Realistic or Modern I'm in the Girl Band! [CLOSED]

Las Vegas! The chief city of Nevada. Known for many casinos and many hotels and even casinos with hotels in them. The city also held many events almost every day, being the Great Gatsby of American cities. It was always busy with anything and everything you could possibly think off, the American Dream was embellished somewhere down here, people just didn't know if they have found it or not. Planes and shuttles come in and out every hour at the airports, sometimes even tour buses. At this current moment, there was a particular one sitting outside, ready to go onward to a concert down the way at some sort of theatre.

Outside, seemingly waiting for people, stood a man dressed in a casual black and white suit without the tie and with long black hair pulled back for the night. He had bags next to him on the ground, seemingly his own and he was leaned up against the side of the bus with his phone out, going over specific plans and stuff for the upcoming concert(s). He seemed to be ready. he'd wonder about the rest. . .

Rosemary DaysThe flight from Miami to Las Vegas was uneventful for Rose, but she passed the time by playing on her Galaxy 3DS. It was when she landed and picked up her single, large, suitcase when the fun part began. A crowd of fans was holding up posters, calling out her names, once they noticed Rose. Smiling she waved at them as she walked by, signing pictures of herself or of the whole band.

Rosemary loved giving her fans her undivided attention, which was hard to uphold when on the road, but she took any opportunity to do just that. Taking pictures, talking to fans, and answering questions, took a while, but once she was done, Rose made here way out of the Airport and headed toward the large tour boss that Eric, the Band's Manager, was leaning against.

"I guess I'm the first girl to arrive!" Rose called out to the male, "How have you been, Eric?" Rose hugged the man, a smile on her face. She lifted up her sunglasses, allowing herself to see Eric properly.

Eric would smile down at her and accept the hug. "I've been alright, just waiting for you all to get past all those fans up there." He pointed towards the crowd outside. "Too bad they don't know who got you all here." He joked as he checked his phone quickly, then looked over her again. His light British accent would come off as calmed and relaxed, Eric seemed to already be having fun and they haven't even went anywhere. "Now, after and before the concert, we have a bit of downtime here in Las Vegas. Can't imagine you girls wouldn't want to sight see a bit before and after. I've heard there is an amazing seafood restaurant not too far from the theatre we could totally go for. Like. We should definitely go there before we head out."

He'd then look back to her. "And guess what! I decided you guys are going to do autographs afterwards as a start off to this tour. Not like it stresses anyone out, but hey. Fans love to collect things and you guys love to be close to them so, why not?" He smiled again, "And I think pictures might be cool as well, only for this first one. And the last one. What do you think?"

Celeste yawned as she sat in front of the slot machine and gave her watch a quick glance. Pretty soon, everyone else would be arriving which meant she ought to start moving. Fun as it was to take her time and run around, the slot machine had gotten boring and there didn't seem to be much else worth looking at in the airport which meant it was time to get a move on. Another yawn escaped her lips as she rose from the machine exchanged the ticket for the measly amount she'd won then walked off, lugging her suitcase behind her. She took off the fake glasses and undid the bun she'd been wearing as a disguise before slipping on her trademark cap as she neared the exit they designated as their meeting point. As expected there was a crowd of adoring fans, all waiting and eager to greet her when she arrived. Phones were out as were autograph boards with cries for a photo or sign. Unfortunately for them, Celeste wasn't really in the mood for such stuff. She rarely was, having made only a few exceptions in the past to little kids and such but that had never stopped the fans from asking anyway and it certainly wasn't now. Pulling down harder on her cap and adjusting her bass case which hung off her shoulder over a leather jacket matched with ripped jeans and a white undershirt, Celeste walked through the small path created by the crowd waving off the requests as she finally made it outside where she saw Eric and Rosemary were already waiting. It was getting tiring, being swamped like that whenever people recognised her. She'd known such things would happen if the band got famous and it was probably bad for her image to keep turning them down but then she was only here to play her beloved bass and beyond that she didn’t care for much else. "Hey." She greeted with a slight nod as she let go of her suitcase and stretched an arm. "Looks like I'm early. The others reaching yet?"

Rosemary DaysRosemary's face scrunched up at the mention of seafood. As much as she loves the marine life, seafood had ways been bad for her. "I hope this seafood place has stakes, because, I might have to skip it. I know you are a busy man, Eric, but I've told you I can't have shellfish..." She offered him a smile, lightening the blow of the reminder, "But having a meet up would be so much fun!"

