Animated Avatars Are Not Allowed - Forum software allows users to upload .gifs (moving images) into their avatars, but RpNation does not allow avatar .gifs to be used, period

This is true. Users have always been able to upload gifs as their avatars. This has never been allowed, though.

We will be revising and looking over our rules on some time soon when all the admins can meet together. This is on the discussion plate for such a meeting.
