Answered Hosted Projects?

I'm interested in making a hosted project, but I'm not sure what that would entail. When you go onto that section, the only information provided is how many posts you need to have, which I have met.

Are there any other requirements or guides to making a hosted project? Or a form you need to fill out for the application? Because I haven't been able to find anything.

Basically, HPs are for very large RPs that need multiple resources to help organize large amounts of content.

Just to clarify: "large" doesn't necessarily mean number of players, although many of them do have a lot. It mostly refers to the number of threads (necessary ones, not just one-post things).
