I dont think zombie apocalypse games are really considered horror but the Last of Us is an insanely good game.


The Evil Within is also great and messes with your head. Alien Isolation and the Dead Spaces are great too.

My all time favorite is Amnesia The Dark Descent ! But a while ago I played point and click horror adventure game: Fran Bow. 


I loved it ! It's cute and creepy and has bizarre fun characters.
