History: Gemwise was brought into existence shortly after the event, barely surviving the cataclysm that ended the ancient demons by a few moments. He has been terrorizing the thoughts of children for thousands and thousands of years, known to some as the boogeyman, Baba Yaga, jeepers creepers, and the thing that goes bump in the night. He serves lord Kharn and absolutely loves tormenting adventurers who try to stop him.

Magic: "Nightmare incantation," (Gemwise summons a real version of your worst nightmare.) The Dead Lights," (Incredibly luminescent and beautiful light that ensares victims in a hypnotic trance like state and causes the victim to completely love and trust Gemwise. Those affected may fight the effect with a very strong will, but children are extremely susceptible to them.) Illusions, Infernal magic, possession, shapeshifting.
