Skylar rolled her suitcases up to her assigned cabin. Her parents have sent her to this camp in central California for the whole summer. Skye is still shocked that they decided to ruin her perfectly planned out summer. "Why does this have to happen to me? They just read a flyer, assume I'll like it, and signed me up," Skye said to herself. Ugh! Skylar put up her bedsheets and started unpacking her clothes.

Amber woke up at about five thirty in the morning, she had to have all her stuff packed by 7 and be ready to get on the bus to the camp. She hated her mom for ruining her summer by sending her to camp, she had told her the night before that only little kids go to camp and that she was a teenager! To which her mother replied, Nathan is going and Amber shut up and went to her room. Her mom and his mom were friends so Amber was always hearing something about Nathan at some point and she sometimes laughed about it. But Amber still had not been happy about waking up this early in the morning just to get ready! She got up right before her alarm clock began to ring, so as soon as it went off she slammed it into the floor and broke it, she smiled to herself. She went and took a shower which took her till about six and then she saw what time it was, "Crap!" She ran down the stairs and then remembered, her clothes she ran back up stairs and got her clothes on and threw a bunch of stuff in her bags, including books, clothes, a stuffed animal named pookie that she brought everywhere((It actually has a camera in it that she turns on at night)). She laughed about the fact that she was actually bringing that.


Then she looked at the time, it was six thirty she moaned "SO much to do!" and her mom laughed at her, "Shut up mom please!" she said


smiling. She then put on her favorite outfit and brang all three of her bags down, "Finally im ready !" She got all her bags out the door and went and made her breakfast, the the bus was outside, she was the last pick up so she dragged her stuff out side and put it in the bottom of the coach bus in the third space.


She sat in the third seat from the back well listing to all the conversations that were going on, she did not expect anyone to talk to her or even look at her, especially not Nathan.

Skye checked who signed up to be her cabin mates. There was a girl named Viktoria and another named Amber. The other two were undecided. Skylar heard the sound of the bus dropping off kids on the curb. Honestly there wasn't many kids. Ugh! This proved her mom wrong about how "hip" this camp was and how maybe a hundred kids attended. "I think Viktoria and Amber were on the buss, hopefully I could be friends with them," Skylar said to herself.

Amber got off the bus and looked around "Great, fun!" she said as she smiled and looked around, then she saw Skye. She knew that was the girl she in the same cabin with but only because its her moms camp thingy. She grabbed all her bags and walked over to her, "Hi, im Amber you can call me Ember if you want, i have a hot temper love animals and im a nerd!" She said as she smiled and put out her hand

Devon woke up at six o'clock that morning and groaned softly to herself. She forced herself to get up considering she had to make sure she had packed everything the previous night. Slowly making her way to the bathroom, she took a half-hour long shower before getting out. She went through her closet and decided against a dress or even jeans. She put on a pair of shorts and a black tshirt with blue and white writing on it. She slid on her white shoes and went back to the bathroom. She added a few bright blue streaks into her black hair and brushed it out as she blow dried it. When she finished, she nodded in satisfaction before doing her makeup rather slowly. She applied black eyeliner and mascara, smiling as it brought out her icy blue eyes. She brushed her teeth and put on a bit of rose colored lip gloss and smiled at the finished product. After she put on her bracelet, she opened one of her suitcases and put her brush, makeup, hair dyes, and anything else along those lines into it. Sighing softly, she closed it back and dragged both of them behind her as she went downstairs. She saw her mother and rolled her eyes as she grabbed an apple. "Let's go so I can get this over with," she said as she went out to the car. After putting her things into the trunk, she got in the passenger seat and sighed as her mother followed, getting in the drivers side. The drive to the camp was silent considering Devon was lost in her thoughts. Once they arrived, she got out after waving goodbye to her mother, probably her least favorite person at the moment. She got her suitcases out of the trunk and went to her cabin. She looked to see who her cabin mates were going to be. She let out a sigh of relief as she saw no one had signed up, meaning she was alone for now. She put her bed sheets on her chosen bed and started putting her clothes up after putting her headphones in her ears. She started singing along as Rebel Love Song by Black Veil Brides started blaring through.

Skye smiled. "I'm Skylar, call me Skye. I love texting, Instagram, and social media stuff. I'm kinda girly, considering the fact that I like to look nice and stuff, but I love sports too. I'm from Santa Barbra, where are you from?" This, Amber girl seems pretty nice. I continue to unpack my clothes.

Nanami was up with early, brushing her long white locks. She really hated going to summer camp. She hadn't gone to a camp since she was in 3rd grade. They were just to cheesy. Making you do macaroni crafts and dream catchers that you just threw away when you got home. She sighed, looking at her chair, where she had set out her outfit. She let go of her hair, walking over to stare at the outfit.


