Hector has extensive experience using his Conduit abilities so much so that he had developed the unique ability to animate his tattoos to a variety of effects.
He animates his Flaming Skull tattoo (upper right arm) as a long range missile attack.
White Wings (back) tattoo to fly.
Coiled Snake (left arm) tattoo as a close range weapon.
Dagger (lower right arm) tattoo as a projectile attack.
Personality: Hector is resourceful and street smart. He hides both of these traits behind a gruff, macho facade allowing others to believe he is nothing more than a common street thug whilst it couldn't be further than the truth. He is also extremely ambitious and doesn't shy away from conflict but is smart enough to choose when and if these encounters should occur.

Brooke Augustine and the DUP: Hector has had many run ins with the DUP in the past and has even spent time in Curdun Clay after he was captured personally by Brooke Augustine. Now that he has escaped from Curdun Clay. he is one of their number one targets.
Akurans: Hector has had dealings with the Akurans in the past, sometimes as allies and sometimes as enemies.
Backstory: An orphan, Hector was bounced from foster home to foster home growing up to become rebellious and angry. Running away from his latest foster home when he was 14, he lived on the streets and began stealing to survive. After a while he fell in with one of the local gangs and began to rise through the ranks becoming one of it's chief lieutenant's.
During a shootout with a rival gang, Hector was shot activating his Conduit gene and he used his new abilities to decimate the opposing gang. With a Conduit on their side, his gang slowly began to eliminate all the other gangs and take control of Seattle's underworld.
However the rapid rise attracted the attention of the DUP and after a confrontation with the organisations head Brooke Augustine, Hector was apprehended and sent to Curdun Clay. Hector spent several years there but escaped with the help of some of the other inmates and now has returned to Seattle.
