Realistic or Modern Highschool for misfits: a superpower RP

Rules:


- No godmodding, try to keep your character beatable and around the same power level of the others


(weaker ones are allowed)


- You can create multiple characters as long as each of them are clearly differentiated from each other


- Everyone can bring up a new plot point, as long as it isn't too far fetched


- Give everyone a chance to reply, I don't want the RP to be flooded with a two person conversation


- Try to keep any OOC in the OOC-tab


- Keep the RPnation rulings in mind as well

Appearance: Dark blue hair that falls to her ribcage, unhealthy looking pale skin, lifeless grey eyes, plump lips, freckles across her nose and forehead, septum piercing. 5'2 height and medium/petite build.


Personality: Cheeky, rude, rebellious, sarcastic, daring, lonely


Power: Invisibility


Other: she doesnt really speak to anyone, shes not bullied but she doesnt have alot of friends. She comes across as a bitchy person but she hasnt quite got to grips with communicating with others, shes a nice girl at heart.

Age:17


Looks: Short dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, light tan. Wears a short sleeve white hoodie and black knee shorts.


Personality: Easy to get along with, but now very talkative. Gets bored really easily so she plays video games/ listens to music.

The wind blows softly against Eizan's cheecks as he approaches the schoolbuilding, his head tilted slightly down and his posture shows little confidence 'Here we are then..., the Highschool for Misfits...' he thinks to himself as he sighes.

 

[Kurumi]

Sigh, *So this is the school I'll be attending.* Kuro took a step forward and looked around, *I wonder if the people here are strong* she thought to herself.

Eizan looked around as he entered the building 'Hmm, it looks like I'm early, where should I go? I read in the flyer that everybody gathers at the gymnasium on the first day...' he looked around as he tried to remember in every class' location.

"So here we are the school for misfits. Well let the game begin." I say as I skate through the gate on my board using my water bottle to make ramps.

 

[Kurumi]

*It looks like everyone's heading to the gym..* Following the others Kuro headed toward the gymnasium. Once inside she took a seat in the back.

I saw this girl follow the other kids to the gym so I jumped off my skate board and use the rain on the ground to ice slide to the gym. In the process of going to the gym I used the rain to make a jump and I did a flip off of it. What I didn't notice was the rock in front of me which caused me to crash through the gym doors breaking them. "Sweet I already broke something."

Eizan had just taken his seat at the back, hoping nobody would come and talk to him. The chairs were fairly comfortable, so he decided to try to relax himself before the teacher took word.


As the teen smashed through the doors, Jack couldn't help but smile, however that smile quickly faded as he approached the hydromancer "I take it you're Logan Steele... Look, just have a seat, we'll sort this out later" he held out his hand to help the boy up "Just make sure not to cause any trouble"

"Mom, i can control it, i've got my gloves on" Skyler said to her mom over the phone. "Love you too! Bye" Skyler hung up an looked at her outfit. She was wearing a black longsleeved shirt, Jeans, and her black gloves. Her heels were starting to hurt her back. She walked into the school and saw a group of people talking, so she avoided them. She walked to a lone corner and got on her phone.

"Mom, i can control it, i've got my gloves on" Skyler said to her mom over the phone. "Love you too! Bye" Skyler hung up an looked at her outfit. She was wearing a black longsleeved shirt, Jeans, and her black gloves. Her heels were starting to hurt her back. She walked into the school and saw a group of people talking, so she avoided them. She walked to a lone corner and got on her phone. She then ealised that her phone was dead. She sighed and then walked over to the group of people "Excuse me?" Skylar says tapping Eizan on the shoulder.

A black van, followed by two black cars stopped in front of the school. Four armed men got out the two cars, and surrounded the black van while the doors from the back of it slowly opened up. Once fully open, C was carefully escorted out and restraints taken off. Once the doors were closed back, the armed men all went back to the cars but one, and the last one handed C a backpack with normal school supplies. Afterwards all of the black vehicles drove away, and C put the backpack on his back, turned to the school with a slightly worried face.


"I hope nobody tries anything stupid, I don't want to hurt anyone again.." C whispered to himself, as he walked into the entrance of the school, and stopped to look around in case their were any cameras around. Surprisingly there were few, as this was a school for 'misfits like him', but that jut made it easier on him. C pulled the hood from his hoodie over his head to keep from anyone seeing his eyes glow while he used his powers. Once it seemed nobody was looking, his eyes glowed, and he pinpointed the direction of the gym by overhearing conversations of the students as well as paying attention to where majority of them were heading to. Turning it off, his eyes went back to normal, and C followed the direction till he got to the gym. Noticing the broken doors, he chose to sit as far as possible from everyone, but as close to the exit as possible. "Calm means control, control means nobody gets hurt." C said extremely quietly to himself.

Skyler saw C sitting down and she went over to join him "Hi, I'm Skyler. I control Ice, who might you be?" Skyler asked with her nicest tone

Eizan sighed, he hated to wait. As minutes passed he took out a marble of elemental Magnesium, he held onto one at all times for a good reason. he held out his hand and the ball began to float, it slowly turned to dust, forming a small cloud of Magnesium above his hand.

C looked over as a girl introduced herself as Skylar, and surprisingly was upfront about her ability. When she asked who he was, C slightly hesitated, however gave a friendly smile. "People usually call me C because I can sort of see where something or someone is weak." He didn't like talking about his power, so C decided to change the subject as soon as possible.


"So is it really true everyone here has...powers? Is it really that common that they had built a school for us?" He asked Skylar, pretending to be completely new to the idea of superpowers, which due to being trained by a grandfather with several, made that far from true.

"Yep, everyone here is magical in some way. What's your ability?" Skyler asked

Makayla walked up to the school with a sigh. She brushed loose strands of her grey hair out of her just as dull eyes. Adjusting her head phones she silently began walking in. She stopped and looked at her reflection in a window: Black headphones and skinny jeans, a grey tee with a skull on it and converse. I look like a dang newspaper. She thought.


When she entered the school Makayla was completely lost. But she managed to find herself in the gym were a small group of teens were talking. With a sigh she began walks past to stand alone.

Skyler walked up to Makayla and smiled. "Umm, I'm Skyler and why aren't you wearing anything besides black and white? You look like a newspaper!" Skyler said laughing

Makayla hadn't physically heard a word of what she said but had read her lips and completely agreed.


"Oh, yeah, bout that, I guess I must be a newspaper." She said half-heartedly laughing, "No seriously, it's a side affect of my years of being a science guinea pig." She said getting a good look at Skyler's facial features.


She then sensed a real conversation was about to begin so she turned down the music playing from her cordless head phones

"So Makayla, how are ya! You have a special ability?" Skyler asked being the nosey reporter she is

Makayla tried not to, but couldn't help but slightly giving an annoyed sigh.


"I'm good I guess. And yeah, I can shapeshift my body into anything i want. And i have a healing factor." She answered flatly "Or else I wouldn't be here," she murmured.


she then looked to Skyler and sighed,"What about you?"

"I can control Ice and i can seduce people" Skyler said

Makayla gave a slow nod and shifted back a small step. Why is it that I have the crappiest powers? She thought.


Makayla didnt like her powers. They didn't seem very powerful to her. Nothing like controlling ice or water or that molecule manipulation stuff! But, it was a gift given to her and she was going to find the best way to use it.


"Cool." Was all Makayla said as she stood in a moment of awkward silence.
