See the icons of your avatar, the message box, the bell and the magnifying glass top right?
click on your avatar then signature, put what you desire, then don't forget to save the change.

Ah i remember! there is a 10 posts rule here, when you have enough post, you can have access to the full functionnalities of the site, this is a thing to prevent spams accounts i think.
