Bio/Backstory: Skylar was born to Anna Bell and Kyle Hudson in a small town in Arizona and she was the result of an affair between the two. When she was six months old years old her father divorced his wife and married Skylar's mom once the divorce papers were final. Skylar has two older brothers from her father's previous marriage who hate her and blame her for their parents divorce. When she was eight her mother signed her up for her to be on an after school swim team and she fell in love with the water. Unfortunately, her older half brothers were also apart of an older swim team that practiced in the same area and they bullied her until she quit. Her mother found a solution though and Sky was quickly signed up for the diving team and it was even a better match than being on the swim team. Throughout high school Sky won diving championships and was able to go all over competing. In college she hopes to continue her dream of diving and one day make it to the summer Olympics and win gold.

Spoiler: Just a small-town girl.

Grew up in a small town in Iowa, an only child, well-known parents, her father owned the farm that produced many products to the town itself. Since Ellie was old enough to talk. She had a strong interest in animals, which of course was a given considering she lived on a farm. Cheesy, yes, but she's the girl who wanted to be a doctor when she was a kid... and that never really changed. When Ellie turned 18, she had the chance to do humanitarian work. Which she gladly took. She loved it. Every second of it. The people, the places she’d went, that feeling she got whenever someone thanked her, she wasn’t doing it for the thank-you’s. She was genuinely happy that something that she did made a difference to the people she’d met in a world that was cruel to most. When it was time to go home, she didn’t want to, she didn’t feel like going back to the homestead, to listen her parents asking over and over if she’d met a ‘nice boy’ on her travels. Which was a whole different story altogether, the blonde had never had much luck in the love department. But like her love life, she wanted something new. Ellie loved her family, the town, and especially the people who truly made it. But she was tired of the same old thing, she didn't want to go to a local college, and yeah, sure she'll get homesick here and there, meeting a whole bunch of different people in a place she didn't recognize, and who knows if she'll really pull off the whole 'pre-med' thing without ripping her hair out, but... well, here goes nothing.

Milo’s hair is naturally as black as night but since the age of twelve she began experimenting and dying her hair different colors. She likes to keep it dyed blonde so she can easily add colors to it. Her hair reaches just past her shoulders since she hasn’t gotten it cut in awhile.

A dusting of freckles decorates her face and her shoulders as well as a bit on her chest. Then comes her smile. She’s got a very unique smile that’s a bit crooked. Some say it reminds them of the Grinch and she can only agree. She’s got some scars too from past injuries from metal cleats being jabbed into her leg to little scars from sliding against bare crushed rocks.

Bio:
Milo was born in Puerto Rico while her parents were there visiting her mother’s family. The family returned to America two months later and everything was good. Milo’s upbringing was pretty normal really. They lived in a two story house in the suburbs and her parents worked 9-5 jobs, her mom was an insurance sales woman and her dad was a dog trainer. They weren’t rich, but they were comfortable and that’s what mattered.

At a young age, Milo was put into sports because of all of her energy and she needed something to do while her parents worked. First it was soccer, too many broken bones. Then it was basketball, too much aggression. Next was tennis, the ball was entirely too small and jumping around like an idiot wasn’t her thing. And then it was swimming, dance, gymnastics and so on and so forth. Then came softball. Softball was something that had everything Milo loved. So, she stuck with the sport and quickly began to get really into it. She was put in special training, received hitting lessons, and soon enough pitching lessons as well.

Everything was going so good. Her childhood was normal, she was happy, and then it all came crumbling down. Her parents started arguing more and more about money and their living situations. Her father was spending more time with the dogs than with his family, her mom needed someone to take care of Milo since her work hours were extended and she often missed pickup times and her games. As it stood, everything was slowly beginning to fall apart but they would act like it wasn’t in front of Milo.

This continued until it all just fell apart. Her dad found her mom cheating on him in the spare bedroom with one of her coworkers. Right then and there he packed up his and Milo’s things and they left. It was a rough start for them to pick their lives up after that. It was a struggle but it was ok. Sure Milo had questions but her father reassured her the reason they left. But Milo still saw her mother. Her parents might have gotten a divorce, but Milo alternated weekends between the two and lived mainly with her father.