Why did she have to go back to camp now?


She sighed, changing into her clothes, walking to the window where she was before. She sat down and took her hair and a comb. She made a fishtail braid, leaving out the strands of hair that framed her face. Sighing, she picked up her bags and walked out to the car.


Once she reached camp, she sighed, walking towards a sort of empty cabin. Or at the least she thought it was empty. There were already two girls inside and she just kind of stood in the doorway. She took a deep breath and walked past them, setting her stuff down on a bunk that was not taken. She looked at her small collection of things. A few manga's, some paper, a bunch of led, some mechanical pencils, some other books, and a crap ton of blank sheet music. Oh, and who could forget her guitar. She sighed, closing her bag again, trying to avoid talking.

Haru looked out his window. He fiddled with a bracelet on his wrist. What? Men can have bracelets! He sighed, running his hands though his short hair. He was supposed to be sleeping! Enjoying his summer! But instead, he was being shipped off to summer camp. Did his parents really hate him that much. Thinking better of yelling at them, he decided to get dressed.


Throwing on his beanie, he picked up his stuff and walked towards the door.


When he got there, his parents waved a happy goodbye, after witch his mother said something about international travel. Fuming at them, Haru walked towards his cabin. Of course, he was the first one there so he picked a bunk by a window, so he could open it in the night and feel the breeze. He pulled up his guitar and started strumming, looking outside.

Skylar turned to see another camper walk in. She looked like she'd been forced to come here, like she was. "Hey, I'm Skylar, call me Skye," Even though Skylar had the perfect summer ruined by her parents, she could still make a few friend here.

Nanami jumped as she heard someone speak to her. 'Crap!' She thought, turning around a bit. She didn't even try to smile at the person who had talked to her. "Nanami." She said in a flat tone, turning around and standing up strait. Having heel's on kind of helped in this case, because normally she would be shorter than her.

"Lemme guess, your parents made you? My parents ruined my perfectly planned summer by making me go here," Skylar said.

Nanami nodded. She didn't really like conversation. It was an excuse to say things out loud that made others upset.

Skye nodded and continued to unpack. Skylar arranged all her clothes in her drawer by color. She walked into the bathroom. Damn! There was only 1 shower and 1 toilet, they would all share. There were a rack with 5 tiny plastic crates on it stacked together. Skylar took one off the stack and piled her cup, toothbrush, floss, make up bag, hairdryer, soap, and things along that line. She walked through the sun room and into the bed room. "I'm going to the pool, anyone care to join?"

Nanami looked about. It was way to hot here, but she needed to unpack first. She sighed, taking her bathroom items to her basket and dumping them into her basket, which was a light blue. She walked back and noticed her "Friend" asking if anyone wanted to swim. "If it beats sitting in a hot cabin." She said, placing her clothes in her doors.

He woke up very heavily. He gave a deep breath and went ahead to do his morning routine. Brushing teeth, taking a bath, etc. When he was done, he put on a gray hoodie and some black skinny jeans. Walking to his car and turning it on, he went to the so called camp. Was gonan be a really bad summer, or at least he taught. He arrived, putting his hands in his hoodie's pockets and walking around, roaming the camp.

Skylar smiled. "Then, let's go," Skye changed into her blue and white ombre bikini. She slipped on her flip flops and walked to the lake. She honestly thought more people would be swimming since it was so hot out.

Nanami nodded and changed into her galaxy bikini. She grabbed her flip flops.

Haru sighed. It was to hot. He finished unpacking his stuff and changed into some swim trunks and headed towards the lake.

Skye quickly tied her hair into a loose side pony and dove straight into the lake. There wasn't much to do. Activities start tomorrow. She'll have to check if there was connection here to connect with her friends. She honestly didnt want to come to camp but she wanted to make some friends so she didn't suffer completely.

Nanami sighed, looking at the clear water. Deciding better of backing out, she ran off the small dock and did a cannon ball strait into the water. She felt the cold water touch her skin as she entered the large body of water.

This wasn't as fun as swimming with her friends but it had to do. Skylar swam around bored. Then she notice that Nanami wasn't the only one here other than her. A male with blue swim trucks was hanging around.

Haru sat near the edge of the water, looking out. He soon saw 2 girls in the water. He smiled and waved to the one that was staring at him.

Skylar blushed and looked away. She dove into the water once again and swam away. Sh^t she was caught staring. That's was slightly embarass ing.

Haru chuckled to himself, deciding to jump in. He stood at the end of the dock and ran all the way to the water, jumping in with a less than graceful splash.
