on them making it too far in life. Axton turned that situation around quickly. He put his skills to use and became a bounty hunter. Now he sells his lethal services to anyone who can pay. And although his moral code is flimsy, it is there.

Rygilya wears gloves on both hands. These gloves store his weapons. He can conjure them as long as he's wearing them. He also keeps extra cartridges on his person.
Tier: 3
Powers: lightning cloak. Rygilya can cloak his body in lightning, giving himself superhuman speed, strength, reflexes, durability and reaction time. In this mode he can fire lightning projectiles. He can only use lightning cloak in burst. Each bust last about two minutes. There's a one minute cooldown. He can also coat his sword in lightning, allowing him to cut through most things.
Drawbacks: Going over 1 minute and 35 seconds could result in him being paralyzed. Using it three times in under 8 minutes also results in paralysis.
Story/Bio: Rygilya grew up an orphan in the slums of Neo-City. His mother died of an illness when he was young. His father was murdered by an Imperium dog when he was only eight.
Growing up in the slums was difficult. He had to steal to feed himself. Some nights he went to bed with an empty belly. One day the leader of an up and coming gang took pity on him. The gang leader saw the potential and hired Rygilya to work for him. At first it was just being lookout for the law during drug deals. When Rygilya got older he started to be the one to sell the drugs. He would perform robberies and participate in illegal arms deals too. Rygilya quickly became the favorite of his boss. He had everything he could ever want: money, and power. He wasn't going to bed hungry anymore.
At the age of 23 he witness the gang leader’s capture during a drug bust. Rygilya has been the new leader ever since. He has no interest in the affairs of the rebels or Imperium. He only cares about running his gang.
Year's of coming out on top have made him arrogant and somewhat selfish. He moves like a ghost. The police have been trying to catch him for years but they have no idea who he is. He knows its only a matter of time before Imperium gets involved.
