I recently saw a god game , so I thought that it would be fun to make one here . The premise is that the gods are players that decide what to do with the world or worlds.... , At first it would be sandbox but with predetermined actions to do and with a couple of stats so you know that if you are able to do it or no , how succesfull it is , etc .The game would be based on turns so the game is more organizated and every turn you get points to spend on actions , some events will happen that will make the some gods more powerful or get weak , for example:
-An entire civilization has revolted againts you and they no longer worship you
or
-A lot of people has find truth in your words and teachings or they prefer the vision of your afterlife and what you offer to them
Events like this may happen and your power depends on how many people worship you .
At first the world wont be inhabited and you have to shape it how you like and create the races you want , this races could become powerful if you want it which you means you need to use more points on them or they are just non-sentient creatures that have special features(This means that they dont worship you and they take points from you but they could be very benefitial for the races you create) , about the races you make as many as you like but as time passes it would become more difficult for them to adapt in the world , for example:
-A new race has come to the world , they appear next to a city of orcs and they get slaved.
or
-The demon like race that a god created has face a lot of problems since there are angel like creatures of the light that started a crusade againts them.
To finish they are a lot of things the players can do because they are Gods , so I expect that the people get interested in this , I am currently trying to make a system for this an I would like any help the community could give me.

Gods are powerful entities that by themselfs are already powerful but to increase their power they need to be worshiped , these gods are specialized in various "Domains" such as the sky , death , light , etc. This domains is where they have more power and can affect more directly the world , for example a god who has the domain of death will be able to create powerful zombies or to directly curse mortals with death , they also could get power from the deaths of people(similar to being worshiped but less powerful because none wants to die) .These gods live in their own realms which are interconnected by an infinite nothing these realms can be shaped as the gods wish , with their own creatures and structures and maybe with a place where your worshipers after dying come to .
This will be the basic sheet for a god:
God Name:
Domains:
Personality:
Description:
The races are created by gods and they are sentient , they have a soul which is connected to a vast source of power unknow to everyone even to the gods , when they die they go to that source of power ,but the gods can do some effort and gather their souls in their own realms so they can live happy forever and ever .
As a free entity they can be loyal to the god who created them or rebel againts him , they are needed by a god because is from their worship where he gets his power . A race can be very powerful if a god decides to make them that way , but as more powerful they are their cost in points increase and with the time creating a race will be more difficult , the races can be cursed or blessed by gods , there may be races that can control magic or have special traits related to the god who created them , even one of the "lesser" races may have a trait that makes them special.
Here is the race sheet , when a race is created they start with one of population that is nothing in terms of worship but is a start.
Race name:
Traits:The max number of traits is six and the minimum is one (If a trait is more powerful than normal it will take two slots , more powerful than that is three slots , there are no more levels above this because that would make them like a lesser angel)
Special God Trait: This trait is related to one of the dominions of the god who created them , the god may give them this trait or no
Description: How are they
Behavior:
Population: 1 (Increases by a factor of two , add a trait and it could increase)
Civilizations will form with the time , they will have one or more races depeding on how are they , a god can make civilizations rise and guide them , as he can make them fall , this civilizations worship in a more advanced way so they give more power to a god , a civilization may worship a entire pantheon of gods or maybe only one , this depends on the actions of the gods . When creating a civilization you may decide how it will be and how is their culture , etc . A lot of civilizations will start with low technology which will advance at its own pace or may be increased to a certain level by a god , the civilizations will gather power too as they advance , this power is the representation of everything the civilization has including influence and military power , once a civilization gets certain amount of power it will be more difficult to destroy by the gods.
Civilization sheet , civilizations will rise with time or they may be created by gods if they wish.
Civilization Name:
Culture:
Races: How many races are there
Pantheon: Who they worship
Power: It will start at 1 or may be increased with some influence from the gods
A Religious Order or an Organization will be likely created by gods as they will give the inspiration to make them , the god will decide if that order or organization will have him as a patron in that case the order or organization will give them power based in the influence and how spread are they in civilizations , but if that god wants to keep the things shady it may have no patron at all giving no benefit to the god who created the order or organization.
Order/Organization Name:
Patron: Can be none
Influence/Power: It will increase if they have a patron , as his worshipers will support the order or organization
Spread: In what civilizations are they
Artifacts are things that the gods can create , the artifacts can be very powerful for an human but it will never surpass the power of a god , a lot of artifacts can be made from magical swords to big structures such as a obelisk is a source of magic , the artifacts may give passive effects to their surroundings or to the entire world , these artifacts can be used by mortals too but a very powerful artifact may need an entire civilization as sacrifice to get it working , a god may decide the requisite to use it but as more powerful the artifact the more difficult it will be to use .
Artifact Name:
Description: What it does
Requisite for use or activation: N/A if weak , make a very hard requisite for a very powerful artifact
Power: Depending on how many points are used , it can be enought powerful to get ride of a city or a continent.
Miracles are things that gods can use to affect mortals directly , they may give an specific mortal the ability to see the future or to heal others of his kind , there are different kinds of miracles and there are not only miracles but curses and tragedies , you may curse an entire race if you spend enought power or to give a certain civilization bad harvest .
About land shaping , at first the world will be empty no water no land only nothing , I would suggest all gods to take part in this as their powers may get a bonus in the land they created such as mountains or plains , or to make the life of the new races harder in a harsh environment or easier with everything at hand. You can keep doing land shaping as civilizations start rising but it will become more difficult with the time so maybe you wont be able to lift that city that you dont like full of unicorns and happiness.
Miracles and Land Shaping sheet(Miracles will have to be related to one of your dominions)
What are you going to do:
How many points you are using:
Servants live in your realm , they are powerful entities more powerful than most mortals and they obey you without doubt , they have no soul but a god may allow them to have freedom and a mind so they can feel themselfs, there are different kinds of servants that you can make , for example you may have someone that travels to the mortal world to check the race you created or a powerful beast that serves you as a pet , they are your first line of defense againts other gods and their own servants , who may come to disturb you and get some artifacts or souls from your realm .
These servants may go the mortal world under certain rules , the first rule is that only a limited amount of them can enter the mortal world and their powers get reduced until they return to your realm , some of them may have still enought power to deal with a entire division of soldiers alone , but as more powerful the servant , the amount of them you can send to the world will decrease dramatically , for example if you want your giant beast with five heads to get into the world you will have to spend points to send it and to maintain it there ,but atleast it can go there with some minor servants but no more than that.
The sheet to create a servant is very similar to create a race but if you want special servants who are very powerful you may create them using your own character sheet , but with the traits and the amount of points spent on them.
Servant:
Description:
Traits:
Special God Trait:
Behavior:
Duties in your realm: Anything you would like them to do in your realm like taking care of the flowers , fighting forever , etc.
Creatures are entities wouldnt be in the world if a god didnt make them appear there , they are not sentient but they can be magical and have special features , by the mortals they will likely be considered as sacred animals or maybe no .
Creature Name Race:
Description:
Traits:
Special God Trait:
Points spended here:
These are the points you will get every turn , everyone will start with 10 points and it can increase but not decrease from that point(not normally) , the amount of civilizations that worship you will give you more points and the races worshiping you too , as I said before every race starts with one of population this increases by a factor of 2 every turn example first turn they were 1 next turn they are 2 next turn 4 repeat until you have a very largue amount of them , of course there is a limit on how much of them can exist the standart limit will be 50 of population, if they worship only one god they would give about 5 points to that god , in civilizations depending on how power they have they will give you points for example a civilization with 50 of power will give you 10 points . The more powerful the race the more points they will give you and the less powerful means less points
