So, I have this idea for a story. It's where one out of every 100th dead person comes back as something called a "Spectre". "Spectres" look exactly how they looked when they died but with a few changes, like often their hair goes white, their eyes go from whatever their original color was to a bioluminescent white, and their skin turns a pinkish grey, no matter their race, but they (physically) feel nothing, and their memories are fuzzy at best. Their feelings are stronger than most's, and diseases and sickness are no longer a problem for them. This wasn't always the case, and it only started happening about 3 months back. Suddenly, overpopulation is a pandemic, and the world's scientists are scrambling to find out why this started happening. Some people hate them, but some people find them to be quite romantically enjoyable.