Rose took off her black leather jacket, finally getting hot in the Vegas weather. The temperature was fair, but the sun was blazing. Once she was satisfied with her hair being pulled back, she took out her phone to send out a tweet. If hasn't been a few minutes and her feed was flooded with tagged photos of all her fans from the airport. She smiled as she began to retweet all as many as she could before the rest of the girls arrive. She bearly scratched the surface to retweeting when more began to flood in.

Rose jumped at the sudden sound of Celeste calling out to them, almost dropping her android. She turned around and waved at her fellow band member, "Hey, Celeste. How was your flight?"

"Oh yeah. That's right." Eric would say, scratching his head and giving a smile. "Well, now we can all decide later then. There is plenty of food opportunities to explore in this city. Much more then any other places I've personally been to." He would say, looking around still. He'd then turn his head towards the sound of Celeste's voice, giving his lighthearted smile to her as well. "Glad you could join us. Seems the others got caught up in the moment and are being adored by the many fans outside. Hard to imagine how to deal with all of them, but I know you guys manage well." He looks back to his phone, swiping a few times as he texts someone. "Come to think of it, that's why we're here. Heh, well now. . . Suppose we should just take the bus and rock with only a bassist and guitarist, the others can join as they please." He kept the lighthearted tone as he joked with slight sarcasm. He'd look up quickly and smile at the two, then his phone rang.

"One moment, sometimes I get important calls." He walked into the bus and answered the call, starting conversation. Eric seemed to be handling being a busy man very well, almost used to it.

Candice

Planes... Candice didn't like planes. They were those huge tin cans full of people. It was too stressful for this big girl. Once she managed to get out of it the first place she went at was the toilet. No, she didn't had to pee, duh. She had to put on her disguise. It was not too simple. Candy appeared infront of a mirror and started to put everything on. At first it was a black hoodie, then a face mask, a cap on her head where she hid her pink hair and some fancy gucci sunglasses. She looked so dope you couldn't even imagine. You could think that she is a male judging by her weird clothing.

Once she was ready, she got outside to meet the scary world. At first she got her suit case. It was fully black, she had to keep her disguise. Candy tried to be more brave as she was walking out the airport already hearing the crazy fans. She put her chin up high and acted like a queen. Everyone knew that Candy was too shy so they would totally not think it's her. Pft. So she appeared outside, slowly walking in the crowd of other people coming outside. The fans were screaming but no one looked at her. Phew, Candy sighed, she was in the safe zone. This was a success... At least that was what she thought..

"Is that Candice... Hey, guys! Look! She has pink hair sticking out!"

No. No and no. Candice felt how her heart was slowly gaining speed like a F1 car. Blood quickly circulating through her veins. She stopped her tracks instead of going forward. it was her protective mechanism. Just stop. If you don't move nobody will notice you right? Dogs do that. A dog is a mammal, so is Candice. She did the right thing, right? Suddenly the fans were crazy, screaming and trying to reach her. Now Candy was a F1 car. There was no way she could stand still and manage to stay alive after the crowd of fans ate her up. Ready. Set. Go! Candy made a vroom sound with her car. (She really was into this role of a F1 car). Then she pulled her heavy suit case behind her. She was a petite black F1 car. Oh yes. Candy ran for her life. The crowd of fans behind her. This was a race. She had to win it. She just couldn't handle their hands, no, their tentacles touching her. Candy knew where the tour bus was. She also knew that it's the final line. Candy gained speed. 10 miles... 20 miles... Her engine was roaring and soon she saw the final line and some of the other band members, also the manager Eric. She just ran forward with the crowd of fans behind her...

Simone Mikelson

Getting left by your plane is not your ideal way of getting to Las Vegas. Not having thought of that, Simone Mikelson decided not to hurry. At all. By the time she reached the airport, the plane had already left 30 minutes ago. She was now currently regretting it while sitting in the soft seats of first class. Although she was able to get another ticket in first class, she had to pay another hundred bucks or so.

Approximately 2 hours later, she arrived at the airport with a crowd of fans waiting. Paparazzi was certainly fast to be able to tell her fans she was going to be late. Anywho, Simone adored her fans, so she communicated with them in whatever way possible. The fact that the band might be waiting for her slipped her mind as she took her time with her fans. An hour had passed before she was able to take her car and drive to where the tour bus was. However, fans wouldn't just stop.

Simone managed to focus on the road and go to the bud without hitting anyone (she almost did though). Everyone was there except for Suha and Eric, though she supposed he was off taking a call somewhere. Candice was running toward the band with a bunch of fans running after her.

