Hearts of Gold [Inactive]

Breakfast seemed to be drawing to an end and Cal finished his heap of dishes quickly, if rather sloppily. His job was as such that if he didn't have anything to do, he could have breaks. So he hurried to finish, even though he knew that everything wasn't done yet, and slipped out before anyone could assign him anything else to do. He didn't want to be bossed around more right now, it would be bad enough around lunch-time.

Callumet again walked the same route to the back-door where he usually disposed of his dishwater, went out trough the door and jumped over the little pond that was still trying to soak itself into the grass. He was between two partitions of the castle, he could see the open field that lead to the stables from here. He'd much rather sit there in the sunshine than here in the shade of the castle, but it had only taken one or two tries to relax there to show him he wasn't really allowed there even though none of the rules said so.

The incredilous stare he had gotten the first time... And the kick in the ribs he had gotten the second time when he had fallen asleep in the grass. Those were enough. He didn't think he could handle being stared at like a rat while trying to sit out there today, he would only lose his sensibility and maybe try to hurt someone, and end up being killed.

"Well... You're right." She smiled at Kalcyte, honestly itching to get out of her dress. Looking back at Marcel, she continued. "If you say so. I'll be back in a minute." Athalia chuckled and sprinted towards the inside of the palace again, her dress making it harder to do, as usual. Servants went towards her, most probably worried more about her worn out clothing than how she just had a really hard time going back towards the castle from the big fields. She went towards her room and with the help of a few servants, successfully stripped off her royal clothing, changing into her 'riding' clothes. She was satisfied with the loose belted beige-colored three-fourth pants and fit white blouse that was topped off with a chocolate brown vest, and also her boots which she kept from earlier. She also did the honors of tying her own long, well-kept hair into a big, cute bun, with little braids encircling it--on of her favorite hairstyles. She ran back, the servants in the background worrying a lot and telling her to make her pace slower. She didn't really follow what they said though, even if she heard them clearly. Never did she, actually.

On the way towards the big majestic doors once more, she noticed a familiar presence by the other side of the fields.
"Cal...?" She muttered and walked towards his direction, but didn't call him or go too close. She just wanted to see how he was doing. He seemed to be peaceful by the grass and pond, so she decided to leave him alone. As she reached the stables, she waved back at the two who were waiting for her. "I'm back!" She hopped towards the two, just as excited as when she was just a little child. Until now, she was a bit hyped to do fun things with her instructors and fellow Royals. "I've got to admit, I kinda miss doing these." She looked at the horses by the stables and looked for the mount that she always, always used. "Never missed a ride without Lily." She said as she patted her favorite mount--a mere horse, but the one she loved most--and mounted her, making sure that everything was all right with the mount. "Did you miss me?" She asked as she patted the mount gently on the head, smiling.

Kalcyte & Lila

He was silent while waiting for Athalia. He glanced at Marcel a couple times and tightened his pony-tail.

When she finally came back, ready to ride with them, he smiled politely. "I believe we're ready now then?" asked but also assumed, looking over at Marcel too. Kalcyte, actually didn't like to ride that much, it especially hurt his legs, but he just needed to get it over with real quick so he can have some down time.

Lila was about to finish up her song for Vanir, but someone unexpected came from his long trip.

Shivers ran down her spine, and she looked down, making her music come to a sudden stop. Now the room was silent with David standing near the door way.

((call him Loki please))

he went to the table and started eating"so tell me what happened when I was gone"

Papyasandsunshine updated Hearts of Gold with a new update entry:

New Rule Added: OOC Tab

Okay, some issues have been forming lately. I know being poked with rules isn't always fun, but I do not have many rules to begin with because I thought some things would be self explanatory.
There is an OOC tab where you can talk about the roleplay "Out of Character"

It's there so that the Roleplay will not be cluttered with OOC posting.

It's not that I don't care about what you have to say, it's just that I want to keep what you have to say in the right place.

So if you want to look at...

Marcel smiled, "Alright then, let's head off."

They circled the field a few times in a gentle, easy trot, before circling around the palace and to the front. Just as they were leaving the front path and into the open road, one of the guards standing near the grand entrance of the palace called out to Marcel, Kalcyte and Athalia, "Where are your highnesses and Mister Marcel going?"

"Just a ride, the usual," Marcel yelled back.

"Would you need company?" The guard yelled, the other guards behind him stumbled forward, ready to perform their duty.

"Uh, no, that's quite alright," Marcel said sheepishly. He didn't particularly like being followed by twenty guards or so when he was out teaching. Usually this didn't result in much fun for him, or his student. But to reassure the guards a little bit more, he yelled back "I'm set!", as he unsheathed a hunting knife and waved it around wildly in the air. "I will be their guards today," he added with a grin.

Though he wasn't the best fighter, he was fast on his horse, and handy enough with a knife. Marcel seemed confident enough in his abilities and the safety of his students, and so the guards, who would rather relax outside the entrance than go galloping away, waved them off.

With a little hint of excitement, Athalia settled herself gently on Lily, her favorite horse, and headed off with Marcel and Kalcyte. She managed a little giggle as they circled easily in the huge, beautiful field, even around and by the palace. They were about to leave for the open road, but the guards seemed to be worried again, just like those other days, when Athalia was still little, when she was just starting to take these kinds of lessons. Marcel explained that they didn't need any more guards to accompany them, and announced that he would be their guards for today. The guards waved them off as they galloped away, and Athalia looked over to the two of them. "What could go wrong?" She asked with a grin as she waved her legs a little, just to remember that her daggers were still with her.

Chauncey smiled deviously as he and Bambina sneaked their way through the royal corridors, keeping their steps as silent as possible. "Aren't we supposed to be studying right now, Chance?" Bambina asked sweetly between her soft giggle fits. She couldn't help but laugh when she knew they were supposed to be quiet. Chauncey let out a few chuckles as he shushed at her. "Shh, Bambi! And, yes, we should be studying, but playing music and dancing around sounds like much more fun, doesn't it?" He spoke suggestively, and Bambina just shook her head and smiled. "Yes, yes it does," she agreed, semi-reluctantly following him into one of the music rooms.

Chauncey took his place at one of the pianos set up in the corner of the ball-like-room.
"Play my favorite song! Please, Chauncey?" Bambina pleaded sweetly, batting her beautiful blue eyes at him. Chauncey simply grinned and took a seat, gently setting his long and slender fingers upon the monochrome keys. He played a song known as Aimo, which he considers Bambina's lullaby. It's one of her personal favorites that Chauncey plays, and as he did so, she held her arms out and spun around gracefully, stepping in tune to the music. Dancing around angelically, she smiled and hummed along with the tune. Chauncey looked towards her and smirked, closing his eyes as he played. Yes, this is much more fun, indeed~
