I don't believe in God, or gods. I don't believe in humanity. And any sort of theism is theism; any belief in humanity is humanitarian. What do I believe? That this makes sense: I understand what it means for a particular to fall in line with a universal; that fundamentally the deepest belief is neutral, the most shallow is the belief which affirms without scrutinizing. Doubt comes hand in hand with belief, away from disbelief. If I doubt no-thing I believe in no-thing. I doubt that I believe in no-thing.