Simone grabbed her bags and went over to where Candice has just arrived. "Hullo. Did you guys miss me?" She cheekily said with a wink and a grin.

Eric poked his head outside, hand over the speaker of his phone. He was still smiling, he now wearing his thin black rimmed glasses. "Hello all. . . Well, except Suha. I want to inform you that our hotel rooms are reserved and we'll be stopping there first to drop off our bags and settle in. Then we can tour the city to our own discretion." He would then look around, "Speaking of the drummer, have any of you seen her? Or texted her? I would love to have us all get moving as soon as we possibly can, but no rush. As I have said, we have downtime before and after the concert here, so no worries." He would say, moving the phone up to his ear again, saying a few words as he turned away.

Then he slowly nodded and said a parting as he hung up, now turning back to the group.
"There is some paperwork I have to finish before we do actually start moving so it's all good," He said reassuringly, "Because I happened to forget to get a designated driver, so looks like it'll be me as well." Eric let a smile go off again, somewhat reassuring. He has a good habit of never showing his physical stress in front of the band, no matter who it was. Obviously it could most likely be guessed he has an extreme amount of weight, but he will upright fully dismiss it on the spot, not wanting to spread it over the girls. "Just make sure you all have what you need, the instruments are already aboard and I bought a full mini fridge for you all, sitting in there somewhere. Feel free to take what you want." He'd give a small wave as he went back inside the bus to resume his busy work.

Rosemary DaysRose nodded to Eric, as he entered the bus, taking his call. After a while, the distance screams of fans calling out to Candy was getting louder. Her eyes went wide at the sight of the incoming sea of fans. Then, Simone drove right to the bus. Rosemary opened the bus door, allowing Candy to run into safety. Once she was inside, she raised her hands to the group of fans, "Wow! Chasing us won't get us to stop! Everyone calm down, and..."

Eric popped his head out of the Bus announcing the hotel arrangement, causing the fans to begin murmuring their ideas. Rose noticed the smallest hint of tiredness in Eric's smile, but she directed her attention back to the fans and continued, "-Well, It's time for us to leave, guys! Hope to see you guys around! Love you all!" Rose waved at the fans and slowly entered the bus, allowing fans to take flash photos as she did. Once in the safety of the bus, she let out a deep sigh.

"Love the fans," she murmured, "Just not when they are running towards you... That scares the crap out of me..."

She looked at her phone, noticing the tweet from Suha, "Suha sent out a tweet, announcing that she has arrived in Las Vegas, but no texts from her..."

Suha felt horrible. She felt so bad for her bandmates because while they were waiting on her she was stuck in the airport arguing with an air marshal and a policeman about her being a terrorist. Suha was obviously saying that she wasn't but the air marshal insisted because before the plane took off he could hear here talking on the phone to her mother in Arabian.
It wasn't even anything bad just about how she already missed her and couldn't wait for tour, but instead she was detained by the air marshals on the plane and had a search through her bags and everything with no evidence to be found."I am not a terrorist. Can't a girl talk on the phone with her mother who doesn't speak English in her native language. Besides you have zero of the proof that I had any type of the explosives. I respect the fact that you want to do your job Misters, but you can't just arrest anyone with no proof" later they let Suha go and gave her six first class tickets anywhere as an apology and she took it.
Suha just wanted to leave. In the airport the girl was practically running as she got to her suit case, her ukulele, and the rest of her instruments including her keyboard. Though it really wasn't that much because the majority of Suha's instruments were already packed on the bus.
Once outside she was greeted by fans, but not many. The rest of them chased Candice to the bus so she lucked out. Suha arrived at the buses area playing uke with the fans she met earlier helping with her things. Her soft and calm strumming and tugging on the strings settled down the atmosphere of the rowdy and crazy crowd as she and her new friends walked through it to the bus.
As Suha boarded the bus the fans gave her the instruments and she gave them her number and other contact info in return. They were nice. Once inside Suha immediately put away her instruments and apologized,"I apologize in utmost manners. I had some um... complications that held me back the little, but I did score us free first class for when we leave the country. How of the fun. I just wish I wasn't so late because Candice ended getting chased by both of our fans I am so of the sorry Candice" Suha sighed great fully and smiled perking up,"Anyways it is the time to how do you say it in America? Get the performance on the highway!" she said doing a little jump.

