You are a country, strong or weak, big or small, independent or dependent, but ether way…….you’re here for a reason. It’s up to you to find that reason and create your own past and future, as well as form powerful alliances and create fearsome enemies.
Where do you stand?
You may be an Original Character or a Canon Character. After the first couple originals, I will require anybody else who wants to have one to also have a Canon Character (as to not be overwhelmed with OCs). This follows an independent storyline, though many things (personalities, allies, relationships, ect) are by the anime, Hetalia: Axis Powers.
RULES:
*NO GOD-MODDING
*You must be literate. Bad grammar and punctuation will NOT be tolerated.
*Romance is encouraged, but you should know where to draw the line when scenes get to kinky. Ether fade to black or take it to PMs.
*If you are accepted as a Canon Character yet do not comply to the personality (as in if you are doing things with them that they wouldn’t really/normally do to a drastic measure) your position will be removed and handed to another person.
*You must have seen at least some of the anime (really any of the animes is fine, though H:AP is preferred) or read some of the manga.

A couple words/sentences from a site are okay, though)
Allies: (THIS HAS TO MAKE SENSE. Original Character’s allies must mostly (in the least) be consistent with actual alliances (same with Canon characters). Nobody is allied with everyone, that’s just too Mary-Sue/Garu Stu-ish. Having an alliance with a person is different than a solely tolerant relationship, remember that. )

Name: Alfred F. Jones

Appearance:
Personality: Alfred/America is shown as an upbeat, eccentric, self-absorbed individual who has proved to be a bit conceited at times. He has a near infatuation with anything involving heroism, justice, freedom, and independence. Though he considers himself to be a friendly country, there are many who simply cannot stand his nosy behavior and slight hints of narcissistic related tendencies. He has also been revealed to be very ignorant to certain things (such as history or geography of other counties, not including himself, of course). However, when his outer party animal has been momentarily subsided he has the ability to become far more collected and logical. But any other time you’ll find him to have a hamburger in one hand, a smile on his face, and some ridiculous plan in his head. He considers Britain to be his big brother and though constantly causes trouble between them, he does care for dear ole’ UK.

Name: Marrie Isabelle

(Yes, I am very much aware this is another character from a different series. I am just using her as a physical basis.)
Personality: The beautiful and clever San Marino is much like Italy in the sense that she is kind and compassionate. But, unlike the elder country, she is not as light-hearted. Though generally generous and caring, she withholds a very stern and affirmative approach to most situations. She is hard-headed, hard-working, stubborn, and extremely loyal to those who she pledges allegiance towards. Her dry wit and strong-will make up for a unique combination. But do not be fooled by her seemingly endless patience, as San Marino is actually very easily annoyed, just extremely skilled at hiding her short temper. She will do whatever it takes to protect her surrounding nation, Italy, and those whom he considers friends. Though her militia is one of the smallest, it is also extremely strong and willing to put their lives on the line for a worthy cause. She is highly intelligent; being well read as well as having vast knowledge on numerous arts (she is very skilled at playing the violin and the guitar). San Marino loves food (as well as any good wine) and is an exquisite cook, as well as being very fond of various types of music. She actually enjoys things such as training, finding any form of work that will sharpen her body and mind to be an excellent way to spend her time. Accordingly, in her eyes failure is NOT and NEVER will be an option. When her eyes are set on a goal she will do whatever it takes to achieve it. Though her constant bickering with Britain can occasionally prove to be a problem, she tends to get along tolerantly/well (very nicely with some, however, including America) with most countries. She has yet to become acquainted with the rest of the Axis leaders, though already does have a certain respect of them from what she has heard from Italy and others.
