Hello, how are you doing? have you eaten you're vegetables? you probably haven't eaten you're vegetables haven't you which you should do because vegetables ARE A PART OF A BALANCED DIET... so have you eaten them yet?

I have 2 servings of carrots, a serving of sweet bell peppers, and whatever I make for dinner daily. YOU go eat your vegetables.

None of those are vegetables. Both potatoes and rice are starches. Apples are fruit.


Potatoes are botanically classified as a vegetable, but they are classified nutritionally as a starchy food. So I'll give you half a point.

Potato, according to the all knowing google, is apparently a vegetable if you go by the botanic classification and it is starch nutritionally thus I technically did eat my vegetables and also can we keep this argument going as I'm halfway through the ten post mark
 
And you're consuming too many carbohydrates. Eat something healthier than potatoes.
 
But you're speaking of a balanced diet. 4 servings of very carby food is not a healthy balance.