Eric was sitting down on one of the two couches inside with the table pulled up to him as he was looking down at a stack of papers inside a folder. He was checking back and forth between his laptop and the papers, writing and typing, biting his lower lip and furrowing his brow. Common for him to look like this when hurrying his work in front of the girls. Eventually, he'd set his pen down and lay his glasses on top of the now closed folder, looking towards Suha. "Splendid, you all are accounted for. As I have already mentioned to the others, Suha, the hotel rooms are ready for us and we have some downtime before we get to the concert to settle in and go sight seeing a bit. Instruments are already packed back there and there's a mini fridge filled with drinks and snacks. The main fridge, I forgot to stock, but the mini should hold you all over for now." He would explain, walking over to his own suitcase and opening it, grabbing his ID bandoleer and putting it into his pocket.

"I also wish to inform you all that there will be autographs and pictures after the concert here for a little bit. Executive decision by me since fans love to collect stuff. It'll be free of charge for anyone who has any sorts of things they wish to be signed by you lovelies and they can even buy stuff if they really wish. However I am not really aware of who is setting the booth up but. . . Well I know it is getting set up." Eric sat down behind the wheel of the bus and leaned back. "Let me know when you are all ready, we're going to the hotel first to chill out from the ride here. I don't know about you, but my neck is stiffer then the pillows on the flight." He seemed a little disgruntled mentioning the plane service, but it quickly went back to his carefree smile he sports most the time. "Glad you got the tickets, Suha. Not even going to question how you managed that but it's all good."

Candice

As Candy appeared inside and saw Eric she couldn't stop breathing and shaking. She started to move around her hands, trying to mimic these crazy fans while making some pretty dang weird face expressions. Candice was leading the main role of her little performance for around 10 minutes after she calmed a bit down still not saying any word. She really wasn't used to talk and no one really heard her voice. Her voice was her drumming. The place behind the drums was the only place where she let go of her emotions. It was a magical place for her. Candy heard the screaming fans outside and her panic started to rise. She looked around hecticly trying to figure out how the bus looks like and where she could actually hide. At first she noticed the mini fridge, it really caught her eye and she also heard Eric said something about drinks. Candy ran to it and managed to grab some Sprite and chips. Food was reliefing her stress. Having this junk food in her hands was too much for her. So she simply grabbed the chip bag with her teeth, keeping the Sprite bottle in her hand. Then she looked around again and jumped to the sofa. She knew this sofa is a safe haven. Suddenly she pulled the couch up and there was an empty storage place beneath it. It was big enough to fit Candice inside. She took a big breath, got herself into this storage area and closed the sofa behind her. Now she was totally safe. The one thing she hoped for that no one will sit on this couch and actually lock her inside of this thing...

Rosemary Days"Hey, free tickets first class is free tickets. Personally, I don't mind economy but First Class would be fun," Rose announced once she heard Suha announce the tickets.

Economy seats were always her home. Being as frugal as she was, Rose made sure to get the best tickets, in order to travel. With her headphones and her music, she would survive. She's even called over kids, by allowing them to watch her play her games. It was a trade she was happy to comply with. None the less, it was something she enjoyed about being in the band. Being able to travel around the world and seeing everything she could.

Taking a moment to scan the bus, noticing the lack of Candice. After a few second, she notices the couch and she made her way to it. Rose carefully leaned over the couch, placing her finger between the locking mechanism, and whispered into the storage compartment that Candy hid herself in, "Candy, honey, are you okay in there? Do you want a pillow?" She waited for an answer as she held her finger in place. As quiet as she was, Rose gave a low sigh and told her, "Well if you do, I'll leave one near you. I'm also putting a piece of plastic to prevent you from being locked up."

Rose came up to Eric as she laid her hand on his shoulder, "I think we are good to go..." Rose paused, noticing him rub his neck a bit, "And you might need to take a page in your agenda and take some time for yourself... You could run yourself ragged like that..." She gave him a few pats and took a seat on the vacant seat next to the couch that Candice was hiding at, keeping a close on it not locking. The Band Mother finally making her appearance.

Simone Mikelson

Simone looked over to Candy. Couldn't help but feel bad for the girl. Thr two were never really the closest friends. Sure, they'd practiced together, but their personalities were always in contrast. While Simone would gladly walk into the spotlight, Candy would have to be dragged. Knowing she probably couldn't do anything to comfort the girl, Simone just turned her attention to something else.

Simone was happy to see that Suha had made it safely to the bus. What made her even happier was the fact that the refrigerator was stocked with drinks, her personal favorite. "Drinks!" She yelled and immediately went to the mini fridge. There they were. Those magical bottles of beer. She grabbed three bottles and sat down beside of Suha. Hearing Eric say his neck was stiff, she simply shrugged. "Rose is right. Take a break. Let loose. I'm sure we can all handle ourselves for a day. Rose 's here. Doubt she'd let us get in any trouble."