After the divorce, her father’s dog training business slowly grew into an all animal training business. He started at the bottom with commercials and has since recently had his animals in tv shows and has even made an appearance on late night shows. When this happened, they were already living in New York and Milo was already being scouted by colleges. When she found out about St. Visto Private Academy, she instantly fell in love. Not only because of how beautiful the school was and that it was by the sea, but because of the sports teams and the academic opportunities they could provide her. I mean, she could study abroad her junior year if she wanted and it was in highschool. What other highschool does that? Not even the one the president’s daughters go to. Probably.

In order to go to St. Visto though, she was on a scholarship and a student loan. Yes, her father was climbing the ladder in his business, but they weren’t rich. Not by a long shot. The school gave her a scholarship for her grades and softball and a loan to help her to attend the school. Her father pays as much as he can now, but he wants Milo to chase and live her dreams so whatever the cost may be for her to go to her dream school, he’s ready to sacrifice for it. Usually Milo is left at home alone though since her father flies in and out from California. He has a tiny apartment there that he stays at while Milo stays at their small “zoo” as she calls it in New York.

So, Milo is not rich by any means necessary. She still shops at Dollar Tree and eats Ramen with her rabbit. St. Visto isn’t the most ideal place when it comes to the students that inhabit it, but she doesn’t want that to be the reason she doesn’t attend. She might be poor by their standards, but that doesn’t matter to her. Plus, no one really knew about her loan and scholarship because it’s one of those hush hush things.

That was during highschool and she graduated St. Visto with honors. The colleges that were interested in her now offered her more scholarship money but in the end it was Grand Sound University that won the athlete's favor. Milo packed up and moved to Washington, her father permanently moving to California and increasing his business with the animals. Her freshman year she let the rush of college overwhelm her and it almost cost her her scholarships and her softball career. This scared Milo and she began to train harder and focus more on her academics and improving her techniques.

Fast forward to her junior year and she's been getting letters from professional softball teams across the country. She was so excited and pumped to possibly play the sport she loved for a living that she pushes herself for faster running times, faster arm speed, and better hitting. Of course she can't be the fastest ever, but damn if she didn't try. Right now, she is a prospect of USSA Pride, Scrap Yard Dawgs, and the Chicago Bandits. As long as she can make it through try outs and her school career, everything will be fine.

Bio/Backstory:
Theo was born to two parents who were more or less together because the physical connection was there from the moment they laid their eyes on each other. The emotional connection was, rocky to say the least. His parents would often fight over small things but make up in the most passionate inappropriate way in front of poor little Theo. Most of the fights were about Theo's father being a truck driver and never being home enough to spend time with his family while his mother did the best that she could to work at the local hospital and raise their ever growing family. Theo was the oldest of the kids with three little brothers and two little sisters following behind him and now in his twenties, another bundle of joy.

While growing up when their parents with arguing about being absent, Theo had to step up and help take care of the kids and learned how to cook that way. With his mother's shifts at the hospital leaving her exhausted and drained, Theo was the one waking the kids up, getting them dressed, feeding them breakfast, and getting them to the bus on time. He had little time for himself with school and taking care of the kids, that when he did find the time to do something, he was sleeping.

It wasn't until one night when Theo was 13 that his parent's latest argument escalated to the point that the younger children were upset and crying and no matter what he did, they just wouldn't stop. Then, like a stroke of genius, Theo began to softly sing to them and slowly the crying stopped and turned to the children focusing solely on him. It was that night that Theo made the decision to fill that extra time he got with singing lessons that he paid for himself with the chore money he earned. If he could take their minds off of the world around them just to be at peace with his singing, he wanted to take this talent and become the best he could. Slowly but surely, Theo began to expose himself more to the public via YouTube videos of covers. He grew a small following and he began getting small gigs at local bars and such.

After highschool, Theo decided to travel the world with a suitcase, what money he had, and his guitar. He would come to make money by playing for tips and do what he could so he could get new influences to his music and understand where certain "sounds" came from. Of course being the great big brother he was, he'd always send home little souvenirs and what little money he had over to support them since his father got laid off. After traveling traveling the world for two years, Theo moved back home and got a job at a radio station and other small part time jobs as he tried to get his music career off of the ground.

