Gifs In Threads?

Okay,so I feel like this has been mentioned somewhere else before...and maybe I looked right over it in the rules (it was a looong day at work),but for some reason I can't find the answer to this:


Are gifs allowed in threads (recruitment specifically)?


I know they're not allowed in signatures and I swear I read that they're not allowed anywhere on the website,but as I mentioned before I can't find any place that said that and now I'm wondering...

Yes they are just not allowed in signatures.

Yes, they are... with restraint.


Please don't spam a bajillion gifs, but one or two is fine. They are not allowed in signatures nor avatars.

And they're also not allowed in avatars either but you can use them in threads.
