You can expect many enemies to be part of the Continental Bulwark's Government Security Forces.

These are the main types of lackeys, you could say. This is just simplified; there are still other agencies and personnel, they just may not be listed. I'm not listing everything down to the last subway guard.

The National Constabulary is the main civilian police force of the Bulwark. They arrest common criminals, and have responsibilities such as traffic enforcement, highway patrol, detective work, protecting public areas, etc. Basically, the Constabulary are regular cops. However, they will still arrest traitors and simply hand them over to the Watchmen. Weaknesses of the organization include lack of access to advanced technology, corruption in some departments, and the fact that constables are often lightly armed.

The Constabulary has a branch made up of unpaid, unarmed volunteers known as reservists. Peace Officers are experienced reservists.

Reservists carry batons, while regular police also use shotguns and pistols, wearing light protection. Tactical squads utilize submachine guns and rifles, as well as heavier bulletproof armor.

The Internal Security Watch are the fanatical armed branch of the Autumn Party. The "Watchmen" serve various roles for the state. They were created as a "homeland defense militia" of sorts, but are essentially an intimidation force. Most Watchmen are members of the Loyalty League, and were part of the Youngbloods youth group when they were children. Watchmen can be seen functioning as regular police, but they are more focused on arresting traitors, rather than common criminals. The Constabulary usually have better training and discipline when it comes to enforcing the law. The Watch also functions as a paramilitary force, and fields Watchmen trained in direct combat roles; usually up to par with the regular army.

A subdivision of the ISW, known as the Political Security Office (PSO) function as the Autumn Party's secret police force and death squads. Their agents have been nicknamed "pissoffs" by rebels.

Watchmen of the Loyalty Police Division will usually carry batons, pistols and shotguns, and are lightly protected. Watchmen of the Paramilitary Division are more likely to carry assault rifles and submachine guns, and utilize better body armor and technology.

The Bulwark's military. They are split into three main branches; the Army Service (ground force), Aerial Service (air force), and Maritime Service (navy). Soldiers are mainly used to guard bases along the coast to protect from possible Vatzian invasion, as well as the defense-lines along the Forsaken Lands. Troops will usually be sent in to keep order whenever there is an insurrection, or high rebel activity. They can be deployed to act as street guards in areas experiencing instability. Both professional and conscripted troopers fill their ranks. Soldiers are loyal, morale is usually high, and commanders are often glory-seekers. Although the military is very powerful, they have their flaws. They mix advanced technology with outdated tactics, and strictly adhere to a "traditional fighting code." Additionally, the pride of their commanders can sometimes get the best of them. For example, officers often stand out from regular troops, because they apparently value snazziness over camouflage.

Some elite divisions (aka "selects") are units like the Civil Rangers, Army Dragoons, Heavy Paratroops, Maritime Marines, etc. They aren't so much "special forces" as they are "elite infantry."

The military uses a variety of higher-end weapons, although assault rifles are the mainstay of most troopers. Submachine guns are heavily used as well, mainly by specialists and conscripts.
