To create your own title, click the 'edit profile' button in the top right-hand corner when you are viewing your own profile.

Anyways, title/rank? Meaning the one below your username? Like, at the moment yours is "Junior Member".
If you mean that, then first off,
go to your name at the top corner of your screen (assuming you're on a computer) and click on "Account Settings".
It will send you to your Settings, which then there will on the right side of your screen a gray tab called "Other Settings". Click on "Edit Profile".
And that will lead you to this fanceh thing and there you can edit your Member Title/Rank.
