Im just curious how much do you think a masterful Training Manuel is worth resources wise?
just give me a guestimate.
since its something that is basicly permanent and doesnt require commitment.
and can therefor  be sold.

is their as you can tell magic actualy in the document.
or is the magic simply in the genius to pick loaded word choices.
if its the latter then you could make manifold copys of the document if you have some mortal scribes of great skill.