Enter fresh 22 year old Theo as he enrolled in Grand Sound University where he majored in music and business management because he wanted to understand the industry he was trying to get into. Plus, his mom encouraged him to go to school finally so he'd have that edge on other musicians and maybe have his own label one day.

Bio:
Aaron grew up with a single father and a twin brother. As a young boy he followed his father everywhere, he was so scared to let him go. The father, knowing that he could get the boy to do anything for him, used Aaron as his own little servant.
Aaron never played with Anton as a boy, even if they shared a room and for a while even a bed. Rather Aaron tried to get his father to play his games, but the father was more interested in watching the tv.
When Aaron was 13 years old, he and his brother were moved out of their father’s house and was formally adopted by their grandparents on the mother’s side. Aaron was angry and broken when this happened. He missed his father, he truly loved his father. Getting his own room and better things did not make up for the love he felt he lost. He did not let the grandparents get close to him, and he distanced himself even more from his brother. The grandmother got in contact with a therapist who worked with children, and Aaron spoke with her every week.
At 16 Aaron was changed, he was pushing his whole soul into school, knowing that he could make a difference in the world. He now understood what his father was, and even if the father was out of jail he had never contacted either of his kids. Aaron was sure he would one day stop others, just as their lawyer had stopped their father. He knew that to get into law school he needed good grades. Outside of school he often played sports and went to the cinema with friends, he had an abundance of them. Aaron loved his life and would never let anyone take that happiness away again.
Age 18 and Aaron got into university. He was proud and felt like he only had one place to go, and that was up. He had his eyes set on law school and therefore chose to major in economics, as they had high numbers among law students. He was only a few weeks into school when his brother was in an accident that changed Anton’s whole life. Aaron tried to be there for him as much as he could, but Anton pushed him away for a long time. Aaron was almost done with his freshman year when Anton finally contacted him and asked for help with getting back into schooling.
He works for the student paper and shares an apartment with Anton, but they are looking for someone more to move in.

Bio:
Anton can not remember his father, everything he sees when thinking about him is anger, darkness and his dark bruises. He is fine with this, he never got anything he needed from that man anyways.
The best thing that ever happened to Anton was when his father was charged with child neglect and child endangerment, though the only thing he remembers from that day was how his brother screamed when taken from their father and how their grandmother cried when she took them in. Anton loved getting his own room, his own space, somewhere he could lock the door and know that nothing could touch him there. When he was not in his room, he was having out with his new-found friends, people that did not know of his father and everything that went down.
Age 16 was hard for Anton, he had gotten into a crew that challenged each others to do strange and awful things. They gave each other nicknames based on their best performance, Anton was ‘Fire’ after he set a house on fire. Another boy was called Candy, after almost dying in an overdose. Anton spent his days ignoring school, his grandparents and seeking attention from the group, only to get worse and worse.
Anton was only 18 when his friend crashed their car and almost killed Aaron. He had to be cut out of the car and was in the hospital for a few weeks, it was not before he got out of there he was told the others did not survive, two of them had died on impact and the other two in the hospital. Aaron was put into therapy and it helped him getting back on track. He decided to contact his brother and get back into schooling. It took him two years but he got into university, determined to help others.
Anton shares an apartment with Aaron, but they are looking for someone more to move in.