Simone opened two bottles of beer and gave the other one to Suha. "These things are called beers if you don't know." She grinned at her and bumped her bottle to Suha's. "ALL HAIL THE TOUR! CHEERS!"

"Now I appreciate the concern, but you all know me." Eric smiled back to the girls, "I've just had a rough start with this tour this time around. It'll be fine in like, after this first part. Have some faith in me." With a toothy grin and much confidence, Eric turned back around to the wheel, starting the bus. "Get comfortable, we're going to be moving in a few. Candice, hope it's pleasant inside the storage. Just all of you know I am fine. I promise." As he said this, he got a text message. Quickly he looked at it and responded, then shoved it away from himself. With yet another smile, he began to drive off from the airport. "And off we are."

The bustle of traffic, the lights from the casinos, Las Vegas was a beautiful city regardless of where you were for the most part. The buildings towering overhead with the lights just set the scene for this party city. Even in the daylight, it still looked absolutely, just awesome. Especially when coming close to the Vegas Strip, which Eric was turning down, a map in hand.

(( Pretend it's daytime ^_^ ))

mc0.jpg

As one could imagine, the sight would be much more breathtaking in the night for someone who has never been there in person. Even for it being day, there was still a considerable amount of traffic in the area. Nothing too bad, but it was there. Eric then pointed out of his window to the gigantic hotel to the right of the Eiffel Tower.

"That there is the Monte Carlo Hotel, which we are staying at for the time being. Complete with two queen beds and one twin, few couches, flat screen and full master bath with. . . A Jacuzzi. Almost as big as a luxury hot tub. Technically that's exactly what it is, but that is none of my business." He explained it with excitement, "You all get one room and I actually booked my own right next to it. All to myself so I can finally have time alone from you all." He obviously joked, "Each room is also acquitted with premium room service and another gigantic shower bath setup I have only seen via online pictures. Either way, I went all out for this tour." Eric continued to drive down the strip, stopping at almost every light. "We also have to pull around the back since the bus is bigger then the parking garage."

As he stopped yet again, he took a quick picture on his phone and placed it back in the cup holder next to him.
"Keepsake, I actually have a photo album of the places we have all been." He'd shrug.

Celeste had mostly kept to herself after she met up with Eric and Rosemary, giving the others a quick nod when they arrived. She had her headphones on and was listening to instrumentals while the others made conversation and waited for everyone to arrive. After everyone had gathered, she'd stopped the music to listen to what was being said but hadn't bothered to remove her headphones as Eric relayed some information while they all settled in and he hit the road. The Monte Carlo, certainly sounded fancy and comfortable. If it was as good as Eric made it sound and the rest of their rooms throughout the tour were of similar standards she might not be as tempted to wander out and about on her own. The thought of her little 'joy rides' reminded her that she had forgotten to ask an extremely important question and lowered her headphones slightly from where she sat with the hand that held a bottle of her favourite cider. Her legs were crossed like a guys and she was leaning back into the plush seat, her free arm stretched out across the top of the seat as she asked. "What time's the concert?" Sweet accomodations or not, she'd likely want to explore the city anyway. Have a little time to herself to just relax. It'd always been her routine and she liked it. Probably wasn't a good idea to break routine on the day of their opening concert even if it did annoy the others when she just vanished without warning. Her playing could be affected and the last thing she'd ever do would be to give a shoddy performance on her precious bass.

Rosemary DaysAs Eric drove through the Las Vegas Strip, Rose couldn't help but look at the area. This wasn't her first time in Vegas, but it always seems to attract her attention. Taking a right, as we passed the MGM Golder Lion and the ever famous New York, New York rollercoaster. Then passing her ever favorite location, the M&M and Coca-Cola store. Rose frowned here eyebrows as they passed the actual Monte Carlos.

Rose heard him call out the location where they were staying as she noticed the Eifel tower he was pointing at. She came up to him and asked, "Do you mean we are staying at the Paris Hotel? Not the Monte Carlos?"

Rose held on as they turned to the back other Paris Hotel as it soon came to a stop. She smiled as Eric added the another picture to the Tour Album they have been collecting over the years. As much as she was confused at the sudden change of hotel, she was happy to be much closer to the Ceaser Palace Casino since they have a great Forum of shops they have there.
