Do not consider me the only beast in the pride, the only prey for your eyes. I am here only to bite and to chew; to break, not make new. You may think fondly of me when I sleep beside you, but when my stomach empties, I will fill it with what is near.
That is all the warning I offer.
The rest is easy. A comrade you hold at sword's point, a friend you fully face, and the enemy loathed by reason, all that shall I be.
May our minds be in unity.