• Bio: Leanna grew up the only child of a single mother. A mother who taught her how to work for everything she wanted in life without ever losing sight of her dreams. Because of this, Lee spent most of her time wither working of drawing, picking up side jobs or painting, never letting her love of the arts falter amidst the other ongoings of life. Though her drive has not always been what it is now. After dealing with a long-term relationship that ended more than a little poorly, Lee has been on guard ever since. Not many friends, though not completely antisocial, she prefers to find the corner of the room, plug in music and tune out. Or better yet, stay in her wonderful little apartment, all to herself, with her kitten Koda. Those who do know the ginger-haired girl, however, cannot help but be engulfed in how endlessly caring she is of her dear friends. Anything you need, Leanna is there in a moments notice. • Bio: Evelyn grew up with parents who warned her about everything. Stranger danger, check the Halloween candy, don't go out at night, yada yada yada. They were always scared for their daughter, afraid something would happen to her, afraid they would lose her. And it wasn't like they didn't have good reason... When Evie was only four, her older sister (who had been seven at the time) had gone missing. Months turned into a year, then into years, and still, no sign of the older Morris sister was ever found. It broke her parent's hearts, sent them into a frenzy of making sure that their younger daughter was okay. Imagine growing up, afraid of your own shadow? Lucky for Evelyn, she got out of her small hometown in Southern California, and moved all the way up the coast to Bellingham, WA to attend GSU. Away from her crazed parents, away from a town that took her sister from her, away in general. Her entire first year was spent in discovery of herself, finding out the parts of her own mind that her parents had suppressed, any yeah, maybe she had gone a little wild, but that was now out of her system and behind her. Now a double major in Psych and Journalism, Evie feels as though her life is finally how it was meant to be. A small friend group, good grades, a job at the local shelter and a small cockatiel in her apartment named Rudy, this was how it was supposed to be. No fear, no regrets, no looking over her shoulder... well maybe sometimes... but not as much. (more to come)

Bio/Backstory: Born to a young teen mother and an unknown father, Achilles life was not easy. His mother was a know drug user and involved with criminal elements. Having Achilles changed her and attempted to get her life back on track for his sake but she relapsed several times meaning Achilles was raised mostly by his elderly grandparents. Both his mother and grandparents seemed to know who his father was but refused to tell him. For a while he did not care who he was, his grandparents were loving who taught him to cook and taught him about there native Greek culture. Also though his mother wasn't around, she did what she could and he knew that supporting her as he could.
Her mothers story inspired Achilles to get into law enforcement. He knew there were more girls like here who were taken advantage of by criminals and wanted to help as best he could. With an interest in the sciences, puzzles and computers in his studdies growing up, Forensics seemed like a natural choice for him. He was a capable student particularly with encouragement of his goal and was easily accepted into Grand Sound. His first year went well however something occurred in his summer break which shook him to his life to its core.

Personality: River is what some would call an extroverted introvert. She is generally an outgoing, happy person that is kind and easily makes friends. River often finds herself as a confidant to the people around her. She's extremely good at listening, and would keep other's secrets until the day she died. Having fun is an essential part of her life. She's determined to live it to the fullest and experience as much as she can. Known slightly as an adrenaline junkie, River loves to go exploring and do activities such as cliff jumping and sky diving. She appreciates her downtime, however, and can often be found playing her guitar, writing music, playing video games, or reading books about animals.

Hidden behind her friendly personality is an anxiety-ridden, mysterious girl. Her virtues tend to be based in deep vices. River is extremely secretive about her past, and would do almost anything to avoid questions about it. She very rarely talks about her life before college, and only really expresses the feelings created by it in her music. River likes to say that her friendship with others comes in levels. The closer to that person she is, the higher their level, and the more she reveals about herself to them. River likes to be in control of herself at all times, and therefore hates fully relying on other people. In situations where she has to, she is often anxiety-ridden which leads to recklessness or irritation. Nevertheless, River is overall a friendly and charismatic person.

Biography (Trigger Warning): River was born in Middle-Of-Nowhere, Kansas to a farmer father and a nurse mother. The second of two children, they had a happy family for a few years. But around the age of 5, something changed between her parents. They no longer cared for each other, often fighting both with words and with fists. River was too young to understand what was going on at the time, but often cried herself to sleep to the sounds of her parents' screams. Shortly thereafter, her parents divorced in a battle much more like a war than a civil dispute. River and her older brother were at the center of it, used as pawns by their parents to get revenge on one another. Eventually, the divorce was final, and custody was given to the mother.

Throughout her childhood, River noticed her mother's love for her slowly decrease into hatred. While her brother went along with their mother's antics and agreed to never see their father, River wasn't willing to give up a parent like that. Her mother hated the relationship River had with her father, and began to punish her for it. Even though she was the younger of the two, River was forced to take care of her brother. She did all of his chores, made him food, brought him drinks and snacks while he watched TV. When she reached her teenage years, things began to get worse. River's mother had begun to belittle her, calling her worthless, a waste of space, and better off never born. At the age of 16, the brunette was forced to get a full time job overnight to pay the bills while her mother spent her money on fancy dinners, trips River wasn't invited on, and the newest technology.

