Help : What is the support tab?

Hello! It's Literally. Although I've been here for a quite of few months, I always wonder what is the support tab on the tab bar. It's in between the "Activity" and "Donations" bar. I would like to know what it is.

Basically, it's a way to contact the staff for help in different areas.

The support tab is an area which has combined the old Admin Contact and Roleplay Support subforums.  When you create a ticket, you will have several options to choose which type of topic your situation addresses, including its severity.
