Personality: Boman is a very determined man, but also very stubborn. Once he's decided he's gonna do something, you can rarely dissuade him unless it's for a really good reason. And even if you do, he isn't one to apologize unless it's to someone who he knows won't think less of him. And that's his biggest secret: how bloody insecure he is. He doesn't want to look like a coward, so he picks fights where they aren't necessary. He doesn't want to look overly emotional, so he acts snappy and angry. But those who know him can see the big sweetheart inside his iron shell.
History: Boman never really had parents in the same way most other children did. He had a mother and father, yes... but his mother never really talked to him and his father was universally known as the town drunk. But he never really minded this, for as long as he could remember, he had a friend. And her name was Gracia. She cared about what he had to say, and he cared back. She was the closest thing he had to a real family.
And then it happened. The day that still haunted him. The day the beast came over the hill. It was nice until then. The sun was bright, the flowers smelled wonderful, and they spent many hours just lying together, pointing out shapes in the clouds and sharing stories. But the beast... it was an unholy abomination, neither beast nor man, and looked like the devil himself had a child. Gracia always told him he was brave. Gracia told him he wasn't the coward everyone thought he was. But in the moment when she needed him most, he chose to run. And in the same week, her parents were found dead as well.
After the loss of his friend, Boman was done being a coward. He looked back on what he was with anger and regret, and channeled that anger towards learning how to fight. He spent weeks watching one of the teachers explain to the new recruits how to use a sword, and tried to teach himself how to do the same through observation. This proved to be harder than he thought it would be. One day though, this teacher noticed Boman. He called off his lesson early and confronted the child. He asked one question. "Why, my boy, do you want to know how to fight?"
Boman told this man everything. About his lost friend, about his cowardice, about his parents... and about how he never wanted to be so vulnerable again. And for the next thirteen years, this man, named Waven, taught the child everything he knew.
Abilities: Aside from magic, Boman is mostly just really good at fighting. He can see the weakness in every defense and knows how to take advantage of them, as well as how to cover his own. He has good eyes and ears as well, so he can often notice things others don't.
While his specialty is ice magic, most of his spells cannot be done quickly, taking about a second or two to cast compared to other, faster spells that can be done instantly. His main spells are what follows:
Frozen Soil: By placing his hand on the ground, he can command the floor to freeze his enemies. All he is opposed to when the spell is cast who are touching the ground will have their body temperature rapidly reduced. This spell remains in effect for about ten minutes after he casts it, unless he chooses to turn it off.
Ice Trap: He touches one small area of the ground big enough for one person to stand in. For one hour after the spell is cast, he can, on command, freeze anyone who is standing in the area of effect, encasing their legs in ice and holding them there. The ice won't go long before melting though and it can be shattered.
Arctic Touch: The reason he has a one handed weapon, this spell allows him to touch a part of a creatures body and freeze that part in a super-dense chunk of ice. Unlike his other spells, this one takes effect instantly. While not very big, each one of these blocks ways about 30 pounds and can quickly wear out weaker opponents unless they spend the time to break the ice, which can be a very dangerous move in the heat of battle...
Besides all that, he has a secret passion for cooking, which he has become quite good at.

Her hair is a dark brown, and her skin pale- her eyes shine an unnatural orange-red hue, while in various places her skin has slight rectangle-like markings. Her left arm has that permanent black color to it. her fingernails are extraordinarily sharp and durable. She still has silver cuffs around her wrists, thought eh chains that were once connected to them are obviously cut off. Furthermore, she has a set of sharp fangs unlike humans, and her ears have a slight pointyness to them.

As a child:
Back when she was still human, Gracia was a likable young girl. Caring, sweet and gentle- she seemed to always be looking out for the people around her. Though she could have quite a snap to her words as she was clearly stubborn in certain ways. She valued her family, and simply loved animals, though was horrified, and disgusted by bugs, and disliked the dark. She was smart, and relatively frail- just as any other young girl... But this didn't stop her from playing and messing around with her closest friend, Boman. Ambitious and full of spirit, she took pride in the occupation of her parents- both were royal doctors, and she too wanted to be one when she was older.
Now:
Gracia would be hard to recognize now based on just her personality- there are many reasons for this, the main one being the fact that she has no recollection of her past. She doesn't know of her human life, or that she even was one before- she doesn't know who she is... only that she is. Only recently had she began to have painful flashes of memories from her time in the underground laboratory- which may soon lead her to begin to wonder if she was ever something aside from what she is now. The only memories she has at the moment are those of pain and hardship, being treated as a monster; though she never expected less... As she really believed that that is what she is. She must be. The fact that she doesn't even know who she is or was does bother her, and she finds herself occasionally trying to find answers, though this is usually to no avail.
Because of all of this, she is much less spirited for now, instead she is mostly filled with hate, uncertainty, defiance and determination. Cold and sour with her words, as well as far from trusting... However, there is flickers of curiosity- and perhaps just a faint glow of her humanity hidden within her.