River fell into her bad habits around this time as well. She took up drugs, drinking, and smoking as a coping mechanism. It wasn't healthy, but it did the job. When her brother went off to college, River was left alone living with her mother. That was when the physical abuse began. River often found herself covering up bruises with make-up and claiming that the burns and scratches were from her own clumsiness. But, in reality, they weren't. She kept all of it a secret, even from her father, and just lived with it. The day after her high school graduation, River packed up her life and moved away for college, cutting off all ties with her mother. She has been there ever since.

Personality: Orion isn't normally what you would think of as a drummer. He doesn't really have the high energy, sporadic personality that one would associate with being able to play percussion instruments. Though he goes against the stereotypical grain in that sense, Orion is still a master of his field. Using his charismatic personality and stage presence, Orion inserts performance value in his music via drumstick tricks and playful smirks. Ry is a fairly laid-back dude, sometimes due to drugs and other times just because of his personality type. He tends not to take things too seriously, and likes to just have fun.

On the other end of the spectrum, Orion is a bit of a deep thinker. He often ponders the controversial and paradoxical questions of the world. For this reason, Ry can sometimes seem a bit spacey or to be ignoring others around him. This is generally not the case. Biography: Orion was born to a 19-year-old woman who had recently immigrated from Greece to the bustling city of New York. In the first year of living on her own in a foreign country, his mother got mixed up in the wrong crowds. It's safe to say that Orion was anything but planned. Because his father denied that Orion was actually his son, Orion didn't really have a father figure or positive male role model for a good chunk of his childhood. Because his mother worked as a waitress and took night school paralegal classes, Orion had to grow up fairly quickly. Before he even reached double digits in age, Orion was already staying at home by himself, taking care of the house, and cooking for his mom and him. He learned responsibility quickly and, for that reason, never was super upset about the way his childhood turned out.

When Orion was about 11 years old, his mother met a kind businessman from Georgia during a meeting with the law group she worked for as a paralegal. The two had immediate chemistry, and began dating. Shortly there after, the businessman opened up a new branch of his business in NYC to be closer to Orion's mother and Orion. A few months into dating, Orion met the businessman for the first time, and they immediately bonded. The businessman took on a fatherly role and taught Orion about things like fixing cars, cooking, sports, music, and even how to talk to girls. They were fast friends, and Orion looked up to the man. Within that same year, the businessman became Orion's step-father.

The new family moved into a nice apartment in a safer part of town. Orion was able to start drum lessons, and go to a more prestigious school. Orion finally had someone he could call "Dad." It felt like they had finally caught some luck in their lives. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. During Orion's final semester in high school, his mother confessed that she had been having an affair with her boss for a couple of years. Though Orion's parents tried to make their marriage work, the distrust Orion's stepfather felt and the lack of love Orion's mother experienced couldn't be mended. Definitely not wanting to get caught up in any divorce drama, Orion moved away to start college. He still talks to his parents on a regular basis, but refuses to get in the middle of anything.

Bio/Backstory : Jordan was raised by his single mother who didn't have the best job but still managed to put food on the plate and a roof over their heads. Growing up he didn't have friends of his own but instead played with his many cousins and their friends. After his mother noticed his lack of friends she asked that he tried to make friends at school so he joined the Football team which is where he started making friends of his own and his passion for sport started.To his teammates and other students at the school he quickly become popular because he was a good kid that always wanted to help no matter the task...it was either that or it was because he was part of the Football team either way he didn't care all he cared about was the fact that he had made friends of his own know. That's how his high school was but know he has to start afresh in University. He wants to make friends like he did in high school and he wants to pass and get a good job so he could take care of his mom like she did for him.

Backstory: Cynthia lived with her two parents and younger sister. Her mother was a music teacher that taught both her and her younger sister at young ages which fueled her passion for to go into a job of music. She prospered at piano and guitar and aspired to be apart of a band. During her school years, her best friend was her younger sister. She she did have a few friends here, mainly from the members of her high school's Jazz band. Sadly when the group graduated they all got separated. Each of the members got a scholarship but all applied to different schools. Now Cynthia is starting her first year im collage and is excited to meet new people and learn even more about music. Even if she won't be talking too much to them.
