The robotic armies of the borg have been unleashed upon the universe, instantly proving hostile to the various mortal factions of the universe. Under the command of a ruthless and cold borg leader by the name of Sardanos, these armies are on the verge of being released to freely wreak havoc upon the universe. Sardanos has an enemy however, an artificial intelligence who may hold the key to his downfall, and with it, the downfall of his endless hordes. Sardanos hasn't let the AI off-world easy however, and after the valiant efforts of several factions combined with the deaths of thousands of brave soldiers, the efforts of a squad of Nafarian nightguards and Galumora's pirate's Dredge, the AI has been secured aboard the Kukri, putting the mortal factions on the first step in a long, arduous path, a path that, with luck, will aid them in the coming borg war.