Gracia had a rather peaceful life as a child, her home was situated in more of a country-like town within the kingdom, surrounded by large fields and many animals. It was a peaceful village that she dearly loved. Within this village, there weren't many young people, however there was one, Boman. It didn't take long for her to grow close to him, they seemed to connect easily, and she simply loved being around him... She thought he was so funny, and strong. He was two years older than her, but it didn't feel like it. They practically grew up together as their parents knew each other, and they lived right near each other. Gracia's parents were doctors.
One day, the sky was bright, and the sun high- blessing them with rays of light illuminating the soft hills of the land. The two kids were hanging out and playing in a field not too far off from their houses. It was a perfect day as the sweet smell of the flowers blossomed through the spring air. The sun was just about to set, so the two decided to make their way back. However- something appeared upon the horizon, and almost without control, the two were frozen in terror. A terrifying creature, large with black scaley skin quickly approached, its shadowy figure looming over the two children as it approached. The unearthly creature seemed to be an amalgamation of multiple predator animals that couldn't have even possibly been identified. There was no fight- there was no hesitation, and there was no chance. Gracia's scream echoed out as its jaws wrapped tightly around her, and she could only watch as her closest friend left her. Running away, as Gracia was taken.
It would only be that same week that her parents would be found dead within their home- whether or not it was a murder from the same beast, or deaths by their own hands was never uncovered.
Abilities:
The experiments that had been inflicted upon her left her with many abilities unheard of to normal humans.
- Hardening
Upon her command, her skin can become extremely hard and durable, as if it is changing into more of a metal material. It is like putting on an incredibly durable set of armor, and still having complete movement available. Even a sword would not be able to penetrate this skin. When this is activated, the activated areas become a dark grey color with some red markings. The transformation of her skin is not instantaneous though, it is quick. There is a second and a half delay before her entire body is covered in the armor, starting from her hands.
- Regeneration
Her body has extraordinary healing/regeneration powers. Her wounds heal up very quickly, a slight smoke emitting from the wounds as they heal. This includes regenerating her own limbs. Her left arm had once been severed off, and regenerated within a few minutes- which is why it is now a permanent dark grey color. However- this ability can burn out. While it is difficult, she can overuse it and cause her to be unable to temporarily heal or regenerate herself.
Increased speed, agility, senses
As an experiment to create the 'perfect human', it goes without saying that she is faster and more agile than the average human, though her physical strength is about the average of a full grown man. her glowing eyes allows her to see in the dark well, her sense of hearing and smell are heightened as well.
Blood
She can use her own spilled blood as a weapon, able to move it to her will as well as harden it to be used as a weapon or something else. Due to her regenerative abilities, she does not grow anemic by using this- however, if she is using this ability, while also having to constantly heal her body from the damages of her opponent, her regenerative ability will be quicker to run out, since there is more for her to regenerate (Her wounds and the blood shes loosing)
Other weaknesses not stated within abilities section:
She can not heal her self, and harden her skin at the same time. So if she gets stabbed for instance- she cant harden her skin then heal herself, she must heal herself first and then harden her skin, or simply harden her skin and not heal herself. She can not do both.

Personality: Waven is very much like his student Boman in many ways. He's stubborn and determined, but is much more stern and quite judgemental. He is very secretive, preferring to keep his thoughts and ideas in his own head. He's very sly as well, preferring to wait for his opportunity before getting involved. He does enjoy teaching quite a bit if only so he can tell others what to do, so he's picked up many students over the years.
History: Mysterious...
Abilities: Anyone who knows Waven knows you shouldn't screw with him. Where weaponry is concerned, he has many daggers he keeps around that he can throw in the blink of an eye. His aim with these is unmatched; he's capable of hitting almost any target, moving or still. He's amazing with a sword as well, able to find the flaw in any defense and use that one flaw to take out his opponent with ease. Even without those weapons though, his mastery of unarmed combat allows him to take down most armed opponents with his bare hands.
As far as magic goes though, he's a practitioner of thunder magic, the ability to have power over sound. Though this does come with a few things that are less like sound and more like powerful blunt force.
Thunder Strike: His signature ability, you'll know that it's come when you hear a sound like thunder. He punches with the speed of a bullet and hits hard enough the smash most armor. The only good strategy is to not get close enough for him to do this.
Buzz: Some noises can have serious effects on the human body. When Waven uses this ability, all foes around him will hear a high frequency buzzing sound, capable of them splitting headaches and horrible nausea.
Clap: By slamming palms together, he can create a powerful force capable of knocking his foes off of their feet. He mostly uses this to open up a foes defense though.
